From the design process to the final product it was the most magical experience. I'm not very creative, but had the most fun during this process. They did not fix it. They also made hand rails for my stairs and that was another disaster. The railings had three code violations. I made the mistake of paying them the same day, I should have had my contractor review their work before i paid them. To top it all off the paint on my gate is corroded after three months. I ended up hiring a different iron company to make me new hand rails. Terrible quality, low price, I will never use them again.

A week later a weld failed (original weld was defective) but I did not want to deal with La-Z-Boy again. I called around but most places were either not local or the job was too small. I called Excelsior Welding on a Wednesday and spoke to Roberto. I sent some pictures and he agreed to fix the broken piece on Thursday. I brought the chair to his shop to be fixed. He told me exactly what he was going to do before starting the job. He meticulously welded the bracket to the bar protecting the wiring, the leather, and the motor. He went above and beyond by straightening a guide bracket that had bent when the weld failed. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, expert craftsmanship and attention to detail make it easy to leave a glowing (pun intended) recommendation.
