Contacted other ironworking companies and a couple did not even respond. So I ended up contacting them and spoke to Eduardo. Very pleasant and quick response to schedule a visit to review our requirements. He is one of the sons that now run the business his parents built. Easy to tell they are proud of the work they do and will take care of their customers. I think I knew they would be top notch and would do a great job on our first meeting. No hard sell, no belittling the customer, no promising the moon. Just knowledge and flexibility to provide the metal work we were looking for. Our stairs were a bit awkward so we needed to customize the railing which was not a problem. Eduardo listened and offered solutions that worked for us. They bring samples and photos in their truck so option selections are easy. (Unlike another vendor who had none) Communication with Eduardo is great. Typically he responds to emails the next day when he gets into the office. Always polite and accommodating. Made the process seamless! Kept us in the loop as the job progresses. To be honest, I thought their price would be high given the caliber of the work they show in their portfolio. But they were in the same ballpark as the other vendors I got quotes from. I told my wife I want to work with them and so we did. Once we were in contract they (Eduardo) comes out and takes full measurements before fabrication begins. They mockup the railing and will bring it out to check fit before doing final welding and fabrication. You can see it in this early stage and if changes are needed that can be done. They then will hot dip galvanize the metal and apply either paint or a powder coat finish depending on your choice. All this happened in a 2-3 week window which worked for us. The hand rails are installed now (by Eduardo's brother Alfonso and a helper) and we are extremely happy with the results. It only took an hour or so to install. Some paint touch ups were required which they took care of. Please contact them if you need any metal ironwork.
