Having lunch at Infinithai! I would definitely recommend. You have to try the orange chicken and Sweet Iced Thai Green Tea.

I had been to a Bonchon chain in California before, so I thought this would be a safe bet. I entered the restaurant with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu. They now offer more than three flavors of fried chicken, including regular crunch, soy garlic, spicy, yangnyeom, and Korean BBQ. Here's what we ordered: * Large Drumsticks ($27.99): Half soy garlic, half spicy * Japchae ($15.99) We were disappointed to find that the tteokbokki was out at 6 pm, so we opted for japchae instead. The noodles were chewy, but they were overly salty and had a distinctly teriyaki flavor, with the sesame oil barely noticeable. The pickled radish was equally disappointing; it was quite bland and lacked any tartness. The spicy wing sauce, which they claim is their spiciest, was surprisingly mild as well. The service was decent and mostly self-service. You place your order at the front and receive a number to bring to your table. The food is delivered to your table, and when you're done, you dispose of your own trash and stack the trays. Drinks and utensils are available by the cashier. Overall, Bonchon was just OK. The chicken was alright, nothing special. For TN, I'd give it a 4 stars. If we were in ATL, it's a 3 for me.

You must order the wings!!!! Sticky, sweet/spicy, juicy, and crunchy. Everything you can love about wings in one satisfying bite, the wait is worth it! We also ordered gyoza, beef pad kee mao and a pokeman go roll to sample the different Asian cuisines available on the menu. Our favorite was the Thai drunken noodles, but nothing was a miss. Although I probably wouldn't come here just for sushi, I need to come back to try all the interesting menu items like the bulgogi burger, and the Korean fried chicken sando. Our server Michelle hooked us up when we realized there was a bucket deal on drinks after we hastily ordered one beer each. She was so sweet, even though we came in near closing. The wings and beer were a perfect accompaniment to the first half of the NCAA championship game we watched during our visit. Can't wait to eat those wings again!

Michelle is always there ready to greet you from behind the bar! The vibe high-energy and fun, but be prepared: it's usually loud and table waits can run long. Michelle got a karaoke speaker could a new addition! One big tip: order all your food at once. The Korean fried chicken wings take about 20 minutes to come out, but trust me, they're 100% worth the wait. The wings are crunchy on the outside, packed with garlic, sweet, savory flavor, and somehow still moist and juicy on the inside. Perfect texture every single time. No soggy wings here just crisp, sticky, flavorful goodness. They are also best leftovers perfect for the air fryer! Every friend or family I bring ends up loving the wings long after we leave. If you're looking for consistently great food and some of the best Korean fried chicken in Nashville look no further! Bonus tip: the sauce table has plenty of sauce and spices if you want to heat up your wings further or want to check it out.

I loved this place and got quite inebriated while I was loving it so much…read more Good news is that I walked here from my hotel room and could just walk back. Now... if only I could remember where I am staying. LOL. Just kidding! I made it. I got so lit in Japanese whiskey flights that I ordered enough food for two people. The "Flight to Tokyo" lived up to its namesake tremendously. That dang whiskey is wicked man. Combined with the beers that go down like water and you may be like me.... Wasted Soup dumplings are so damn cool. It's also either an engineering marvel or some sort of biblical miracle. How is the soup born inside the little dumpling?? So many questions!! I had some here and they were sure tasty!! I also had some killer crispy fried pork belly and some kick ass twice fried Korean wings!! Pork belly had tremendous umami flavors and was sticky sweet and yummy all at once! Loved it! But then came the Star.... I love chicken wings as much as I love life! That my friend, is a whole fucking lot!! I am more full of myself than you could possibly imagine. I loved these particular chicken wings a little more than life. I walked through downtown Nashville alone, on a random weeknight, just to eat these wings because I saw them on Yelp. I had already eaten dinner at Eddie V's earlier in the evening, but these wings called me from more than a mile away... Come eat me, Adam.... Is all I could hear after I saw others pictures of the wings.... Shhhh. Wings. I can't. But you must, said the wings.... I can't, I have no transportation.... You have two feet still, the wings said... Guess who won that argument? '26 - 23

The ambience is bright and energetic, with fun neon signs and decor. The space feels open and spacious with plenty of seating. We started our night with the Pork Belly Bao Buns, but since they were out of pork belly, we tried the Chinese BBQ Pork instead. I wasn't upset because they were phenomenal. The Soup Dumplings were just as amazing, but the Roti Canai (Malaysian flatbreads with curry sauce) stole the show. The curry was rich with the perfect amount of spice. You're missing out if you skip the appetizers here. For my entrée, I ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Noodle Soup, and all I can say is wow. The broth and tender wontons were the perfect combination. My boyfriend loved his Pad Thai as well, and the only downside was the portion size for the price. I want to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jaylen, for making the experience top-notch. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and offered great recommendations through the night. Hawkers is on my list for date nights, ladies' nights, or a casual evening out (especially for drinks and appetizers!)

Let's start off with saying they have recently opened so grace must be given. Unfortunately, they only had half of the menu accessible. Our order was 2 beef ramen's, an order of soy garlic wings, and pork gyoza. The pork gyoza was tasty. The soy garlic wings were not the korean wings I'm used to but I would still order again. The outside of the wing reminded me of tempura. Now let's talk about the bad. The beef ramen had no flavor. Unsure if the broth was extremely diluted or no seasonings were added, but it tasted like nothing on my tongue. After we added a bit of soy sauce and sriracha the broth became a lot better, but still not great.

My favorites are Kyochon and Bonchon. These wings are different from both of those places, but to be honest they were good. They looked so soggy. They felt so soggy. But by some miracle, they were soooo crunchy. There is much more breading on the wings than I am used to. Also the sauce was not as sticky as what I'm used to. But despite the look and feel, they were good. The kimchi was on the sweet side while also having heat. Not really traditional, but good. I liked the fried rice but my husband wasn't a fan. We ordered beef and the beef was the thin galbi style. Also it had corn.... The fries were good. The battered kind. Nothing incredible but solid. The atmosphere inside is very.... Green. They do not serve alcohol and per the employee, you cannot BYOB- although she said she could have asked her manager. That would be a great addition. Lots of tables to sit at. I think this is a different kind of spot to add to MJ and I hope it's successful. Very solid food. If they could improve the look and feel of the chicken while keeping the flavor they could really really take off. I will definitely be back.

That…read morediscomfort can come in a variety of shapes and if it occurs in Nashville, it's likely to be in the form of ordering hot chicken at an overwhelmingly crazy spice level without fully comprehending what just happened. And what better place to experience such a moment than Hattie B's, a local family fun institution. Started in 2012 by a father and son duo, this is the original location of the establishment despite many other outposts now present through the southern US. Now, back to the spice level. Beyond the standard selections, there are extreme variants like Damn Hot! and Shut the Cluck Up! That's where things get really interesting, because survival instincts always get tested when things are not standard. Those levels are not for the faint of heart. The hot chicken here is legitimately phenomenal regardless of level chosen and the tenders are the most famous cut. The pimento Mac and cheese and the bacon grits are not to be missed as sides. Maybe, just maybe, what separates Hattie B's is the mom and pop feeling of the establishment despite becoming ridiculously popular with tourists. The people taking orders are so nice and enjoy a conversation despite the massive line. All around, Hattie B's hits the spot.

Once at the counter, it was fast and easy to place orders, customized to your preference, and then pay and find a seat. We chose to sit out on the covered deck that was sealed up to avoid the elements. It did rain lightly while we ate, so it was nice to be protected and cozy while still enjoying the outdoors. Food was brought to the table and we all agreed the chicken and various sides were delicious. Everything was seasoned well, and hot items were hot and cold items were cold. Counter staff and food runners were all friendly and efficient. Noise level was mild to moderate and temperature was doable after the rain shower. Will be glad to return when visiting Nashville again to repeat order the chicken and also try new menu side items.

The website stated they had lunch specials which didn't appear on the menu. I asked about it and the server retrieved the lunch menu which had a number of choices priced at $10.99 each. I had the Soft Tofu soup and chose seafood as my protein. While waiting for my entree they brought to me 4 delicious ban chan dishes - broccoli lightly seasoned with sesame, kim chi, a delicious warm potato dish, and a macaroni salad. There were very generous portions of each. When my entre arrived - a bowl of rice and boiling hot soup I cracked an egg into it so it could cook while I enjoyed the rice and side dishes. I often order this dish at other Korean restaurants, and this was the most flavorful soup I've had, with plenty of tofu and some seafood. There was so much food I had to take some home and had it for dinner. I felt it was a bargain to have 2 meals for $10.99. The menu showed that the restaurant also offers tables with grills so you can have that experience, but it requires minimum of 2 diners, and not part of the lunch menu. I will be returning to the restaurant for lunch and may try the grill option when I'm not dining solo. I recommend this place.
