They all go above & beyond their job duties. At a visit i was not feeling well to the point of faint. These ladies got me cold rag, even took my blood pressure. Got me some nuts & sweets to help with my blood sugar. I could not have asked for better serve. They treat you like a friend and not just a number walking in the door. I have been going to Advance Rehab the past several weeks for therapy on fingers on both hands…read morefollowing some minor surgery. Susan and Jennifer do a fantastic job of making clients as comfortable as possible. The treatment room is a little small but well equipped. They have the ability to do simple rehab as well as creating cast like splints to stabilize arms, wrists, and hands. If you are there for rehab, the process is not going to be without some discomfort, as would be expected. However, they do everything they can to gradually increase the intensity of treatment to minimize pain and discomfort as much as possible. Their treatment room is located in the Rome Orthopedic Center, but they are not affiliated with the center. One really nice advantage is, after your first visit, you won't have to sign in or check in through the Orthopedic Centers reception desk. As you pass through the waiting room, just point at your hand to one of the receptionists and they will buzz the door open so you can got straight back.

This was the WORST medical transport I have ever experienced. I understand that I was not the only…read moreperson that was given a ride this day, but not only was she late picking me up but i nearly had to pay a no show fee at my appointment because i was late getting there. Then after my appointment was over (30 mins later) I call to tell her I was done and ready to be picked up, she said she was on her way. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS AND 15 MINS for her to pick me up when she told me she was 30 mins away!!!!! The whole ride was anxiety filled as she kept slightly swerving, speeding, and stopping so short and turning that I was literally sliding in the seat. I have horrible anxiety anyways but the whole experience had me in an almost full blown panic attack to where when I finally made it home I was shaking so bad I could barely walk up the steps to go inside. I will not ever accept a ride from this company again!! The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star was because it wouldn't let me leave it blank.
