I mentioned during the consult we don't have parking and I was told it wasn't a problem, but when someone was supposed to come and measure the fence they first just didn't show up at all and the second time they apparently circled the block a few times, gave up, and left without anyone telling me they weren't coming. I wasted so much time waiting around for them. When I tried to get answers on when they would come back, no one could provide me with any information and just said that the measurements didn't matter and the installation could be completed without measurements, which obviously did not make me feel confident they would do a good job with the installation. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold forever, and then told no one was available. I'll be doing a charge back on my card for the deposit since they did not deliver on their end in the slightest and I will start the whole process of finding someone to replace my fence over again. An enormous waste of time and energy for nothing at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We were so impressed with the tree service that we then hired Johnny to replace our entire backyard fence, 3 sides of split rail and one side of 6 foot cedar privacy fence and 3 gates. We've had this fence replaced 3 times over the years and Johnny's workmanship and materials were much better than those previous installations, again at a better price than the other quotes we got from the big local fence companies.
