Doing this 90 day photoshoot challenge with Infinity Fitness Solutions was one of the best decisions I've made to be a healthier me! It wasn't easy, but it was so worth it! Before we started, Kevin did a Facebook live with us to explain all that was expected of us, and we could ask questions about any concerns that we had. We were given custom food plans and workouts that changed each month. We also were able to connect with other people in the challenge via GroupMe chat, which was awesome. We all supported and encouraged each other along the way. I was so grateful for Marquis who was there for us, answering questions and helping us by putting exercise videos together to make sure we were doing them correctly. I finally learned what a macro was and how to eat healthier by combining protein, good carbs, and good fats. Now that I've lost the weight, I want to continue building muscle and keep the weight off.
