They finished in under 30 minutes, and packed everything really carefully and efficiently into the truck so that nothing fell over or scratched on our move to smother state. They knew it was leaking as they put towels on the puddle. I they never said anything to me. If they had, I would have shut the water off. The valve was right there. Then they left. That was 12:30pm. They unloaded the truck at my new residence and never said anything. The scratch up my bedroom door moving a table and never mentioned to me. At 4:00 am the next morning, I received a call from the Warren County sheriff's department. They were trying to reach me about a leak in my unit causing water damage to the ceiling of the unit below mine. They shut off the water for the whole building until I could return to my unit and determine what was leaking. It was the fridge hose still running. There was so much water damage to the unit below That she will have to replace her entire kitchen ceiling. When I called the manage of the Clive location, they said it is not their responsibility and he is not responding to my messages.

We were told by the manager that the movers knew how to pack fragile and expensive items such as…read moreoriginal paintings, bronze sculptures, glass items, etc. What a joke! They used many wardrobe boxes to save time and simply threw everything imaginable into these boxes. No paper, bubble wrap or any type of protection in these boxes. So far, I have found two framed prints with the glass broken. They slammed original paintings together with nothing in between to protect them. Light bulbs were broken because they simply took them out of the lamps and threw them in the boxes and placed heavy objects on top of them. Bronze sculptures were treated the same! We also have some valuable items missing including a cell phone and will hopefully find by the time we unpack the last box, but am worried since they didn't show up in the container they were placed in. I would never recommend Two Men And A Truck for moving!

I had to do it because my belongings were in a storage unit, and the storage facility wouldn't allow ABF to drop the trailer on their property. I saved enough to cover the cost of the Uhaul and labor to move our stuff from the storage unit facility to the ABF yard.

I live in an apartment complex so parking is at a premium. When you reserve a pod, they offer to connect you with a moving company. Make sure you compare prices because it may be cheaper to not use their recommendation--at least that was the case with me. Tip: depending on what day you move (friday vs. earlier in the week) the price varies. Also, if you book online, you receive a $25 discount.

There was a text telling us when they would arrive - 2 college kids were meticulously loading what was heaviest and what few things needed to go first. Communications amongst us what excellent. The kids were very knowledgeable, respectful, fast and pleasant. We were resigned to the thought that 2bedroom 2bathroom ranch home worth of accumulations would not fit in this trailer. At the end of the 2hrs, the rest of our possessions were placed in the garage for us to load on our own for the next trip. That was the 2guys' suggestion. As of this review, after unloading the boxes, totes and luggages, we don't know if anything were damaged from their organization of the trailer till now we unpack. We do know that tote lids cracks when another heavy tote is stacked.

First, the crew that moved me was nice. I hired them because they were local and had seemingly…read moregood reviews. However, they broke several big items. They broke a 6 drawer dresser (now the bottom 2 drawers are unusable because they broke part of the side that also had the back leg) , a headboard (completely snapped one of the legs off) and a 55" 4K TV (completely unusable, they cracked the screen). We have moved many times and I understand things happen, but I have never experienced the valuation process that they require. Basically asking for receipts of the item broken and how it got broken. Well, everything was fine and usable before your crew touched it and now it's not. I couldn't watch them while they moved everything and it's unrealistic to even ask that question. When things have been broken in the past with other movers, they made it right and paid to replace the items. They gave me about 30% of replacement value credited back. I still have to replace what you broke, but I'm responsible for the majority of the replacement cost. That's not good customer service. Also, if you have a Sleep Number bed, don't let them touch it. Mine still isn't right. Even though they told me that have had no issues and have moved a lot of them. Well, they don't see the issues because it's after they are gone when you notice there's a problem. I would not use this company again. I would give them .5 stars if I could.
