They knew it was leaking as they put towels on the puddle. I they never said anything to me. If they had, I would have shut the water off. The valve was right there. Then they left. That was 12:30pm. They unloaded the truck at my new residence and never said anything. The scratch up my bedroom door moving a table and never mentioned to me. At 4:00 am the next morning, I received a call from the Warren County sheriff's department. They were trying to reach me about a leak in my unit causing water damage to the ceiling of the unit below mine. They shut off the water for the whole building until I could return to my unit and determine what was leaking. It was the fridge hose still running. There was so much water damage to the unit below That she will have to replace her entire kitchen ceiling. When I called the manage of the Clive location, they said it is not their responsibility and he is not responding to my messages.

They called 15 minutes in advance of their arrival (which was right on time), and brought as extra mover with them free of charge. They finished in under 30 minutes, and packed everything really carefully and efficiently into the truck so that nothing fell over or scratched on our move to smother state. They were very knowledgeable and personable making an overwhelming experience a stress free one for our family. Worth every penny of labor and tip!

They used many wardrobe boxes to save time and simply threw everything imaginable into these boxes. No paper, bubble wrap or any type of protection in these boxes. So far, I have found two framed prints with the glass broken. They slammed original paintings together with nothing in between to protect them. Light bulbs were broken because they simply took them out of the lamps and threw them in the boxes and placed heavy objects on top of them. Bronze sculptures were treated the same! We also have some valuable items missing including a cell phone and will hopefully find by the time we unpack the last box, but am worried since they didn't show up in the container they were placed in. They had to pay their employee all of that time and they ended up holding the furniture overnight as the flooring wasn't finished until 10:30 PM.
