Clarissa at Infinity Kids Physical Therapy is amazing. We started around 5 months old for a mild tightness/leaning issue, and she was so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable from day one. My baby cried a lot at first, but Clarissa always knew how to calm her down and turn sessions into play. Over time, there was much less resistance and she became more comfortable during sessions. Now at 15 months, she's doing so much better--standing, walking, and moving confidently. She has officially graduated from PT! Clarissa answered all my questions, never rushed us, and truly cares. Amazing place for speech or occupational therapy or physical therapy. We have experienced speech therapy and ot there. The staff is incredible and goes out of their way for the kids. They are a play based therapy center so all work is done while swinging or jumping on a trampoline or climbing the bars or playing games and much more. They have three gyms to play in and an outside area. Sometimes the donkey downside is the longer wait but it is totally worth it. I'm so glad we found this place. Our son has torticollis and we wanted to start PT early. I loved that they have a therapist who works a lot on torticollis and infants. Clare is amazing. He is 8 weeks old and we've been going since week 2. Since then we also discovered he suffered from acid reflux. Working with Clare has been such a great experience. She's so good with infants and she has so much knowledge about other things which gives me, a FTM, peace of mind. My son has been responding so well to exercises and we've seen a lot of improvement; he's favoring that right side a lot less! We had a wonderful experience at Infinity Kids! We noticed that our baby girl had some preferential head-turning and head flattening so around 4 months, we had a PT consult. From our initial consultation where we learned our daughter had torticollis to our "graduation," the Infinity Kids team has been amazing (shout out to our PT Clarissa!) We learned stretches and activities we could employ at home to help our daughter in between sessions. Can't say enough good things about Infinity Kids! Our little guy (5 years) has been in PT since he was 8 months old for hypotonia /developmental coordination disorder. We started at a different treatment center, but have been going to Infinity Kids for the past 2 years with Miss Clarissa. Every week he has grown stronger and more confident and Miss Clarissa has done an amazing job encouraging him to work hard while still having a blast. Making or rescheduling appointments is super easy and they are very proactive about scheduling makeup sessions during holiday breaks. They worked with us to facilitate a referral for orthotic braces and really seem invested in helping the kiddos succeed. Our son recently graduated after meeting all of his goals, and we will definitely miss Miss Clarissa! We highly recommend Infinity Kids! Our son was diagnosed with torticollis at just 3 weeks and being first time parents, we were absolutely freaking out. We reached out to our friend who is a PT herself and she recommended Infinity Kids to us. We were able to see Clare (AMAZING!) and she worked with our son once a week to get his mobility back in his neck. She was very diligent in teaching us how to work in these stretches at home as well. We pretty much did everything she told us to and within the time frame she guessed, his mobility was back and he was able to graduate his time at Infinity Kids. The facility is very clean and if you're worried about the yucky germs, you can ask the therapist to wear a mask. We didn't even have to ask Clare, but she was always so respectful and wore one while working on our son. Our daughter has been attending weekly occupational therapy sessions at Infinity Kids for 1.5 years. Our therapist, Madison, has been an invaluable source of support as we navigate our daughter's unique challenges. Our daughter doesn't quite fit the standard definitions of autism or related disorders, which has posed difficulties in finding suitable help. She struggles with sensory processing, proprioceptive skills, and has meltdowns that can last for hours, particularly when her routines shift. Infinity Kids has proven to be a lifeline during this journey. Our past encounters were overshadowed by significant challenges arising from Regional Center and the uphill battles we faced with our insurance company. Before Infinity Kids, our daughter attended therapy 4 days a week at a different center (OT, speech, and ABA). This was organized through Regional Center. Once our daughter turned 3, insurance denied further therapy. We found ourselves locked in battles and the struggles were only getting worse. In stark contrast, Infinity Kids preformed comprehensive assessments that pinpointed crucial areas for improvement, such as sensory and emotional regulation. Suddenly we were met with compassion and understanding after years of being told everything is fine. Our developmental psychologists before would see us once every 6 months. I'd fill out their questionnaires and they would ask me and my daughter some questions. They were satisfied that she made eye contact and recommended parenting classes. They offered zero compassion or actual help for us. Infinity Kids's methods and approach has been a breath of fresh air, acknowledging the depth of our daughter's needs beyond the surface. Madison's support and focused sessions have brought some amazing changes, even though we're still navigating the ups and downs. We're on a journey with a lot more to come, so the progress we're experiencing is a work in motion. What's particularly great is the low turnover at Infinity Kids. At our previous center, we cycled through at least 3 different OTs in just half a year, and we encountered 6 different ABA therapists in that same time span. Things have been refreshingly different at Infinity Kids. We've been fortunate to have the same occupational therapist for nearly a year and a half, which has made a real positive impact. Madison's sessions are engaging and playful. Our daughter enjoys therapy now and she is receiving the consistency she needs. She is learning coping skills through playing and working through tough situations as they come up. I find their methods to be much more effective and more natural than our past experiences. Their approach is a much better fit all around. We appreciate the weekly feedback and being able to see the progress our daughter is making. It's been nice to quantify the progress she's made by using standard assessments. Our original psychiatrists wouldn't even do these simple tests with us since they didn't think she needed them. Madison is a wonderful therapist and we feel fortunate to have her. We also love the people who work at the front desk, specifically Linda and Tiffany. They are always kind and helpful. Our daughter adores them and the other therapists she sees in passing (Taryn and Cate come to mind) *almost* as much as she adores Madison. Everyone there is genuinely kind. Our oldest daughter loves attending their Sibling Workshops. She's able to meet other kids who have siblings with challenges. It's nice for her to have peers who understand her situation. All around we've had a wonderful experience and I can't imagine our life without the help of Madison and Infinity Kids. Thank you to the entire team. This place just radiates good energy When you walk through the door it feels like a second home you are always greeted by the loveliest staff in reception. The place is always well kept clean and decorated for the seasons. We have been seeing Clare for PT since my daughter was 3 months old, and she has been absolutely amazing! We genuinely look forward to our sessions every week. Clare has been incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel seen and appreciated as a first-time young mom. It's been so heartwarming to see my daughter grow under her care. To look back at everything she has achieved since working with her is unbelievable. Infinity Kids hosted an event for parents. Tea Tuesday: Parent Workshop with Serena Brinderson: "Learn to Act instead to React." Currently, my kids do not receive therapy here. However, I can see that this place see their clients and their community as a whole because they are supporting parents with an awesome workshop that was just amazing! The place is off Lambert in the business complex area. The inside of this place is transformed for therapy. There's a built in Zipline, playstructure, quiet room, eating area, and even a garden! I didn't get to explore every corner of this place, but the place is super clean and the best part... They are super welcoming to the the parents and the community! The workshop was amazing. It was very engaging. I felt like I was in a yoga class that was so focused on my needs. If this place was able to do that for the parents, I'm sure they do the same especially for the kids. So it appears that this place provides physical therapy, occupation therapy, and parent workshop nights. Let me just say that the workshop that they presented this evening including the following: Dancing, chanting, breathing, parental reflection, gong therapy, drumming, art therapy with the use of natural herbs, bee wax, and natural paint such as "tumeric paint." Overall, it was just so nice workshop for parents that truly engaged our mind, senses, well being, and emotions. I have to admit that I cried at the beginning of the workshop and smiled at the end. Totally recommend this place for kids that need some special therapy! And for parents to check out their workshops. The place is super clean. InfinityKids is amazing. We highly recommend it. We've had the pleasure of working with Taryn (OT) and Nirja (PT) for the past few months. Our LO has had a rough start to life. Both Taryn and Nirja have been nothing but a joy and stress relief for us. Our LO is thriving in no small part due to both of their efforts. Taryn was able to work with LO's pediatric dentist on countless occasions, tracking her down (she's hard to get in contact with) and making sure our LO's plan of care was coordinated and would have the best outcome for him. Taryn has answered all our questions (and there are many) during each visit, helping us plan out the next week of care for our LO. She is able to adapt to our LO's mood so that progress is made each appointment regardless of our LO's temperament of the day. Multiple medical professionals have commented on our LO's progress, which is a testament to Taryn's work. When Nirja first started seeing our LO, we followed her guidance and within a week, some of our LO's asymmetrical musculature movements were corrected due to her targeted plan of care. Nirja has been a constant calming presence for us, reassuring us throughout her treatment. And on top of all that, when on multiple occasions we have needed to change his appointment times (sometimes within hours of the appointment time ), Nirja has been more than accommodating, slotting us in whenever it is the most convenient to us. She sends us videos of the activities during our LO's sessions to highlight progress and areas for improvement. Our stress is continually reduced because of Nirja. We're beyond appreciative of the care that both Taryn and Nirja they have given to our LO. We couldn't be happier. read more

I'm not a frequent reviewer of establishments but I had to leave one for this place. We knew my son could benefit from extra help because he was a preemie, but we couldn't find anywhere that was a great fit for us. We tried to work with him on our own but it got to the point we couldn't help him with specific issues. After being disheartened and upset, I made a google search I'd made a thousand times before, only this time, Infinity Kids popped up. It almost looked too good to be true. I thought, "I'll send in a request and see if they respond." They responded... the very next day. Other places we've tried to reach out to completely ignored us. We went to our orientation yesterday.. we kept our expectations low due to our past experiences. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air, comparatively! We met with Maddy and even our son was quite excited about being there. We cannot wait to really get started, we will be there for PT, OT, and Speech. I have been so blessed to have found Infinity Kids. My son started therapy when he was about 3.5 months old. My son had been struggling with breastfeeding, reflux, and poor sleep. And I was sure my son had tongue tie issues that had developed into tension and torticollis but my pediatrician kept telling me he was fine and dismissed my concerns. I was in the peak of my post-partum depression when I first encountered Clare speaking at a mommy group. She right away encouraged me to make an appt with her for an evaluation and what an answer to prayer that was. She worked with my son for about 3-4 months and every week he showed so much progress. She made home exercies easy and naturally part of your routine. We also were connected with Taryn for OT to address his feeding issues. She worked with my son for about a month and helped us connect to a pediatric dentist who would release all his ties. They both helped calm my anxieties and empower me as a mom. read more

Note this review is solely on the "director" of operations, and whoever else was aware of our situation and failed to be of better service. As a mom of a child with therapy needs, I truly got blown away by the reviews on Yelp, the fact that the owners are parents of kids with needs, and the many certifications they boast about on their website. Unfortunately, I should have seen the red flags the minute the director started providing "misinformation" or "unclear" information as a result of an insurance dilemma they had going on. Despite my openness to be flexible, and their lack their of, I persisted to try to work around many issues. Granted, there is only so much a clinic can do, as a healthcare provider myself, I tried to be understanding. My biggest issue was not their inflexibility but more so their poor communication, lack of tact, lack of empathy, and dismissive attitude from the "higher upper" communicating with me throughout the process; treating us like they were working harder to push us out rather than work with us. For how tight knit this clinic is I find it hard to believe the owners were not aware of what was going on. Although one of the owners communicated with my husband to "address" our concerns last minute, it was a little too late. So, I highly encourage these professionals, to sit down in one of their trainings and watch "empathy" by the Cleveland clinic and learn a little about the subject while you are at it read more

Our son started occupational therapy with Madison a few months ago and we are extremely impressed. The facility is well run and organized and is always very clean. They have a wide range of therapy equipment that our son enjoys and has greatly benefited from. We would recommend the facility to anyone. Our son loves Madison and she is genuinely one of the nicest people we have ever met. During make up sessions, we've had experience with other OTs at the facility, and they have also been excellent. From watching the sessions and speaking with Madison, we've learned things we can do at home as well. We have noticed improvement in our son at home, at school and in all areas. If you know me , you would think why the heck are you stepping foot into a physical therapy place, you know that doesn't actually work. Now, fast forward 4 1/2, 5 months and I am a FULL BELIEVER IN physical therapy. My son has been seeing Nirja for his Torticollis and mild plagiocephaly and he has made so much improvement that he has gone from moderate-severe and needing a cranial helmet to not needing one at all. She has been so patient and gentle with Hudson, meanwhile, on the side teaching my husband and i techniques on how to stay active with stretching at home so he doesn't regress. If you are on the fence with PT, I highly recommend it, especially with Nirja, who has been thee reason our son does not need a helmet. read more

I have been bringing my daughter to Infinity kids for a few months to see Shannon the physical therapist. My daughter has been slow to hit a few milestones including sitting up, crawling, standing and waking. Shannon has been so great with her and she is now doing all the things I mentioned except walking which there is no doubt she will be doing soon. Shannon makes the time they have together so much fun by singing and playing while incorporating the needed strengthening exercises my daughter needs. Everyone that works there is so kind and make you feel welcome. This is an absolutely AMAZING place. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is nice and clean. Kaylie (the Speech and Language Pathologist) started working with my son in late January. At the time, he was completely non-verbal. He only made some grunting sounds and pointed at things that he wanted. By the end of April, he was already saying a few words. Of course he has a long way to go but Kaylie laid the foundation for him to try and imitate words that we say. She is a true miracle worker. We were so lucky to have found her! read more

Infinity Kids operates in a very clean space with plenty of objects and courses for fun and therapeutic services. Amanda was very kind and helpful setting up a consultation for my little one. I was scheduled with Shannon, DPT. As a PT myself, I definitely had expectations in mind prior to this visit. Shannon blew me away, she was caring, kind, insightful, and most of all passionate. She's a very talented PT that I felt very comfortable with allowing her to handle my little one without any fear or anxiety of getting hurt. My son is a preemie that went through a high risk pregnancy. Because of it he has multiple issues going on like PVL, CP, and CVI to name a few. We've searched high and low for a place that would support us with early intervention. Infinity Kids was the one stop place that we could take our son to receive PT, OT, and even speech and eating therapy. The team that they have working with him all have a deep connection and relationship with my son and you can really see it. His PT specialist Dr. Nirja and Katie are THE best. They have pushed our son to do things we've never thought would've been possible. Our son has a special relationship with Dr. Nirja and we feel she is so passionate about the development of every kid she works with. Our son's OT specialist Taryn has helped us with his feeding to the point where he's able to swallow food and get the calories he needs. Our little one was originally assigned to a different PT practice but we requested Infinity Kids, and we are so glad we did. Nirja really focused on connecting with our little one from day one. We have been long time patients of Infinity Kids and have loved going and working with our PT but with the new "cancelation policy" and now raising their private pay rates I am really disheartened. We are recent transplants to Orange County from the NYC area and could not be happier to have found InfinityKids. My son was a 25 week preemie with medical complications that include difficulty swallowing and feeding. As a result he is g-tube fed exclusively and severely delayed with oral motor skills. At InfinityKids we have had the pleasure of working with both Maddy and Taryn. They are both EXCELLENT SLP/OTs who know what they are doing. My son was delivered and cared for by the amazing staff at Yale New Haven Hospital and I feel like we have found continuity of care with InfinityKids. Infinity Kids is exactly what we have been looking for. They have talented therapist that LOVE what they do. It shows in their readiness to help. It's so hard to find therapy places that actually care about the child, and this place totally does. They have catered to my daughters needs and schedule. Amanda is one of the owners. She is an OT so she totally gets it. Angie helps with insurance and all of my crazy questions and I'm so blessed to have found this place. Their OT's are stacked. So many amazing OT's. From the first time I spoke with Infinity Kids on the phone, I felt comfortable with them. They were on the list of referred OTs from Kaiser for my son's extreme picky eating behavior and the third I called. The first one had a waiting list of 12 months for the first visit - nope; the second one had a massive, super sterile phone tree with a nice, but not directly insightful admin at the end of it. When I called Infinity Kids, Amanda (one of the owners) picked up and spent an extended amount of time talking to me about our concerns and challenges. Since it had been four years of *just* mac n cheese - literally, every day - I had my doubts, but I was at the end of every rope and Amanda reassured me that they had great experience with feeding therapy to help us through this. We've been working weekly with Tala (the other owner) for about five months now and it has been incredible. Just two or three sessions in, my son was tentatively trying new foods with Tala. She is so patient with (all of) us and quickly picked up on his interests and personality to more effectively encourage him to succeed. And the previously very limited repertoire has expanded to now include vegetables like cucumbers and bell peppers; bread; and meat like hot dogs and chicken nuggets. Small and simple, but these are huge leaps for us!! Most importantly, his attitude towards trying new foods has changed dramatically.
