We took our daughter to Tumble N' Dots for a feeding therapy evaluation and were impressed immediately by the professionalism, attention to details and the approach taken by the OT, Ms Lichelle Fernando, and the team.   We were able to see noticeable improvements with our daughter within couple of sessions and have seen significant improvements with each subsequent session. The interactive and gentle approach they are taking makes it an activity that our daughter looks forward to attending.   With realistic and practical instructions given to us as parents by Ms Lichelle, we've been able to help our daughter continue her exercises at home with ease.   We highly recommend Lichelle and Tumble N' Dots!

This clinic has done wonders for our lil one with Autism level 2. Their curriculum and commitment by far is the best compared to all the other clinics we've been. They never give up and they find ways to help encourage your child to engage. In such a short amount of time we've seen how hard their team works with our child and we wouldn't trade it for anything. Although Tumble N Dots specialize in OT they also partner with ST to help our munchkin with her speech difficulties. We love Tumble N Dots and we will be forever grateful for all that they've done in helping our child flourish. I personally feel emotional writing this because we found them during a time wherein other clinics and therapist were unable to support our child. They were heaven sent during a very difficult time. Thank you for never giving up and for being there for our family. We wish Ms. Avital and her team nothing but the very best! We love you guys.

Skills in a box another service they provide at this magical place.

Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs. To do this, they use everyday activities, exercises, and other therapies. OT helps kids play, improves their school performance, and aids their daily activities.- Tumble N Dot is owned by the amazing Avital Shuster who spotted our sons needs in such quick and gentle way and we are very thankful she was was our first station in this journey. We started seeing the highly qualified, warm, understanding and sweet OT named Miranda at TnD and we already see the difference in our sons quality of life. His balance, fine motor and even social skills improved significantly and it has only been 2 months. I'm happy to recommend TnD to anyone in need of OT services.

Having the best time in his play-based therapy group!

Tumble N Dot's has really helped bring a sense of calm back into our famiy's life. Truly. I have three boys and by the time my middle child was three, he started showing early signs of having difficulties in school. He simply was not interested and had a hard time sitting through circle-time and participating in any group-related activity. I reached out to Avital and she suggested trying out their social group they offered at the time for his age group. Sure enough, over time we noticed small yet significant changes in his ability to focus and cooperate at school. He is now in TK and doing great. He has since moved on from group sessions and still attends once every other week with Ms. Christina, whom we both love. My son trusts her and has really opened up because of all the support and patience she's provided him with. The bond they've formed is truly special and one of the many reasons why we love Tumble N' Dots. I recently started my youngest (3 years) in the curious caterpillars social play-based therapy group, and already, within three weeks we see growth and attitude shifts. He's also speech-delayed, the OT's are aware, they work extra hard developing that area with him as well. At the end of each session, parents receive a detailed description of all their little one worked on, and always bring home a fun craft they worked on together! Avital, Christina, Natalie, Angeline and everyone else at Tumble N' Dots are incredible! We are so lucky and blessed to have found them, their support and care has really gotten our family through some challenging times! We highly recommend them if you are considering therapy for your child! You will find all you're looking for and then some !

They did a great job with my daughter and had no problem having me join their sessions in the background. Overall, my experience here was wonderful and I highly recommend it for your child's speech development needs!

I've never met a therapist that walks this line with such grace as Audrey. Audrey is demanding (knows exactly how far to push my daughter) but equally playful and light-hearted and allows my daughter space to give her a sense of independence. This is partly because her patience knows no bounds. You will immediately see this if you observe Audrey in a session. Her patience combined with her tenacity makes her tremendously effective. My daughter has a genetic syndrome that includes global developmental delay (including delayed fine motor skills, dyspraxia, speech apraxia, reduced body awareness, low attention, hyperactivity). My daughter has consistently improved with Audrey in the past year and a half. When my daughter started with Audrey, she was a hyperactive little bee buzzing around. Now, my daughter patiently sits awaiting the next activity or reward (swings, scooter, cuddles, etc). In addition to all the skills my daughter has gained, my daughter now also will try during an activity that isn't easy for her instead of immediately trying to escape. Things that Audrey has taught my daughter to do include: improving her body awareness and coordination (now she can climb more safely and independently on all sorts of playgrounds at the park!), learning how to problem-solve when confronted with a challenging or new task, being more independent with daily self-care routines, such as taking off and putting on clothes (she used to get so frustrated while dressing, but is able to do this all by herself now!), brushing her teeth, washing her body, using buttons and zippers, washing her hands, and figuring out how to regulate and organize her body using sensory techniques. It is without a doubt that my daughter has come long ways in her therapy, as you can see a drastic change in her determination, cooperation, attention, emotions, and mostly, confidence!

Audrey is definitely one of the best OT's I have met in the field in the nine years of my clinical practice. As a therapist in the field of special education, it is always tremendously helpful to collaborate with team members when treating a client, regardless of the diagnosis. Audrey has been a wealth of knowledge and help on a variety of children we've co-treated, which, in turn, helped in my speech therapy sessions with the child's self-regulation, sensory integration, and motor planning. I HIGHLY recommend Audrey's expertise in Feeding Therapy, sensory processing/ integration (few OTs have good skills in this area in my humble opinion), as well as with the motor planning aspect of functioning. She also happens to be incredibly sweet and patient - you and your child will love her!!!
