Writing this after my first treatment! I had laser hair removal done on my underarms and it was probably one of the quickest and (relatively) painless treatments I've ever had done. I would describe the sensation more of like a light rug burn than a rubber band snap, but it wasn't bad at all! Katie was so nice and patient, very funny too! She answered all my questions and offered a lot of useful information. Nothing was awkward and I never felt uncomfortable during the (very short) duration of my visit. I probably spent more time filling out the new patient form than the consultation and treatment combined. My only gripe is the parking, maybe I wasn't looking closely or I was too anxious but I could not for the life of me find the garage parking or the parking lot so I ended up parking on the street and walking (was only a 3 minute walk so no biggie!). Side note: Before settling on Infinity, I was about to check out Ideal Image but I found it very shady that they were not willing to give me a price quote, on the phone or online. It was through yelp that I found that people were being quoted in the thousands of dollars (for underarms!!) and that you get bullied into a contractual agreement--not okay. I was so happy when I found Infinity--their pricing is all online and straightforward and there's no obligation to fill out any type of contract; not to mention that everyone there is friendly and patient!! read more

I was referred by a friend who has been going to Infinity for some time now. I'd never had any kind of laser removal so I was very nervous. I am also an attorney so I was wary of the these kinds of procedures, generally. I went for a consultation and all of my questions were not only answered but my concerns were allayed completely. Everyone was kind and took their time and did not rush my many, many questions. This woman-owner business is one of the last that truly believes in customer service and general comfort and kindness. After the consultation I went in for service and (1) I got their early and they fit me in early simply so I wouldn't have to wait; (2) even though they "fit me in," they didn't rush. The service was seamless and fantastic. The procedure was not the most comfortable thing in the world, but they made the process fun and lighthearted, while also somehow managing to be efficient, thorough and, I believe, as painless as possible. My first visit to Infinity. I won a dermaplaning gift certificate though a charity auction so I figured I would give it a try. When I drove up to the building I will admit I was worried but they say you should never judge a book by its cover. Good thing I didn't trust my first thoughts...I parked in the nasty garage walked into the eye sore of a medical building to the Infinity suite. To my surprise it was very nice inside and the staff quickly acknowledged me. Diane was very knowledgeable and informative about my dry maturing skin and what dermaplaning is all about and it's benefits. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend you visiting as well just remember to overlook the building and parking area. In three words this place is tranquil, classy, and detail-oriented.I came for laser treatments. This is not the first place I have received them, but I will make this my only place for now on. The building is deceiving, but the interior is clean and feels like a spa. The service was excellent from the start. I was offered tea and treats. So many positive things to say about this place: the owner works alongside the staff and is personable, staff are knowledgeable, they offer complimentary numbing cream for bikini area, give exfoliating sponge to keep after services, they are timely, organized, reasonably priced, and they strive to make you feel comfortable. I received a gift certificate in a basket from a fundraiser for a facial or laser hair removal at Infinity and choose the rejuvenating facial. I saw Diane and the facial was amazing! I received dermabrasion with the facial, which I had never done before and I was happy with my decision. She was very thorough and explained every step of the process. My face felt great afterwards. Go see Katie she is AWESOME! She is honest and explains what to expect after each treatment. She is thorough and makes you feel comfortable. I have had my second treatment done and so far result has been great . Obviously this is a process that takes time so it will require patience. As far the prices you pay as you go per treatment. I have had all of my laser hair removal at Infinity over the years (would never go any other place) and recently had a ReFRESH facial with Diane. My face hasn't looked this good in a long time.
