Had a very bad experience here. The man did a terrible job on doing a fill with white gel. It was the most painful experience I've had getting nails done in my life and sloppiest job. Extremely rushed he didn't shape them nicely either my nails are usually long coffin and now they are all misshaped. He was so rough and I left with my nails stinging and even bleeding. Also when he would mess up and slop the polish on and it wouldn't go on my nail but on the sides he would take HIS OWN long nails to try to clean the sides it was disgusting and unsanitary. I even pointed out how one nail was overly sloppy (like not acceptable when you are a paying customer) and he didn't even fix it. Do not go there for waxing! The lady burned my face, didn't even remove all the hair and didn't put anything on it after to help w how hot the wax was. I walked out and will be contacting the licensing boards UPDATE: first of all I am an esthetician and experienced of 14 years. I have been waxed by your place before by a different person. I am not sensitive and I am fully aware that waxing leaves REDNESS, your person burned me!! I have aloe on my face now and it's swollen. This location has been one of the best experiences I've had in a while. I first went in with no appointment and they take you right away. John did my fresh full set and it only took him 35 minutes! This was my first time trying the salon out and based on today i won't be coming back. My daughter got the mini spa pedicure (38$) and her opinion was "well the massage was nice". Her nails were clipped unevenly, her under nail was not cleaned up, & her nail corners were also neglected. The pedicure process most important for us is the actual nail care because she gets ingrown nails if not maintenanced. As for the paint job it was messy, patchy and well just bad. For myself i requested the Deluxe Spa pedicure (47$). He did a decent job at cleaning up around my nails but also neglected the under nail portion of my nails as well as the corners. The deluxe pedicure included a sea salt scrub, a gel scrub, a sugar scrub, & a foot mask. However i never received the sugar scrub portion and the gel scrub consisted of him spreading a blue gel onto the top of my feet then immediately wiping it off with a hot towel. I kid you not it was not even left on for more than 30 seconds or rubbed in. The massage was extremely underwhelming. My 5 year old could have rubbed better. As for my paint job, the overall look was great but i don't expect it'll last longer than a day or two since he applied cuticle oil to the actual surface of my nails BEFORE applying the color. Not sure what the logic behind that was. Needless to say they were not tipped and our pedicures were definitely not worth the 85$ spent. Oh and one last thing the lady who worked on my daughter was peeling an orange and dropped a piece as she was walking to the front of the salon. She noticed it & just kept on walking. First impression: very clean, beautiful location, friendly receptionist. It's pricey compared to some hole in the wall places in town. But I think it's worth it. You can book online and there are many nail techs working at a time. Also- they have a guarantee where they'll fix your nails if something goes wrong. I've NEVER seen this. I went in Sunday and got Gel polish done. Monday I noticed one nail had started to lift. So I went in Tuesday to try out this guarentee and it was easy. They didn't question me just got it fixed. I wanted to like this place so bad since it was easy to get in with my friend on a Saturday morning. But the woman who did my gel manicure/pedicure did a terrible job. I left with gel polish all over my toes that I had to scrape, cut and file off at home. My fingernails came out better, but they almost all have dents and rivets from the gel not being brushed out evenly. I should have known to cut my losses and leave when she refused to let me do black gel on my fingernails because she said it was too dark and would show her mistakes better. Yikes. read more

First and all, I was visiting my family in Turlock. We went out to eat near countryside Drive Buffalo Wild Wings. I told everyone hey let's do a family pedicures together. I noticed there's a nail shop in Same plaza. We went inside to check it out and was greeted immediately even as busy as they were. They let us relax and pick out colors for the ladies on the pedicure chairs. Us Men pedicures has great options also. 3 of us did the deluxe pedicure and the ladies did regular with gel polish. I have to say, they are very organized and properly disinfect the tools. The place is extremely clean. I also noticed there's a butler there cleaning between pedicures. Ok back to the service. I got a gift card to go get pedicures/manicures for my birthday and my daughter. My daughter's nail tech did great but about 5minutes into both of our pedicures 3/4 of the nail techs start yelling at each other. I'm not talking about barely yelling I'm talking about fighting yelling. Two guys and a woman. At one point the lady doing my toes started getting up to calm one of the guys down. One of the guys yelling is yelling across the room while he's doing someone's feet and another lady yelling across the whole room. Eventually one of the men in the argument calls 911 and the cops show up. Meanwhile me, my daughter and another lady getting toes done are sitting there like what the heck is this? Super unprofessional and horrible environment today. You want to go to a nail salon to get pampered and some peace. This was the worst experience. Well this was my fourth time coming here I live an hour away the guys who work there do a great job on my nails. There's a reason why I drive an hour to that pacific salon and there was this lady. Genuinely very upset with how my nails came out. I called at 10am to see if they were open and they didn't answer so I went to check it out around 3pm and the lady at the front desk told me to come back in an hour so I went back and waited for an extra 40 minutes. Once I was helped the lady that was doing my nails seemed to be in a hurry. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and it was a picture of a thin white line (like a french tip). I do not recommend. Over priced for the quality of the service. I expected an A+ pedicure. I paid for the Deluxe gel pedicure which is $64. I repeatedly told the lady that my nails were too long and that she was filing them crooked. I had to politely ask her for nail clippers so I could cut them and file them myself because she was doing a terrible job. The products used on my feet must have been very cheap because my feet are still very rough. I get pedicures every three weeks, my feet are well maintained, there's no reason as to why my feet should be tougher than when I went in for the pedicure. The gel polish job was terrible. I received a message from the owner who takes his reviews seriously. He informed me I didn't add the callus removal treatment ($5.00 up charge) and is not covered under my $33 dollar mini pedicure. My wife went with a mimosa and I opted for wine. I sat there like a kid in a toy store sipping away on wine. Yummy. Anna then went to work on my ugly @$$ feet. Poor Anna. She had to put on armor just to battle my feet. In the end, Anna won the battle and delivered my feet from hell. She did a good job. I forgot to mention, she does have strong hands. First time visiting this spa a few days ago with my husband during the day for two pedicures. We both chose the deluxe pedicure (included hot rocks, no wax so I believe it was the $40 range price). I typically choose shellac but after seeing it would be an additional $20 on top of $40+ I chose to forfeit that. Most places I've been to seem to charge $5-10 extra but not $20. This isn't my reason for 3 stars but it may factor into returning. Upon entering the spa, I was impressed with the size of the space, apparent cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. I appreciated their signage as pictured so you know exactly what their pricing is. The range of services they offer is equally impressive, although I can only speak to the quality of the pedicure. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. I noticed they had several options for scrubs but we were not asked, just given lavender. I happen to like lavender so I didn't mind - the other location we went to in Tracy asked us which scrub we'd like. I don't know if this is typical but just noticed we weren't asked. I was disappointed in the virtually non existent massage. For the price of the deluxe it felt like a basic massage with hot rocks. However, the rocks were so hot for the lady that she could hardly handle them. I was fine with the heat but she was having trouble massaging with them so I didn't really benefit from them. Additionally, her nails were so long that when she was attempting to massage my feet and legs with the rocks all I could feel were her nails scraping me. I am sure she didn't realize her nails were extended that long past rocks but it wasn't pleasant. I am not one to complain and I'm not sure how to say, Hey can you cut your nails and then come back to my pedicure...but it might be worth management considering how this could impact customers. The polish job was wonderful. No complaints! She took her time and really made sure they looked nice. I would have loved to give 5 stars, however due to the length of nails preventing a relaxing pedicure and pretty much non existent massage, 3 will have to do for now. I've had longer massages for the price of a basic. If I'm paying for a deluxe I would hope for an actual massage. All in all, they do have great customer service, nice atmosphere, clear pricing, and worth a second look. If we return and I'm able to give a 4 or 5 star review, I'll definitely do so! read more

I went there today I was going to have a manicure and pedicure by the time she got done with my toe nails I was not going to let her touch my hands. I was bleeding from my cuticle and she was using a dirty file ( it looked like her favorite she's had around forever). My toe nails are on a slant this was the absolute worst service I have ever had. I did call the salon and complained the man I spoke with said he would review the CCTV and see what was happening. He said using fresh files and all clean instruments was what they were suppose to do, but but this gal. The inside is beautiful and relaxing. The polish collection is in the waiting area so you can pick your color while you wait. There are TVs set up so you can watch while you have the service done. Cathy was the person to do my nails. She was friendly and listened while I made special requests for my acrylics: thin layer of acrylic and not to file my natural nail very much, as I have very thin nails. The only thing I was a bit nervous about, was that I noticed that the clippers she used to cut my nails came from a container that said "soiled" on it. I didn't fuss since she just was clipping my natural nail. 8/3/19 update: I have since stopped with the acrylic because I like how my cuticles are cleaned up better with the gel polish as well as getting the arm message. However, when I asked for ombré with gel, I was told it's "only with powder." I've had gel ombré before and know it's possible.
