Visited twice for both an adult basic pedicure and a children's pedicure. Each time, the experience was disappointing. The staff repeatedly pushed upgrades. They asked no less than six times to switch from polish to gel, even after declining. The adult basic pedicure was minimal and felt incomplete. The salon no longer feels clean or professional either. The front area is now used as storage, tons of boxes all over, and many of the chairs are visibly stained. Now that ive been here a few more times, im sad to say its hit or miss. I never really know if im going to get a great service or just okay. Sometimes a pedicure can last long & be amazing or other times they chop your nails and your manicure peels the next day. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. An older man with combed back grey and black hair did my French acrylic set. He was offended by everything that I did. Including picking up my phone to show a reference pic, taking a sip of my drink, not relaxing my hand enough, helping him by moving my hand..which he got very upset about, asking for a gem to be placed lower than what he placed, checking in seeing a hump on my nail which also offended him, and having my child cousin talk to me every now and then. I can't believe I sat through this degrading session only to pay $90. I felt like a child and just wanted to get the set over with. I should've noticed something was wrong when he got mad that I was paying attention to humps or things that needed to be fixed. Customer's nearby noticed, and I can definitely tell you that he was talking crap about me to the other techs. He was aggressively moving my arms and hands and laughed at me if I tried to say anything about my nails. I gave him a reference photo and he did the exact opposite. I told him I wanted a specific gemstone and he chose a different one and didn't even do what the photo showed. I asked him to try and fix one of the gemstones and he got really offended and insisted it was all right. I asked how much additional gemstone and acrylic would be, and he only told me "whole thing $90". At this point we were already done with majority of the nails so I felt embarrassed that I didn't say anything and just let him degrade me. Huge mistake. I paid $90 for nails that didn't even have cuticles cut, didn't even look like my reference photo, weren't properly filed down, weren't properly cleaned. I was telling the manager after paying a grand total of $250 (including my cousin and sister) that I was not happy with the service. We tipped all of the other techs because I got my pedicure done, which I loved. The manager was annoyed I did not want to give the tech that did my manicure a tip. I was standing outside contemplating if I should go back in and a worker me to do so. I went in with my cousin and my sister. I told the manager I was not happy because the tech was very rude and my nails do not look anything like they should. I asked him if I can get them removed and refunded. He grabbed my hand and told me that they looked fine. I told him the tech was degrading me the whole time and this is not what I wanted. He responded that I should've said something earlier and it's not their fault. I told him that every time I try to bring something to the attention of the tech, he either got upset or laughed at me. The manager kept insisting that nothing was wrong and he could not do anything for me. I told him I want them off of me and I want a refund. I told him multiple times how the tech was incredibly rude and he just kept blaming me that I didn't say anything before. The manager kept saying that they're losing money and he can't do anything about it and I told him if you could at least fix the nails, I will keep them on. He said sit down in the lobby and he'll get someone to do my nails other than the original tech. Watching him from the huge screen in the lobby, he went directly to the tech that did my nails. I could see the tech was mad and then he started talking to other techs. Thee tech that did my nails needs to be fired. I watched the manager just stand around and talk.. while techs were sitting. Then, I asked him why my total was $90 because there was nothing written on my ticket other than $90. He said that since I got them long and acrylic they were $90 which I explained the tech never showed me how much this would be, just said in total $90. Keep in mind when I asked how much the length and gemstones were, he said that it's not his nails?? Lack of English skills and just really brushed off anything I said. I told the manager that French tip on the site says nine dollars. He told me that that is the price for a regular manicure, not acrylic set. I said that it was under the portion of manicure and it doesn't specify. He replied it's the owner's fault and it's not his that the website is not updated. I asked if that price could be validated because I got French tip thinking it would be nine dollars. He came up with the price of $25 and that was why my total was $90. Again, I expressed that that was way over what the site says, and he kept telling me a new lie. He went from saying it was for a regular manicure, to that that's the owners fault, to it says nine dollars and up. A solution was to offer me a $10 gift card to come back and use. I declined it because I never wanted to come back again. I asked to talk to the owner and he said no. I sat down and watched the manager walk from the front lobby to the back and stand around. I left after realizing they were just trying to get me to walk out since they close at 7 to make it look like I just walked out. I usually come here to get my acrylics done. And they do a great job doing them. Unfortunately this last time I went to get my acrylic removed and I told them I wanted to soak them off. They in fact didn't not soak them and removed my acrylics with a nail tip. I could've done that at home instead of paying for them to rip my nail off. read more

This place was pretty gross inside. Very dirty and it was hot (it was pretty warm that day). They were packed and had a long wait but would skip over people who had been waiting. My overpriced pedicure was only okay. I asked for French tip (which I pay extra for) and the line she gave was so thin. She didn't ask for my opinion until she did a whole foot. At that point I was ready to go home since we had already been there for a long time (because of wait). My daughter enjoyed the kids chair. That's the only positive thing about it. I was a walk in yesterday to get a fill on my nails. I got windy she was so nice & did a great job! I wanted French tip and she tried to do French tip but it wasn't coming out right so I told her if it's okay that I no longer do French and she said yes it's an easy fix and we just went with the base pink color and I love how they came out anyways. Update: I did spend another $5 to have them finish the job. To the business owner--Loc, I understand the frustrations with a 6% tip but I only tip 20% for good service. I asked for a buffed finish and the technician scratched the top of my nails with a file and cuticle remover. I returned with cash for the buffing service and I was greeted with "What do you want?" And "Pay more money." I initially declined the upsell for a "Wagyu" service because paying $22 more for a 10 minute massage still wouldn't change the quality of nail care. Got together with the fam and friends to get pedicures. We came as guests with a coworker and his wife. Let me tell you, it was THE BEST way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The ladies did their thing for sure!!!! I got the paraffin wax treatment and it felt amazing!!! I'm really going to have to keep this going for myself. Been coming to Infinity Nail Spa since they first opened their doors in Turlock. The staff is always very kind and pleasant. Always greeted and asked about my day. They've always accommodated me with my scheduling requests and even last minute changes. I see Aiden for my gel acrylic nails. He does a PHENOMENAL job and is overly obsessed with detail (in a good way). He works magic and does it within a timely manner, so that I can get in and out quickly. My nails always look beautiful thanks to Aiden. Kim is my go-to for gel pedicures. She is the biggest sweetheart and always does an awesome job! She is very thorough and detail oriented as well. The lady was done in under 30 min. It felt really rushed ldk if she thought because I had my baby in her carrier she needed to hurry but my child was fine. The people were nice but I was not that happy about the outcome and process paying $42 for crooked lines and I did leave a 10% tip.
