Nails were put on crooked, my index fingers have forms that are completely the wrong size when compared side by side. Not to mention that I have air bubbles. Technician didn't even file my nails or cut my cuticles, much less even clean up around the bed. I am sorry but spending $60 on lackluster quality and an employee who obviously doesn't care is a reason I'll tell my girlfriends not to go to this place. Would never recommend going to infinity nails! I got my acrylics with gel polish done at there salon last Saturday, they looked fine and now they are turning splotchy an discolored! I consulted my instructor at cosmetology school and she said she's never seen this! I can't believe I spent $55 at this salon for the deluxe pedicure. The ladies rushed our entire pedicure. The wait to get our nails done was longer than the actually pedicure. Made an appointment for a pedicure for my boyfriend and an acrylic removal and manicure for myself. My go to spot is in KC but since I'm moving I decided to explore new places here. Sat around for an extra 15 mins past our appointment time. Boyfriend's pedicure was fine, he just wasn't happy he was sitting in a chair just soaking for almost 20 mins, and the pedicure only took the woman 5 minutes. She then came over to do my manicure since I've been soaking in acetone for over 30 mins at that point. I was hoping she could file off the remainder of my acrylics, but she wasn't able to file off all of it (right hand thumb). She then tried to pry the acrylic off my left hand thumb with another acrylic nail and therefore cut into my nail and I was bleeding. I am in from out of town for a wedding. I had some extra time, so I went for a nice, relaxing pedicure. I arrived at 10:40 and was told there would be a 30 min wait. I went back outside and they came out to tell me they could fit me in now. The salon was nice enough. I noticed bottles of bleach by the chairs. There weren't any plastic coverings on the foot tubs, so my guess is that they use a lot of bleach. Or at least I hope they do. The color selection wasn't very good. I found something plain and simple and had a seat. The pedicure started at 10:55. I told her I wanted a basic pedicure and a foot massage. She took off my old polish and cut my cuticles. She scrubbed the front of my calves. She did not scrub the back. When she washed off the scrub, she sprayed water all over my shoes. As for the massage I asked for, I received a one minute maasge on each calf/foot. I specifically asked for a foot massage. Terrible. Her hands moved very quickly and without much force. She quickly scrubbed my feet. Next she put my wet flip flops on my feet. I must have had a weird look in my face because she said, "You're in a hurry, right?" I told her I wasn't. She pointed to the front door and I said I stepped outside to make a phone call when I first arrived. She painted my nails. She did a great job on painting. I asked if the pedicure would have been different if I wasn't in a hurry and she didn't answer. She never cleaned under my nails. She made very little conversation, which is ok. She said that since I wasn't in a hurry, I could go sit and dry. No one helped me in the chair. No one helped me out of the chair. Normally they take your purse, ask if you want water, start the massager... Needless to say, I will not be back, even if I lived in the area. read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. They do NOT sanitize between customers. I booked an appointment and still waiting almost an hour. After showing nail tech what I needed done, she painted my nails and said the design would have to wait for a different tech to paint, as she does not know how to paint a flower. I was ignored at that point for over an hour and when I got up to leave they proceeded to charge me for a design I didn't get. They Tried to say only 1 tech could paint a flower, however my daughters had designs by different techs....the one I was supposedly waiting for didn't have a customer when I began my wait for the flower. Then took a customer and filled her nails, painted them, and put a design....all while I waited. They laughed and spoke to each other in their own languages and shook their heads as they were taking off my design charge. I do not however know if the charge was removed because the receipt I received does not show what I paid for. Very disappointed and ashamed to have such a place in Topeka. This place is definitely a COVID fishbowl!!!! No sanitizing, no asking customers to wash their hands as they enter. Beware of this place!!!!!! read more

Got a pedicure when I was in town on business. The service was great! I actually ended up smearing the polish and came back the day and the same lady fixed it for free! Also, where else can you get a pedicure for $25? The only improvement could be the massage chairs - they are a bit old and there aren't as many options as newer chairs. read more

The salon has a "menu" of services that they offer. It includes prices for each which should make things easy. Sadly, we selected and paid for one service and were given less than was described. I must give it to the place, it is very and well kept. I never get my nails done but I went to go get acrylics for prom. I knew exactly what I wanted, I called and explained what I wanted and they said it would be $27 (same as it says on the website). I was just going there so I brought $35 dollars so I could give the rest as a tip. Once the charged me the lady said it was $35 and argued when I said different. She was very nice up until this point. When I didn't have a tip for her she completely messed up my top coat leaving it uneven and when I asked her about she ignored me. I came here a week ago and am extremely disappointed. The salon was really nice in the fact that I got in right away. I got a pedicure that was really nice. However, I got a gel manicure as well and have lost the nail polish on my thumb and have several other nails lifting. I have never had this much issue with gel polish. I came in with my daughters and mother. We all had nails done. My tech was hurried, she did not buff out the waves making them smooth. I had to trim dead skin from around my nail right after. And she asked me if I pulled skin off around my fingers. I don't recommend this nail salon because I could have done what she did at home for free. read more

I've gone to this salon several times and have not had a bad experience. But, this past visit changed my view on it. If you chose to come here, do NOT let "Nancy" do your nails. She's a nice lady, but not by any means fit to do nails. She was scrapping off my old gel on my nails and literally sliced the side of my finger open. Then she was about to put my finger right back in the acetone!!! ?????? Good thing I'm not an idiot and got up and washed my hands. Then the other lady was going to try and "glue my finger shut" with acrylic glue so it would stop bleeding. Noooo thank you! I'll take a bandaid instead! I ended up not getting my nails done and just taking the rest of the polish off (besides the one on my cut finger). So again, not a terrible salon but do not let Nancy do them. Sorry, she should stick to something else that is not doing nails. read more
