Infinity Nail Spa went above and beyond to make my experience special! This is coming from someone who doesn't get my nails done often. When I do go to salons, I've rarely had experiences that blow me away. I mentioned I was getting my nails done for my wedding, and the person took their time to get me exactly what I wanted. He checked in with me along the process to make sure I liked the colors and look. I could see the attention to detail and time he was putting into the work. The location is also super convenient - a reasonable drive from downtown, close to Keystone at the Crossing with lots of shopping, and a quick drive from Carmel. read more

I have been to this place numerous times and I really enjoy coming here. The prices are just right and they get me in and out. When I come the most I have ever had to wait was for 10 minutes. The workers are very friendly and helpful. They will offer you a drink while you are getting a service completed. There is an extra charge if you utilize your card to pay but they have other options such as cash, Zelle, or cashapp. Also they have a lot of colors to choose from. read more

I have gone to The same nail tech for 13 years now and had to find someone just as good. It has been a frustrating journey but I think I found my place here! I made a last minute appointment as my nails were so hideous and they did a nice job.. just need to adjust and guide them but I was happy. I usually prefer appointments and they do take them but you can gamble by walking in as they take those too. read more

I was able to squeeze in last minute which was great. The basic pedicure was nice, with lotion and some hot stones. The manicure was 15 more dollars for gel, i think that is standard. Everyone was super nice. Only giving 4 stars because picking out the colors was stressful. The numbers on the nail swatches were totally different than the colors-- i think they have duplicate numbers assigned to multiple colors. My grandma picked a bright pink and they painted her toes a taupe color. I picked a neutral with a pink tone and my toes are brown. I did find the 204 taupe on two different swatches and one 204 is bright pink and one is taupe. I'd prefer to just see all the colors and grab the ones I want versus picking one that is totally different. I'll probably be back actually. Just may be more cautious and speak up if the color on my swatch doesn't look like what I expected. read more

I usually never have a problem when i come to Infinity Nail Spa. Everyone does a great job on toes. I wouldn't say they're the best at trendy designs but if you need a classic mani or pedi, I'd definitely suggest this place! read more

This is my third time there. First time was good with Tom. Second time was okay with the guy that sits next to Tom. This third time, the same guy that sits next to Tom , he filed my nails so hard they were burning. Instead of understanding, he was rude and got up and had Angela finish my nails. She was nice but didn't do a great job my nails were uneven, one broke literally the next day. I will never come back!!! I don't recommend!!! read more

Really great experience at Infinity nails. I just moved from Los Angeles and was looking for a new nail place. I tried a spot in Carmel and had a bad experience. My coworker recommended Infinity and they did a great job. They took me right away (they were not busy). I wanted short natural almond shaped nails and the technician was patient with me. She helped me select the colors and gave very good recommendations. (I never felt rushed or uncomfortable) Very happy to have found my new nail place! read more

Friendly service & convenient location - great addition to the neighborhood. I walked in late one week day and was immediately seated for my pedicure. They were running a 20% off deal for their grand opening. Based on the amount of chairs here, it appears that they could accommodate very large groups. I was very excited to see that they had a variety of pedicure options and beverages while you get pampered. I had a wonderful experience getting the deluxe pedicure ($40). Beware that some of the colors and finishes come at a premium, such as an additional $18 for gel color and $5 for certain colors. It may be best if you bring your own colors, knowing that the selection at this time is pretty limited as well (mostly OPI). Overall, a great value, as long as you know ahead of time if there is a premium on what you want. read more

My friend and I went in to get our nails done, I got a full set French tip ($73) and my friend got a FILL with some lines on each nail ($68). Definitely not worth the price, usually pay 50 sometimes 55$ anywhere else for what I got. Nice people though. read more

Great salon! When it comes to cleanliness this place is far better than other salons - the equipment that's used is sanitized and completely new for each customer which is something I haven't seen at other places. Great color selection and pricing too. Definitely worth checking out! read more

This nail salon is gorgeous. I love the extra effort they take to make sure that everything is sanitary. They put disposable bags in the pedicure bowl and all of the instruments, including emery boards, are new for each customer. They offer complimentary drinks as well. They work hard to make it a relaxing experience. It's worth the 40 min drive for me. read more

I've been a couple times to get a good review. Always like to give three chances before i review. Nice establishment and good area. They have a couple good people that do good nails. Got the dip before .. if was off in a week. Another time i asked for white polish that wouldn't change yellow because i was going on vacation. Before i could even leave for vacation they were yellow. No one really knows how to do designs how I've asked and when i don't like them.. they still charge me for it. Also the last time i went; didn't like the fact I had gift certificates there from a contest at work; they only let me use one stating I could only use one at a time. When they were purchased that was asked and they said it would be ok. Once there they denied me. I don't know what the difference is in two $10 gift cards and one $20 gift card? That completely rubbed me the wrong way. And for that they have lost not just my business, but the business of the other ladies in my office. Don't like being told one thing and then another because of the day. Not cool. read more

I came in after work for a dip manicure. I was greeted immediately and taken to a seat. Tommy was very welcoming and helped me decide on a color that was perfect for Easter weekend. He was honest with what would look best as well. He also offered water, soda, and even wine to drink during my relaxation. I recently just moved to this side of town and was nervous to try a completely different salon. However, I was very impressed by Tommy's ability to finish my manicure in 30 minutes and it turned out perfect. He is very detailed oriented and makes sure that you are happy along the way. This was my first visit and he gave me a discount along with another coupon to use on my pedicure next time I come in. My husband and I are full-time RVers, traveling all over the US. One of the true challenges of this life-style is finding a good nail salon that can do great dip powder nails and great pedicures. It is not easy!!! But here in Indianapolis, I found a real gem!!! Infinity Nails & Spa was an awesome experience for both of us - hubby had a mani-pedi and I had dip nails and pedi. Our great techs were Helen (for hubby) and Angela for my beautiful nails and feet. Listen to all my ladies and gents if you looking for a place with a peaceful environment quick BUT excellent quality service, Infinity Nails Spa is definitely the place to be. I've been coming for years and this is the only salon that I let touch my hands and feet plus not to mention there is a young man name Julian who made these feet look like a million bucks no cap he did such a great job! The people here were great! Very professional, attentive, and flexible. Top priority was my satisfaction and comfort. Prices are great. They even have a morning "happy hour" with a 15% discounted rate. If you don't want to talk, they let you relax...if you do, they are happy to engage. The girl doing my pedicure even kept refreshing the massage chair program FOR ME so that the massage chair never quit! :-) They offer beverages and offer their opinions in a non-intrusive way. I came to Infinity for the first time yesterday with my friend. We were both seated quickly and received STUNNING nails! We both got acrylics with Gel polish. The color is gorgeous! Tommy, the owner, did my nails but Tina was very nice was well :) We chatted throughout the session and I appreciated the feel of such a friendly salon! Angela and Tina are terrific, too, especially with special adornments and designs. They are open 7 days a week and are always available for appointments or walk ins. Excellent! This seriously is the best place that I've been to in years. Used to always have my go to in Carmel but this place blows it away with the service and the quality and the kindness of the owners . This place is like home to me. A great place to relax with great people working! They actually care if you're happy and will ensure you leave with beautiful nails. I got my nails done at a different salon that messed them up pretty badly so I started calling around to see if somewhere could fit me in that night. They were able to fit me in immediately, fix my nails, and gave me a discount due to my nails being messed up by someone else. I definitely will be going back when it's time for a fill!!! read more

I recommend infinity nail spa. It is not the closest to my house, yet I will drive farther and go back to this one because it is a nice relaxing environment, I can get in really quickly, and the people are very nice. They offer a drink and make sure you are comfortable. They always do a great job on my nails. read more

I recently had a full set of acrylic nails applied at this nail shop and had an excellent experience. Tina was my nail tech and she did a fabulous job and my nails are gorgeous!!! I scheduled the following: - Saturday 2/6/26 - full tap gel x set on at 1:30 with Kate. - Friday 2/20 - replacement right thumb with Alex (free of charge!) - Wednesday 2/26 - further replacement for left pointer nail. I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. Thinking it was a fluke, I wanted to give them another shot but I'm taking my business elsewhere.
