The checker, that was neutral at best, for the first visit must have saw me go to a different line and there were only 2. She came up behind me and said: Hey did you just come through my line and purchase your limit of items. I said yes, but please relax I am purchasing unrelated items. She just turned around and went back to her cash register. While I appreciate her energetic desire to follow rules, she may get a much better reaction by starting the discussion with a more polite opening, and thus the lower rating in my mind. To make it more complex, the gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and handled the situation with a calm and professional demeanor. So I'll settle on 3 stars.
