We hired Daniel to remodel our walk-in shower. This was our first remodel job in the house so we were a little nervous about it. We had been looking for a good contractor for a long time, but had a rough time with that. When we came across Daniel, he explained the process very well and we knew he was knowledgeable about his work. His price was slightly on the higher side, so the only concern was would it be worth it. After completing the job, I can say that it was very much worth it. Dan re-did my master shower grout and vacuumed up the shower pan. The previous owners tried to patch the grout and the work was really shoddy and it was leaking water. Dan came in and did the job right. He removed the old grout, vacuumed the water out of the pan and put in new grout and sealed it. As a courtesy he also cleaned the tile on the my bathroom floor AND he even came back to patch the grout on the floor (which was not included in the cost). I asked for a quote from Infinity Tile & Grout to fix some patches of worn grout in my new (to me) condo. Daniel quickly replied, asking for a bit of clarity and some pictures (on a holiday, no less). Long review below, but in short - I highly recommend Dan! I'll be hiring him again for future grout/tile work! I did an extensive research on different local grout companies and ultimately hired Dan to seal all our grout and countertops in our new construction home (4 bathrooms/showers, large kitchen). I initially intended to go with a company that had more reviews, but Dan really impressed me with his knowledge of his craft and attention to detail. He was responsive, prompt, professional and offered very competitive pricing. He helped educate me about the pros and cons of different sealers, which I later verified with my own research, and walked me through his process of double sealing high water traffic areas so that it lasts longer. Other contractors I spoke to charged double for this process and/or used cheaper sealants that would need to be resealed sooner. He additionally was thorough in his work and pointed out several shortcuts that the builder took/overlooked. For example, the builders had completely neglected to seal one of the seams in the granite of our bathroom vanity, which overtime would've allowed water to seep into the space between the vanity and the wall.. Dan noticed this and went out of his way to get additional materials to do this at no additional cost. He made recommendations things to do/not do with our best interests in mind. He also additionally sealed all of our quartz and granite countertops (which was a nice surprise because I had planned on sealing it myself) and sealed in some additional areas that we had not specifically discussed (a small butler room, laundry room tile floor, etc) at no additional cost. He was patient and accommodating - providing me with multiple quotes as I kept changing my mind about the size of the job. He was able to come out within days of our initial discussion. I wanted to post a review for Dan's tile work done at our home this last month. Dan was on time, respectful, prompt, responsive to my texts/phone calls and was able give me discounts, conpentivee pricing for the work and did a few extra things with no charge. He regrouted our bathroom vanities, fixed the grout in my tile bathtub, skim coated the tile bathtub pan, fixed broken tile piece on the master bathroom floor, had another tile guy replace the loose/cracked tile on my shower round, regrouted the master bathroom floor, resealed all the tile (floors/counters), removed broken/cracked tile on my counter downstairs and replaced it with new grout then skimcoated the rest of it. I still need him to com back to fix our grout in a few spots on the master bathroom floor due to the original tile being installed with tight joints. It looks like he might be able to come over sometime in the next week after thanksgiving to do it. Plus I noticed some hairline cracks that also might need to be filled in too after he finished up on the counter downstairs. I chose Infinity Tile & Grout to fix a leak in my upstairs shower as part of a homeowners insurance claim. The shower pan needed to be replaced and so did the shower walls and bathroom floor given that the old tiles had been discontinued. Infinity Tile was very responsive to requests from my homeowners insurance. They also made things easy for me. They recommended a tile distributor which had a beautiful showroom with a great selection. Once I selected the tile, Infinity Tile placed the order and scheduled the work which involved demolition, installing the new shower pan and new waterproof hardibacker walls, and then the installation of the tile and grouting (w/ epoxy for less maintenance). Daniel is an incredibly hard worker, pays great attention to detail, and won't leave the job site until he thinks it's perfect. He made some helpful design recommendations, too, which weren't intuitive to me (for example, the orientation of the floor tiles). The results were fantastic!
