Customer service told me that because it was a third-party sale I would need to return it myself. I went on-line and the order did say it was a third-party purchase from New Egg. It also said my return options were to ship the monitor back myself or to bring it to A BEST BUY STORE AND THEY WOULD SHIP IT FOR ME. The other irritation was that all the customer service rep could say was a 3rd party purchase (through Best Buy) and you need to ship it yourself. Some training of employees would be a good thing.
