Convenient and pretty good food. They have really good muffins and other breakfast foods too. The lunches are good and sandwiches and salads are made with high quality ingredients (meats, cheese). One thing I wish is that when picking your sandwich or salad they would also let you pick your cookie and chips or even opt out. I've noticed a lot of food gets thrown out because people don't want it. Two things I don't like: their fruit is usually a lot of melon and cantaloupe with a half of a strawberry and one grape thrown in. Also the lunches come in big boxes and creates a lot of waste after eating. You need a few people dedicated to breaking down the box and making sure they get recycled. read more

this place is as good as it gets. recently some coworkers and i (during a very busy day at work w/deadlines, no time to leave to go anywhere) decided to give it a try after one of my coworkers told us that at her last job people ordered from Ingallina's all the time and it was amazing... so we all ordered salads, sandwiches, etc .... at first i'm thinking "hmmm, $14 seems a bit spendy" until i received my amazing chicken ceasar wrap neatly boxed with love and care... complete with bottled water, fresh fruit bowl, and a cookie, a mint, salt, pepper, and utensils and i thought - ALL THAT and i didn't even have to get in my car :) and - no delivery fee with a minimum order of just 2 boxed lunches and they deliver WELL outside of seattle - down to tacoma!! then what finally sold me was the taste of the wrap - seriously, this is one of the best wraps i have ever had - super fresh, delicious dressing and good toppings on it. fresh, non-wilted lettuce - which is so rare these days it seems! oh and for those of you who are having client meetings or luncheons that are marketing related, i highly recommend these guys' lunches... i really believe they would impress clients :) Ingallina's, you have a brand new fan-base down south - thanks! we will be ordering again and again :) read more

My boss gave me a last minute decision to have lunch brought in for 30 people. Usually we plan a few days ahead. I called just after their 9:30 cut off time for same day delivery and was treated like a queen. Seriously, not only was the food exceptional, but they got it to me by 11:30! We have ordered from Ingallina's two times for our office and we just love it each time. Their food is off the charts delicious! They think of everything - the even include salt, hand wipe, a toothpick, bottle of water, a fruit cup, dinner roll (with my salad) and even a mint!!. They are just beautiful. The food is amazing and definitely gets 5 stars but the service not so much. We had opted for the 11:30a-12p delivery window so it would get here before our lunch started but they arrived at 12:20p and our lunch is over at 12:30p. When we asked what happened the company didn't know and they were very dismissive. We were disappointed because the least they could have done was give us an explanation as to why. If you don't have a time schedule for your lunch or event Ingallina's is great and the food won't disappoint but if you are on a time schedule be aware of their time schedule as well and that they will be late delivering. read more

Today I was part of a 60+ person conference on the UW campus. The box lunches we ordered were scheduled to arrive between 11:15 and 11:45. They did not arrive. The organizer called. She was told "they're on the way, but the driver won't answer his phone." Finally, the sandwiches arrived at 12:20. Meanwhile, the conference goers had been standing and waiting the entire time, and the organizers were harried and rushed trying to get lunches to everyone. They pushed the schedule back by 15 minutes to give people time to eat. That inconvenienced conference-goers who arrived after lunch to a shifted schedule. I don't recommend this company. read more

We ordered our lunch too late for a delivery so I ended up going there to pick up our order. WHAT A FILTHY PLACE!!!!! I walked right into their office area and saw a MESSY MESSY office with their carpet looking like it hasn't been vacumed for months and months, there is a mess everywhere. Delivery and quality are excellent. I had ordered a few things for my husband for Valentine's Day to his work. At the last minute he told me that he was working from home. I called Ingallina's to see if they can deliver the order the day after Valentine's Day since it was so last minute and we live in Mukilteo. They told me that they can deliver there at no extra charge. My hubby just called to say he got his surprise and is currently enjoying his lunch. He said he'll bring the Valentine's cookies, which was beautifully wrapped, at work to share with his co-workers tomorrow. Very happy customer. read more

I ordered 11 box lunches to treat my staff before we went on our winter break for 2 weeks. I really have some awesome staff, and although this was a pricier option, than say, pizza, I think sometimes you got to do it for the people, man. I liked how I was able to customize some of the lunches per my peeps' requests. Lunches came with a little fruit salad, delicious cookie, bottled water and a sandwich, salad or wrap, depending on what you order. The ordering process was easy, delivery very timely. Some of the faves were the tomato, mozzarella pesto and the chicken club. The salads looked great, and well portioned. I would order again (once I get some serious dough saved again). read more

I always order from Ingallina's because they have the best Asian Noodle Salad. I did an online order on Monday for Wednesday and Thursday training we are doing. I called this afternoon to add to my order and was told that they are not delivering tomorrow.....WTF????? Some Workers Rights March thing. I called twice to make sure that I hadn't been pranked. Big surprise that the manager is not taking any calls. They said that they were trying to call everyone - why don't you try a blast email to let me know because as of 4:24pm this afternoon I haven't heard from them. This is not good for anyone. Going to tell everyone in my group that we are no longer ordering from them. Horrible customer service for this and this could have been really bad for me and the people that I am feeding tomorrow. Praise to Panera for being able to take and deliver lunch for tomorrow. Albeit a lot more expensive but at this point they are able to deliver. So sad that they are going to lose a lot of customers after tomorrows debacle. I am sure that seeing as I haven't gotten a call or email I am not the only one. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: had called in an order a few weeks back for our Company Holiday Party. After speaking with an employee, she stated to us an amount for a platter and the # of people it could feed. IT was WAY OFF. When we then called back to make sure the order was put it, as we never received a confirmation, they had no order for us. We called 3 more times to speak with someone and received no call back. 4th time calling I spoke with a supervisor and employee and was told I was going to get a call back a few minutes later. Never once did I get a call back from this manager. The employee I had spoken with did not seem to know the product or anything much about items on the menu. Not only did our order not get received, the employee knew she didn't put the order in, but to top it off, the Manager of this store did not even call me back. SO TERRIBLE! read more

We order a lot of delivery type lunches at work. As said by a previous reviewer, best description - Ingallinas: Airplane food. Edible, but I'd really prefer not to waste the calories on something that somehow manages to have so little flavor and appeal. Some squishy, slimy pieces of lettuce in the salads multiple times. Colorful advertising/packaging but too much, coworkers agree. I guess at my work we prefer environmentally friendly over pretty colors and fancy papers. Probably my least favorite place to hear announced when they tell us where we're getting lunch from. Also, limited dietary restriction type menu which I don't need but I appreciate choices for those that do. Wouldn't buy it on my own dime. read more

The box lunches are always good, platters are always fresh and salad bowls that can feed a lot of people are never soggy. Prompt delivery and damn close to gourmet food with portabella mushroom sandwiches, sushi & antipasto trays and pear & blue cheese salads as well as standard lunch fare. Very disappointing food. At two organizations I've worked with, Ingallina's is regularly used as a catering service. The food is mediocre at best and hard to choke down at worst. The produce in the salads isn't always fresh, and if you have one piece of rotten lettuce it taints the whole thing. Plus, I'm always aghast at the extraneous packaging and requisite water bottle that accompanies each lunch. Do you really need tissue paper, wetnaps, plastic wrap, etc.? Such a waste. If this was the cheapest option out there, I'd understand why it's used. But the price is about mid-point. However, I will say that the delivery and service is usually pretty good. read more

We ordered Ingallian's today for a lunch meeting. I was overall very disappointed. We got the high-roller wraps and they were gross - they were wet on the bottom and flavorless. We also got the chicken satays - the chicken was really DRY. Dry to a point where you need water to swallow with it. For a boxed lunch this place is pretty darn good. I had the Cobb salad with fruit cup and oatmeal cookie. Salad was really good, except the chicken was super lemony and I'm not a huge fan of lemon in the first place. Fruit cup was nice and had cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes and orange. I completed the survey about my service and about 20 minutes later got a call from the manager, Evan. He was very nice and apologetic and offered me 2 free lunch boxes on my account. I still haven't tried the food but greatly appreciate the call to rectify the situation. He said that isn't normal and will be talking to his staff. I should have heard from them via phone and been offered 2 free box lunches in the process. I'll give them another shot sometime soon and see what happens. read more

This is a great alternative to your typical lunch. The food was very fresh and delivered on time. A typical lunch consist of a sandwich, fresh fruit, chips, a cookie, and a small bottle of water. My company ordered from Ingallina's today. I got the cilantro lime chicken salad box lunch. Although I wasn't the one paying, I originally sniffed at the $11.95 price tag, until I was presented with a rather large, colorful salad with a delightfully soft bread roll, a bottle of water, a small tray of fruit and an after-meal mint. What service! and the salad was tasty to boot. I certainly hope we'll order from here again, and if not, it's only a couple of miles away from where I live. read more

I have ordered from Ingallina's a few times for training classes, and lunch meetings in my office, and it is consistently good. Everything is always fresh, and tastes great! The only thing I would say is their portion sizes are definitely meant for more dainty people or ladies. I am usually ordering for a bunch of electricians, and those guys can EAT! If the platter says it can serve 11 - 15 people, and I've got 15 guys... I order two platters AND a big side dish. I will definitely keep ordering from them in the future. read more

Smoked turkey and harvati sandwich? Pretty delicious, I liked their pesto a lot. I actually had it in some conferene and I even thought of ordering it for myself/office in the near future. Will need to order a tray or at least 2 lunch boxes for delivery. And it's free delivery and arrives on that day if ordered before 9:30 am.
