The manager on duty told her she had to push her car out of that spot because they are busy on the weekends!! Congratulations this company has hit an all time low!! I was a witness to an incident with the manager named Woody and an employee, who Woody was berating in front of customers and was pointing his finger at the young man, who did grab Woody. I was asked by the store security to come outside to get my information. After speaking with the security guard, I was headed back into the store, when Woody confronted me, saying " If I felt that way about it, the employee would not be fired ". I return words, then my son comes up and he begins to confront Woody, who continues to engage me and my son, in front of the Security guard and other employees and customers coming in and out of the store. Woody then said to my son " I will straighten you out ". I will not be going back to that store and am encouraging others in my community to shop anywhere else.

I filed a complaint regarding an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience involving my…read more14-year-old daughter at the Walmart store in Griffin, Georgia on May 21, 2026. My daughter was trying on bras in the fitting room area, and due to her age, I needed to assist her in checking fit and coverage. Prior to entering, I explained to the employee working in the area that I had already spoken with someone previously who advised that if there was an issue, management could be contacted. I specifically asked for a manager if she was uncomfortable allowing me to assist my minor daughter. The employee left to supposedly get management, but after waiting an extended period with no manager returning, my daughter and I proceeded into the fitting room area. Shortly afterward, the employee began aggressively banging on the dressing room door demanding that I come out immediately. I informed her that my daughter was undressed and that opening the door at that moment would compromise my daughter's privacy and safety. The employee then argued that my daughter was "not a minor" and did not need my assistance, despite my daughter being only 14 years old. It was not appropriate for this employee to make parenting decisions regarding my child's comfort, privacy, or safety while trying on intimate clothing. The situation escalated further when another woman approached wearing a Walmart vest. When I asked if she was the manager, she later admitted she was actually the employee's mother. I was shocked that a non-manager -- and apparently a family member -- inserted herself into the situation and proceeded to verbally attack me alongside the employee. The younger employee was cursing at me during this interaction. When I requested their names in order to report the incident, both individuals covered their name tags and refused to identify themselves. I was then told to leave the area and informed they were shutting the dressing rooms down. I then went directly to customer service and requested actual management assistance. When the store manager arrived, she informed me she had never been contacted about the situation and had no prior knowledge of what was happening. She apologized and acknowledged the situation was mishandled. She specifically stated that had she been contacted, she would have allowed me to assist my daughter privately and appropriately. She also expressed concern that the employee's mother became involved and escalated the situation. This entire experience was humiliating, intimidating, and upsetting for both myself and my teenage daughter. No parent should have to argue through a fitting room door while trying to protect the privacy of their undressed child. My concerns are as follows: * Failure to properly contact management * Escalation of a situation involving a minor child * Compromising the privacy and dignity of my 14-year-old daughter * Involvement of a non-manager/family member in a customer dispute * Verbal aggression and inappropriate conduct by employees * Refusal by employees to identify themselves when requested At this point, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location due to how my daughter and I were treated.

Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.
