However, she proceeded to tell me that all of the shoes and accessories i brought were "too worn" when 90% of them were brand new and i had taken the tags off before i took them in. some accessories were still in their original bag and shoes still had tags on them. said they couldn't take anything because of the condition. also, My mom also brought in boutique clothing some retailing for 40-50 bucks and they took 23 items for 22 bucks. safe to say i won't sell here again.

I had a recommendation from this place for having cheaper dresses and good quality so I gave a try. The owner was really nice to me when I set my appointment and when I got there she treated me really well in her simple and honest way about the dresses that looked better on me not based on prices. Her dresses are all under $600 and I got mine for $300! I wanted some alterations to do still, but it was still so much worth it!!!! The only thing is that she'll not gonna have a bunch different sizes and quantity for each style because she gets the dresses with better prices only, but to be honest, I couldn't find any other place that would have dresses under $800, so I was really surprised with finding this store!

I called around to other retailers with the same dress (none of whom had the dress in the right sizes on their rack) and they all were blown away by the lack of customer care that was shown by Elegant Expressions. One of them even went so far as to call the owner and ask her why she wouldn't work with me. The owner of Elegant Expressions called and left me an ugly voicemail telling me that they would never sell me another dress. No worries, I wouldn't buy another thing from this unprofessional establishment.

They send you over to the side to wait and do not get in any kind of hurry. Took my grandson and they wouldn't measure him. Said had to wait until three weeks before wedding. Took him back and they measured him and said we were good to go. Asked if we needed to pay then and was told no that could pay when pick up. Get a call from groom today that grandson needs to be fitted. Called the store and they said the measurements did not save because no payment. They are the ones that said to just pay when we pick up. The people that work here do not care and are not professional. I recommend you go somewhere else if you are renting a tux. Look at the number of one star reviews they have.
