She gave us a walkthrough of the facility which we've never had in any other dog hotel! which increased our trust of the hotel tenfold. Kennels are very spacious and they have other options too like private rooms and add ons like baths. Most importantly, Kilo, our 6 year old husky, came out super happy and very well taken care of. We have used them many times and unfortunately over time this place has declined. This last time, we had my 2 boys stay for 9 days. When I arrived I noticed rats droppings outside the facility adjacent to the building. The facility looked and smelled the worse we have noticed. Through the entire stay, we rarely got updates and the special room my wife confirmed, in person, they did not stay. Also upon returning to gain my boys, I still noticed rat droppings remained. When I advised one of the ladies, she simply laughed it off stating " yeah, I wondered what those were" she had no clue or urgency to resolve. Our Australian Cattle Dog, Sheila, had a very good overnight stay. She suffers from separation anxiety. The staff members, Karen and Cruz went above and beyond working with Sheila knowing she is anxious. They took the time to speak with us and give suggestions. Have been using their boarding and grooming services for over 15 years. Our German shepherd dog rescue, George, was a regular there. From 2010 to 2021, when he passed, he stayed there many times. He was large and lanky and had a protective personality, as many GSDs have. They always took excellent care of him. And now they are our go to for boarding, grooming and daycare needs for our current dogs, Fritz and Fiona. They are 3 and 10 Years old, and both German shepherd rescues. They have always been gentle with them and attentive to any special feeding needs. Would recommend any of their services for your dog boarding, grooming or training needs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! I've used them 3 times and all 3 times one of my dogs have come home injured. My boy is able to escape their kennels. I warned them multiple times he escapes. Finally this last time I asked them what hours they are thae facility. These people are only at the facility for 8 hours of the day!! They come in at 7am. Take a 2 hour lunch from 12-2 not at the facility... and then leave at 5pm. If you need medication administered 12 hours apart, forget about it. If you expect a decent amount of time between breakfast and dinner meal times, no way! They are unethical. Then they have the audacity to call me and tell me my dogs are no longer welcome there because they "fear the safety of their staff". How about the safety of my dog?!?! My dogs never hurt a person but has come home hurt from them. read more

My two dogs know we are here as soon as we turn the corner to their place and always get so excited and are always so happy at pick up that they sometimes try to run back in. We boarded our heeler mix and German Shepherd here for several days over the New Year holiday weekend. I am admittedly pretty particular when it comes to leaving our dogs with someone else, especially our German Shepherd. Let's just say he can be a nervous wreck and is a piece of work! Inglis took great care of our dogs for a very reasonable price, and were able to get their stay scheduled on short notice on a busy holiday weekend. I was initially hesitant when my fiancé scheduled the double standard room for our dogs -- our usual boarding spot was all booked up and we had never used Inglis before. I decided to call and request a tour to check it out. I was super impressed with how prompt and transparent they were with touring the facility! Everything was very clean and all of the dogs were happy to see the kennel attendant who showed us around. I appreciated that there were several nice stay options too. Something I really like about Inglis is that they clearly know dogs and are very professional. This isn't the kind of place where your pet will be grouped into "play groups" with dogs you don't know. I prefer my dogs to just hang out with each other, and I appreciate that they are with really responsible attendants here. Circling back to our nervous wreck German Shepherd...in the past, we've boarded him at a "luxury" place that charged AT LEAST double what Inglis does per night and had him returned with marks on his gums and nose from him trying to get out of the kennels. When he came back from Inglis, he didn't show any signs of trying to get out of their kennels at all. Seems like this boarding experience was better for him (and our wallet too!). Our heeler mix, who generally is excellent about being boarded, also clearly trusted the handlers at Inglis when they were bringing her into the lobby for check out. Both dogs were returned in great health and we could tell they were well taken care of. We'll definitely be using Inglis again! read more

I don't even know where to start. I began taking my two Siberian Huskies here about 3-4 months ago for training. We meet twice a week. Bailee Hamilton is our Obedience Trainer and she's a miracle worker! Not only are Siberian Huskies independent.. they do things only on their time. I had to isolate one of my huskies for several years due to aggression. On day one of training I was extremely scared at what was going to play out. Low and behold one of my dogs became extremely aggressive and without a flinch Bailee corrected the issue and gave me insight to the behavior. I can honestly say if this experience happened anywhere else, we would have been denied service. Bailee has channeled that aggression (because I didn't want it to go away completely). I hated the social part of the aggression, but I loved having guard dogs. Well, I have both now. From not being able to meet other dogs, go on walks, or listen to commands.. my two boys excel at all of the above now. Bailee is talented and educated on these animals. She knows the what and why and can explain it and correct it. I don't trust anybody else with my dogs because essentially if you aren't properly trained, somebody can get hurt. Bailee takes the pressure off and makes you feel so comfortable. She allows you to know that your animal is in the best hands. My boys will begin day care soon and they will board here at the hotel on every trip going forward. I'm so grateful!! Highly highly recommend! read more

I have not taken my dogs here and never would based on what I hear coming out of this place at night. I live close, but not THAT close and I constantly hear dogs howling and crying ALLLLLLLLLL night long. Do they have attendants on staff overnight? Well, if they don't then that's the first clue to go somewhere that does. And if they do? Well then what the hell are they doing at night? Certainly not soothing the dogs that are clearly having a very bad experience. I am irritated that I have to listen to this but horrified for the poor dogs who are struggling. read more

I leave my dogs here WHENEVER I go out of town. I have an intact 1 year old 115 lb Great Dane and a 6 year old Pomeranian with epilepsy. Needless to say, its quite an ordeal finding quality care for them when I'm not around. Bea and her staff are absolutely amazing and have become like family. They are not intimidated by Zeus' size at all. One day I brought him and he had injured his tail, they had no problem wrapping it everyday and didn't even complain when he reinjured it and the whole front office was covered in his blood (YIKES) Bea stayed calm and kept me informed while I was in the Bay Area and Charlie had a seizure while in their care. I have to give a big shout out for the dog trainer Bailee at Inglis Pet Hotel. I have a 3 yr. old husky that has a difficult time interacting with other dogs. She was awesome evaluating him and his behavior. He is very excitable around other dogs upon meeting and I have always feared he was dog aggressive. She was able to look beyond the excitable nonsense and we are working on introducing him to other dogs. Today being our second session he actually met her beautiful Queensland heeler face to face without a fence between them. He did great! Actually much better then I as I need to build my confidence in him. She helped me tremendously in that area! We still have a ways to go but today was a huge break thru and I now know it is possible. Bailee trains police dogs so she is very well versed in positive and negative reinforcement. Our Lab is our baby! Deciding to leave him anywhere but with family was HUGE. He is a 55lb bundle of energy who needs lots of play time. We were happy to hear about Inglis Pet Hotel from more than a few friends, and were willing to drive an hour and half + to bring him to stay! The facility appears very well kept and clean. There were two Labs greeting us at the fences when we drove in. When we picked our guy up, he was definitely showing signs of being well cared for and was nicely out of energy (which made for a nice drive home!). Staff definitely played with him and fed him well. Pricing was better than fair for him to have his own place and have two play dates per day, and we appreciate that they do not charge more being that he is "un-fixed," as so many places do! We will absolutely be returning and are so happy to have found a trustworthy place for our fur baby! read more
