If you like abuse, rudeness, and being ghosted this is the place! Accepted job, didn't show. Called and said he didn't want to fix the refrigerator because he wanted to go on vacation. Weeks later he did come by, late, but brought an attitude with him! The fridge that completely died earlier in the month was told couldn't be repaired for the GE warranty he had come to repair or deturmine unrepairable. He did however put the freezer drawer back wrong so even that started not working because the seal was off too. Sadly he is the only one ge has a contract with for warranty repair. Here's what you can do, talk to the case manager person (I might have the title wrong) tell them you want/ need to hire someone else for repair and they will reimburse you up to a certain dollar amount on the visit fee and will coordinate the correct parts with your appliance guy. Life is to short to have an angry man treat you badly, disrespect you and your home. He was supposed to repair a dishwasher as well through GE and he again called and said he was going on vacation! He never called back, never fixed it. We hired someone else and we're getting reimbursed. GE was understanding about how horrible he is to work with. I want the 2 months back we had to wait on him to 'fix' the refrigerator so we could buy another one right away, but at least I can warn you about him here. read more

I saw a bad review and have no idea who they are talking about because my experience was excellent. The man who helped me was courteous, patient and very helpful. He fixed the issue and did not mind explaining everything. It was a bad icemaker and he even gave me the tip to make sure it doesn't set too long without being used because that could cause issues. He was giving me advice that would likely reduce my need for his service. I trust he knows what he is doing and felt he was dealing with me in a kind and honest manner. I highly recommend him for refrigerator repair. read more

Ingram appliances is absolute trash and i would not recommend them not anyone even if they were the last appliance company on earth. I had a claim filed through my insurance for my refrigerator. They were supposed to service it over a month ago but to this day no one has been onsite. When calling the tech was extremely rude and so unprofessional. The audacity of these people is just ridiculous. The fact that he said he hasn't had time to come to rogers... As if it were another state. I would not ever recommend these incompetent people/company to anyone. He's so lazy and doesn't have any care for the appliances they are working on. I know this because he came to fix my refrigerator once already and would hit the fridge and even broke a part. They do not value their customers and should not be in business. This man should be fired and this company should be out of business. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional are some of the words anyone would use to describe this worthless company/people. read more

Ingram Appliance was assigned a warranty case by Frigidaire for a microwave on a Monday. They accepted the case for the following Friday. Was given a service window of 12:00 to 17:00 by Frigidaire. Ingram Appliance never called, never showed. When I called them by 17:30 they were already closed. Left a message, no response at all. After reading other Yelp and BBB reviews, I saw that this normal for the company. Instead of having them come out and deal with what Tracy and Tara had to deal with, I called Frigidaire back and requested that they assign my case to a different servicer. It was already evident enough that this company wouldn't be responsive. Frigidaire even told me that they had this problem before and I was reassigned to A&E Factory Service; which, according to Frigidaire, was a much more reliable servicer. Received prompt call by their tech and have them coming out in just a few hours. If you happen to have been assigned this servicer for a warranty claim, I'd highly recommend seeing if your manufacturer will let you switch and if you're just shopping around, I'd skip this company. read more

I had the same experience as the previous review completed by Tara P. Colby was assigned to us by our home warranty. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. However, after many attempts to contact him he never returned our calls. I called the home warranty representative and I was told that he said the damage was caused prior to when we moved in. This is not true, and now it will not be covered. It is very upsetting and I do not recommend working with him. read more

Colby was assigned to fix our range top through a home buyers warranty on Oct 31 (It is now Dec 3rd). First off, he shows up and insults our intelligence by implying we were too stupid to figure out how to operate the appliance. His words were something along the lines of "I'm sure you did" when we told him we tried to do something to get the range to work, followed by a snicker. Then he charges us our part of the fee and said he would order a part and would be back in a few days. Two weeks went by and he wouldn't return our calls. He finally answers my call after about a week of going straight to voicemail, only for him to say the part is in but he has to talk to the warranty company. Another week, nothing... I call the warranty company, he finally comes out to work on the range, but now he has to order ANOTHER part. In the meantime, the warranty company opens a "contractor relations" case on him. Now I get a call from the warranty company that he has told them he believes this range was broken prior to the purchase of the policy and they have now backed out on covering the repairs. I believe this was in retaliation for us staying on him to finish the job he was paid to do. Here we are, more than a month later having to hire out our own contractor which we could have done in the first place if we had known this was how things would progress. Oh and when you call and get a voicemail for the 100th time, he greets you with "Have a blessed day" like he's some sort of good Christian man. Give me a break! And a refund!! Do not waste your time on this man!! read more
