I ordered an air filter and shipping never communicated with me directly. The package was stolen or flew away because I never received it. Injen refused to send me a new one and told me to buy a new one. If you purchase from them and your delivery doesn't show up or someone steals it, you will not get your money back and they will not send you a new part. read more

i am extremely dissatisfied in the level of customer service injen technology provided to me. from reading all their negative reviews on this site and with a long delay in responding to my multiple emails, they showed no concern that the part they manufactured was defective, nor were they willing to refund the diagnostics charge in the amount of $250.00 with all documentation and receipts proven that their cold air intake is defective. i purchased the injen cold air intake from an amazon 3rd party seller and was in fact refunded my purchase price of $320.00 + tax from their 3rd party seller for the injen cold air intake kit. "no warning lights" whatsoever with the "k&n"cold air intake i just purchased and installed. i wanted to try the injen product which i thought would be a good choice but its proven not to be a k&n cold air intake kit thats for s buyer beware!!! read more

Let me start off saying that Martin knows what he is talking about over at Injen! This company as a whole creates excellent quality products that make your driving experience (no matter what you drive) an exhilarating one. Even despite the pandemic being in full swing, the quality of their work is still A+++. Martin provided information about my exhaust order (SES1207TT for 2020 Subaru STI) every step of the way. The process may have taken a while; but it was all WORTH IT! Martin was either emailing or calling me on almost a daily basis keeping me up to date on the progress and giving precise amount of time regarding delays (if there were any). I really don't like leaving negative reviews and always try and promote businesses and look at the plus sides of my experience but this has been an extremely negative experience as it's been 135 days (order made on April 4, 2022) and I have not received my order yet and when I call I get the run around about it being "shipped for sure by next week". The website on Injen Technology says "Orders may take UP TO 60 days to ship" this I totally understand. So when the 60 day mark hit I decided to call and ask for an update and I called once a week. The first three weeks the same gentleman picked up saying "Oh yes we are waiting for couplers to arrive it will be in by next week" on the fourth week the same gentleman answers my call and rudely asks "who keeps telling you your order is ready to ship next week?" when it has been the same person (whose name I know but won't disclose because I don't want them to be in any sort of trouble) He even acknowledged "Oh yeah I remember your order. I promise you once the couplers arrive I will personally have it shipped immediately. That's the only thing we are waiting on as the order is fully completed and ready to ship" Come two weeks later I call again and another gentleman picks up telling me "the intake system is being power coated and will ship by Monday." I told him about the website saying UP TO 60 days and that I was told the intake is complete just waiting on couplers? He responded "Oh yeah it's complete just this is the last step, looks like next week it will ship 100%" Of course come next week I call again and ask for an update. The gentleman answering tells me "We are waiting on some parts to arrive we received the couplers now waiting on piping" again I bring up my whole situation how I have a State referee ticket that I need to take care of and cannot extend it any further. It's been over four months since my order and might I add, i live in California only 60 miles from Injen Technology. Not once was I offered any sort of remedy or any apology whatsoever for the ridiculous delay. I ordered something from China two weeks ago and it arrived already. How is it that I can't get my order from the same state I live in, let alone practically same city. I used to manage retail stores and I have never been through any situation like this where several different employees and now the last time I called, the shipping manager claims my order will definitely be shipped out next week (August 23, 2022) I will keep my review updated and so far, this has been the absolute worst company I have ordered from who instead of just being honest, gave me several different reasons why my order has not shipped for 135 days and even one employee was UPSET and kept rudely cutting me off when speaking because I'm upset that my order has taken over four months. If you don't know just say you don't know and ask someone who is in charge and atleast don't give me several different false reasons why my intake hasn't shipped and when it will supposedly be shipped. I've also worked for two banks and can safely say I would get a concrete answer from banks over Injen Technology which is pretty absurd judging the nature of the businesses. Absolutely dissatisfied with Injen and had it not been for this state referee ticket I would've canceled this order long ago and my due date for the ticket is approaching in two weeks. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from Injen unless you enjoy being lied to and then have them get mad at you like it's your fault for the delay without having the slightest bit of understanding of your side. I have an injen intake on my car which I purchased with the intake already installed on the car and was not given the stock intake. Now while I have no problem with the intake performance, I was required to get a smog this year to renew my registration. That being said, I went to take my car in to get my smog and was told the wrong CARB sticker was on it and that if he ran it with the current sticker on that it would fail. So I contacted the company, filled out their paperwork that was emailed to me and took pictures of everything they required. They told me after a week or two that they would mail me the correct sticker, meanwhile ignoring my follow up email stating that I could drive to them and pick up my sticker to expedite the process. I didn't get my sticker for another 3+ weeks, during which my registration fees went up and when I finally did receive my sticker and go in to get my smog I found out they sent me the wrong sticker... I contacted the company again and told them what happened and asked them if they would please overnight me the correct sticker due to their negligence. They declined and I was also told I could not pick it up. It has now been another 2+ weeks and I have still not received the correct sticker and they are only one city away from me... Bottom line is their customer service is terrible and I would never purchase their products and would go as far as to discourage anyone else from purchasing their products in the future to avoid the headache. Two thumbs down. I'm not impressed (Georges St. Pierre voice). read more

This review will cover Injen's Cold Air Intake system for the 2010 Camaro. I purchased the Injen CAI after being completely disappointed by Chevy's completely lame and complicated CAI closed box system. Chevy's CAI is so restrictive that the engine was starving for air and had limited power. This CAI is nothing more than a simple tube...no restrictions. The mass airflow meter plugs directly to the intake tube and the car's computer system has no problem with the change. The Injen system was truly very easy to install and made an instant and totally dramatic difference in power. Cleaning and/or changing the filter takes just minutes and it lasts a very long time, even when exposed to rain and the elements. Note in very rainy areas it's recommended to buy the filter sleeve cover. While this customized CAI system is not cheap, it is worth every penny, and will make a big difference in your car's performance. read more

I have dual SRI intakes for my G37. One of the filters seems to have sealed up (no air flow on one side). in less than two years (12k miles). No change in air flow after cleaning per Injen instructions. Injen claims they have a limited life time warranty. So I tried to get a RMA for the defective filter. After two phone calls and three emails. They haven't honored their warranty... I don't even get a response back from them. What is worse, is they claim their intakes are tuned. Yeah, if you reset your ECU ever week you will get some gains. I had get to my car professionally tuned(ECUTEK) because ECU would degrade performance (wasn't able learn new changes) over time with Injen intakes installed. The gains were also false, stock intakes with HKS, AEM, or K&N filters net similar gains and better response times and track times as well. The only thing Injen filters are good for is looks and sound... What a disappointment... read more
