He had records showing 5 failed back surgeries and still scoffed in my face and said, " you're not a cancer patient, don't you think you're exaggerating?". I was hurt and offended. I wanted to scream- don't you think I'd rather not be here at all? He reduced my medication by more than half and told me I'd be fine. I decided to find someone new. Dr. Caudill treated me like a person. He wouldn't even see me before he had the opportunity to review my records. Thank you for actually taking me seriously. Chris was very knowledgeable, and you can tell he takes his craft very seriously. He explains every movement and exercise carefully and intently. He informed me of things I wasn't aware of about my body and stuff to pay attention to. He hooked up these cups and sticker things on my body, and man, it felt weird, but I felt a lot better. From Chris, I was sent off to Jess, and she was cautious with the areas that were in pain. She cracked me up and folded me, and I felt like a brand-new baby. She even looked at other places that were in pain. Jess introduced me to some new exercises and different things to pay attention to how I sleep and my neck position. I started with Dr. Yurio and after a few sessions of physical therapy ordered an MRI. Turns out I completely tore my ACL and part of my meniscus. I was presented with my options and ultimately decided to have surgery to repair my injuries. I was transferred to Dr. Kaplan and he again presented me with my options. I decided to continue moving forward with the surgery. At no time was I pressured into having the surgery. For my lifestyle and health it made sense to move forward. Fast forward to surgery day - The surgery center is in the same building and is well maintained. I was introduced to several people who would be participating in the surgery and each one confirmed with me why I was there. It was clear patient care and safety was a top priority. Follow up appointments were a breeze. They email any paperwork required prior to the appt. And after check in the most I ever waited was 5 mins in the big waiting room or in the actual room. I saw either the PA and Surgeon during these appts. Both were professional and never made me feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. I was in and out in less than 30 mins from check in to check out. I had a positive experience from start to finish with this group of Dr.s and would recommend them. There are several Dr.s with different specialties available. I did see one of the foot Dr.s several years ago, can't recall his name, and did not have the same positive experience.

I asked him if he could see xrays immedicately. He said he could but he doesn't. I already waited 3 days to get the appointment and was in pain. This screams of scamming people out of money. He was going to leave me in pain so he could get 3 visits out of me. Wasn't going to happen. I left and went to another chiropractor who xrayed and adjusted the first visit -- one and done. Don't waste your time and money at this place.
