Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

Chris was able to swap out my old hard drive and install a new larger hard drive in the computer. I have tons of space available now and can add any amount of new programs and apps. My package was clearly sealed and labeled, and had the printed slip on the inside. But now that I have the package back, it's too late to send back for a refund. I know there's nothing that can be done about it now, but I'm honestly confused as to how a package clearly labeled for returns to one major chain ended up sent through a completely different company's return system.
