I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.

At first, I was very apprehensive about micro blading. I have always hated my brows, so I decided to meet with Michaelene. She calmed my fears and took the time to talk with me to determine exactly what I was comfortable with. Now, a few years later, I am a full on brow obsessed woman. I completely trust her and her suggestions. If you are AT ALL on the fence with micro blading, give her a call. She is the ultimate professional and will never pressure you into anything. Her instagram "inkangelbeauty" has a ton of pictures of her amazing work. Notice how every person has a different brow. Many artists tend to do one brow and that's it...on every face. Michaelene takes the time to match your hair color and shape your brows specifically to your face and natural brow. I look forward to my touch up every year with Michaelene and I know, without a doubt, I will leave feeling like a million bucks. Horrible place to bring your business. First- I scheduled a lash service and a "henna brow" false…read moreadvertising. I'm not sure why their prices don't match online when you book- but they don't. Also, they should be informed what "henna" is- it is NOT eyebrow tint- which is what they gave me- I would have NEVER paid for that. Second, I contacted the business 5 days after my eyelashes- my eyelashes were almost completely gone, and the ones that were left are tangled and every time I blink, they flip the other way and stab me in the eyeball. The eyelashes were placed badly, the fans were created terribly and the glue they use does not retain. My eyelashes were falling off over and over without the natural lash. NOT how lashes work. Lashes are supposed to be a 1:1 ratio- falling out WITH your natural lash. Don't waste your money. Also, note that this business has horrible customer service. The only thing they would offer me is "half off a new set". When I asked for a refund. They do not take care of their customers nor hold any sort of standards to their employees. This is going to cost me a lot more money to fix and all I wanted was a refund- as the service states eyelashes should last a minimum 2 weeks- not 5 days.
