Well, unfortunately during one of their "sales" I had fell victim to the alluring scam of buying a whole vial of filler ($700!) in advance for a small discounted price. Well, life happens. Due to medical reasons along with moving states, I no longer opt to get filler and I am physically unable to get there. They will not give me my money back. No "fault" of their own... "policies" etc... However, as a small business owner myself, unique situations have to be considered. If a customer literally moved states and could not medically get said procedure anymore, I would personally give them their money back. Especially for such a significant amount of money... I feel like I just got robbed. Sad to leave this place a negative review but even sadder to see their lack of humanity given certain circumstances.

Would have been fine with that, however there were no chairs to sit or place your things. In the corner of the room was just a bunch of junk including cleaning supplies. The sink didn't have any soap, just a bottle of hand sanitizer. The woman, Sarah, didn't wear gloves while waxing my under arms. She started off using soft wax, but after realizing my hair was more coarse than originally thought she switched to hard wax. Perfectly fine, until she let the stick used to spread wax stick to my arm and then used the stick to rip off the wax. When doing the arm opposite of the wax she strung wax across my face. No apology, didn't try and remove the wax off my face, just watched me attempt to pull it off. Any wax is uncomfortable, but what got really painful was when she used a cloth to rub off any remaining wax. Overall it just wasn't a good experience. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this just didn't seem right.

Service Quality - My highlights came out yellow/orange and uneven, without proper toning or blending. The stylist also did not provide the blowout that was part of the service, and I was sent home with wet hair. 2. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.
