This ia far, far better than nail salon waxing, which is always inconsistent and a bit shakey. Let's be honest: waxing should only be done in a salon setting, anyway. In addition, a place that specializes in waxing and hair removal is also best practice.

I didn't have a lot of expectations for Baytown, but this was quite disturbing. I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

I asked for a pastel yellow and was told it didn't exist, only for him to later find the exact same shade. The same thing happened when trying to match a brown color--he made no effort to help and kept insisting it wouldn't look like the picture. The entire service felt uncomfortable, with constant whispering in another language that clearly felt directed at me. The work was rushed, careless, and came out awful. I honestly felt like crying from how I was treated. Paid and left, but the service and attitude were unacceptable. 0/10, not recommended. 0 stars!!!!
