I was very comfortable while getting my lashes done. What I was not expecting was the lack of quality and way they do lash "extensions". I say "extensions" because I'm not entirely sure what you would call them. The ladies apply clusters of lashes under the lash line, these clusters are the typical lash clusters you use for individual lash applications, the only difference being the glue might be more potent? Because as per the lady that did my lashes- these only last about a week, two if you are "extremely careful". I was not at all impressed with the service, but it might've been because I was expecting Eyelash Extensions not clusters under my lashes with stronger glue... save to say- you get what you pay for ladies. If you want a great set of Individual Eyelash Extensions stray away from this business but if you don't know much & are not picky feel free to save some coin & go to these ladies. P.S. My eyelash "extensions" did not last a day. They fell off hours after my appointment. Waste of time & money from my experience.

CLIENTS HUSTLED AND THEN INTIMIDATED. Sadly, if I could offer zero stars I would. After being with my prior lash tech for seven years, though located in Katy and who had moved deep into Cypress making the go forward difficult, in reading the reviews for Lash by Lash, I thought I would try this local location. I scheduled with Lash by Lash two weeks after receiving a full set and was merely seeking a refill. I advised that my prior Lash Tech used the .03 Volume Lash 8 strand, and I wanted to stay with the same. I also requested an eyebrow tint. During the procedure, I was given an eyebrow wax and trim which I didn't request. When the 'refill' was complete new set. When handed the mirror to see the results, I advised that the product was much less in fullness than I expected and the changed look would have to revise with greater fullness in my two week refill, that this was our first time together and it might take a couple of appointments to get to what I have always had. When I got to the desk, a bill that should have been $85-$90ish, typical for a two week refill and tint was billed at a full set plus $40 for wax, trim, tint of eyebrows - my bill was $198. The lash tech said the next appointment would be $69 for a refill. Not happy with being what I felt was hustled into a high payment, I paid the bill after confirming that I would be back for the refill. Yesterday was the two week follow up. The Lash Tech was running later than timeline have contacted me to rescheduled as she had another appt; when that appointment checked out, she asked for the price sheet which confirmed to me that Lash by Lash hustles its clients, increases the price and provides services not requested as common way of business. After the existing client left, I worked to confirm that the price would be the $69 quoted but that I wanted to make sure that I the lashes were fuller this time - to the volume lash that I originally requested. The price sheet stated that a volume refill at two weeks would be $79. In clarifying with the Lash Tech, that isn't the case, it would be over $100 - we were doing a full set again at a discounted rate. I stated that I would not be going forward with the service as she confirmed what the price would be, she was aware that I was disatisfied with the initial appointment and that she promised to make it right this two week cycle. She then explained that in the initial appointment the lashes were a Hybrid - not at all what was requested - and then kept looking at the camara's nervously as if she is being watched by people that have a very toxic work environment. She was nervous, insisted on reoriented our first appointment to explain away why the price for the refill would now be eggregiously more. When I offered to step out so that she could contact her management so that they could honor their agreement, it was clear there would be no working with the owners - translated, they don't care if they have continued relationship with a client. Hustled on the first appointment, give those great reviews thinking the overcharge was a one and done, and go onto the next client. Final word, I have never given a bad review, I usually just don't return to the establishment. This experience was so concerning, presented to me like a constant hustle of clients under the language barrier excuse which wasn't at all the case but rather a desire to tell me the service I requested rather than what I had - seven years with one lash tech, two years with another so this isn't a new service for me - virtually an effort to gaslight the entire transaction. Salon feels like a prison to lash tech working, environment toxic, a very disatisfying experience. Don't like being extorted at the register after the services have been rendered at prices not agreed. My experience, my opinion, and I am not a newbie to specialized beauty procedures.
