She is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is just right (and also numb!) before she starts. I have very light hair and fair skin and the brows and liner are perfect. They look completely natural, even when I'm not wearing any other makeup. I came to her Geneva location to get my annual touch up. I used to be a plucker but ever since going to her, i will never go back to attempting to do my own eyebrows because they will NEVER look as good as when she does them. I also go to her for my spray tans (tanning beds are BAD people) and i have the driest skin EVER and she nails it every time. My tan lasts 12 days without even a smidge of it fading off before the 12 days are up! They always look like a natural glow rather than Snooki circa 2009. Her tans are also so CHEAP compared to other places and she offers $30 Thursdays! Lastly, I recently stood up in a wedding and the bride hired Kelly to do everyone's makeup- every single bridesmaid was obsessed with how they looked. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. More recently I needed to make an exchange for a product in a slightly different tone, so while it should have been the same exact price to exchange, I was overcharged. The established offered to have my friend come back so they can fix the mistake. Against my advice my friend went back to have her roots corrected. The dresser made it even more brassy and orange. Even a refund won't make up for the hassle, inconvenience, and damage to her hair. Please beware and go to real salons.
