I was told by another shop I didn't have the right anatomy for a belly piercing so I went here. Sure enough, I was told my anatomy was fine and the piercer did it on me. Over a year later, my belly piercing healed great and I've had no issues! That was my dream piercing so I'm so happy Klas was able to make it happen : ) I've also gotten my flat and conch done here too , and those have been healing great. Staff is friendly and easy to talk with. Don't know what piercing I'll get next but I know where I'll be getting it! People are very friendly. Environment is clean and safe. Got a nose piercing and ear piercing. To cut to the chase, the jewelry is way to expensive for what it is. The beginner jewelry i was given did not allow enough room for swelling for both piercings. This was my second time getting my nose pierced. First time I went to chi town effects and had no issues until my jewelry fell out. Decided to go here and I had nothing but problems with my nose piercing. Had to take it out after 6 months because it wouldn't heal. I was following all the precautions and after care instructions. Doesn't make sense why I got a piercing from a cheaper shop and it healed way faster than the piercing I got here. Onto the ear piercing. This was in a tight spot since i was making a small triangle formation on my ear lobe. Again, it was professional, clean, safe, etc. However, the jewelry was irritating my ear in the same way the nose piercing was. Decided to order some cheap earrings of amazon and what do you know? Piercing healed completely not 3 weeks later. No issues since. I wasn't so lucky with the nose piercing. Since it was so irritated after 6-8 months, I decided to take it out. Couldn't even get my new piercings I ordered from Amazon in the dang hole so i just gave up. Left a nasty scar. Not saying the scar is klas's fault, as i should have went to another piercer to replace the jewelry, but I have a feeling that their overpriced jewelry is cheap metal. They claim it's medical grade titanium. Could also have been the fact that there was not nearly enough room left for my piercings to swell up during the healing process. Maybe they didn't have the correct size, maybe they didn't have the expertise, im not sure. I wouldn't waist your time here. I have a friend who is having the same issues with her cartilage piercings after going to klaus. I hope this review is read so that they change the jewelry. Either give people longer studs/bars or get a higher quality metal if you are going to be charging this much for jewelry. Piercer did a great job with placement, i have to give them that. read more

What an amazing experience!! I had been seeing their post for BOGO piercing fees on Fridays! Today I got done with work early, walked right in and was immediately greeted warmly. The shop is very clean & organized. Savannah was my piercer today. She was sooo professional & knowledgeable. She gave me a quote right there and offered different piece's depending on my budget. She looked at my ears & we talked about placement & she even took into consideration that I wear glasses & we decided on a totally different place. I would have never even thought about that! If I could give this place 100 stars I could. They were very professional and made me feel amazing about myself. They are very serious about keeping everything sanitized and clean. This place made me feel very safe and I knew that everything will turn out well. Well I was right I've had my belly button has been pierced for around 3 months and it looks amazing the piercing had not gotten infected and it does not hurt one bit.
