Ink couture is my favorite tattoo shop, it was very clean and each artist is amazing and very talented. My experience at the shop for the first time was almost 3 years ago when I got my first tattoo by Seven and I couldn't be more happier with it. I also got to know the staff better while I was being tatted. Mike, who is the manager of the shop is a very polite guy and is always there to help a customer and guide them to their first or second tattoo. He is also a very talented at piercing as I my self watched him pierce multiple people. Mike also guided me to one of the artist at the shop for my next tattoo that's still in progress, my leg sleeve. He guided me to artist LT who is a phenomenal artist. His work is amazing and once again I couldn't be more happier with the work. Ink couture provided me with nothing but the best and that's not only for me, they help and provide nothing but the best for each one of their customers. So, if you want a very high end, great artist, great employees to guide you for a tattoo or piercing, I highly suggest to go to ink couture. I went to ink couture three months ago and I must say this shop is incredible. The artists are amazing and the shop itself is beautiful. My only complaint was my artist Frankie Oneshot, he mocked me a bit as i explained to him what I was looking for and once he finished drawing and started the piece he complained several times about how my tattoo was a bitch for the line work... He is a great guy and does great work but I did not appreciate the comments he made during our session and the amount of breaks he took. Granted he hasn't been tattooing for long he does great work and the rest of the shop itself was very pleasant to work with. The owner Frank came over several times to ask if I needed anything and talked me up a bit as did the rest of the artist in shop. I've recommended this place to several friends and none of them have come back with any complaints, this place isn't cheap, so if you're looking for quality work be expected to pay for it, my only advice is to set up a consultation with another artist, like I will on my next trip in. read more

I recently went in for a tattoo with my mom, both first timers. I made an appointment over the phone which was extremely easy and they even texted me to confirm multiple times. Upon arrival we were greeted by the woman at the front desk and offered water bottles and introduced to our artist, Andrew Russo. Andrew was as nice as could be and before making us sit for the tattoos he wanted to make sure that he got every little detail 100% right. He made us feel comfortable as I mentioned it was our first time getting tattoos. We even shared a laugh with another artist. In between tattoos he replaced every inch of plastic in his station to ensure everything was as clean as possible. This place was immaculate! He told us whenever we we wanted we could take a quick break and resume when I felt ready. The tattoos came out absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend ink couture and Andrew Russo to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience! read more

This place is great! I had a scroll done on my arm that came out amazing. The place is so clean, the floor (white tile ) was mopped six times in a two hour period (Not an exaggeration). The owner is a great guy along with his son and the hole staff. My sister recommend it, she got a small infinity done on her arm that came out great. She wanted it placed on the small of her wrist and the artist refused because it would not look good when completed. He was willing to lose the client, then to do a shitty job. You will not feel intimidated when you go, this not that kind of place! I can't believe Staten Island has a shop like this, maybe the city or LA. Ink couture will be world famous they bring in artist from all over the country for weeks at a time that specialize in certain talents i.e. Portraits. If you are considering getting a tattoo if it's your first or your hundredth this is the place. read more

Ink Couture is an absolutely amazing tattoo shop. I have gotten multiple tattoos from here. Not only is the shop filled with extremely talented artist, but also a very trained staff ready to satisfy your every need. They are extremely friendly and very helpful in helping you design your tattoo. The artists are top of the line and regardless of what tattoo style you're looking for, the artists with leave you with a masterpiece for life. I personally know the owner Mr. Russo, along with his family, and they are by far the most dedicated and honest people you will come across. The shop itself is top of the line and extremely sanitary, which is very important when getting a tattoo. This past Monday, Anna the Permanent Make-up Artist (PMU & Paramedical Tattoo Artist), did my Eyebrows, Lip-liner & full lip Tattoo. She was pure perfection. They came out better than I can ever have imagined. Anna is well trained and very well informed. She has an educated answer for everything that involves Permanent Make-up & Tattoo artistry. My biggest concern was discomfort & pain & bleeding. I did not feel anything, nor did I bleed, especially when getting my lips colored in. It even looks great two days later. I can not wait until it fully heals. Next Monday, she is going to tattoo (permanent make-up) my Eyeliner. I can not wait. A couple days ago I came in to get My very first tattoo, My first tattoo was on my right Bicep and it was in remembrance of my Grandfather who passed a couple years ago. I cant even begin to explain how Phenomenal of a job Peter Triolo did, He absolutely killed this! He made me feel extremely comfortable and really took what I wanted and made a Beautiful design, Never once did I doubt him, He really deserves recognition Peter his work is so good, So down to earth and he really makes you feel like you're at home in the Tattoo studio and will go all out for you. I had a piece done on my forearm by Artist Toni, and it came out amazing , I'm so happy with it. She was also really sweet and easy to talk to. Looking to get way more pieces done. Some people might have mixed opinions because of the prices compared to other spots on the island but I believe it is worth it because the detail Work is absolutely amazing, so you pay way you get. You can go to other spots that cost less but will have way less detail and overall not as nice and you will see the clear difference. Its a tattoo that will be on forever, I would get the best version possible of it, and you will definitely get here. read more

Peter Triolo is out of this world talented! When I tell you I've been looking for a new artist to do my next few pieces it felt like forever but I'm so glad I waited it out to find someone of his talent level. I couldn't be happier with my piece and can't wait till I'm healed to book my next session for another piece done by him. I went to Ink Couture to get some piercings with my sister. I met with Mike Russo. He was very nice, he explained everything and every single instrument was sterile. On the third day my sister pulled her piercing with her hair and irritated her ear. I called the store the next day and spoke with Mike, went into the store later that day and he kept in contact after to make sure my sisters ear healed properly. Which it did. Mike was very professional in every aspect. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. My sister and I are more than happy with our piercings. I'm already wanting to get more. read more

I visited many shops in the NJ/NY area looking for the right one to get my first tattoo done. I can say not only do they have the nicest shop but the Russo family really makes every single person feel important. I am able to call or show up and go over designs and get ideas and they always go above and beyond. Every artist there has their own strengths and they even fly in guest artists which gives them a leg up on the competition. In the last 3 years I've came here for multiple different reasons and have always left happy and satisfied. This is not only the cleanest and most professional tattoo studio on the island, but it also takes the top spot over every place I've been to out of state. I've been following them for quite sometime on Facebook and pass their shop everyday and I have been wanting a nose piercing for a while now. I finally decided it was time and went in today for my piercing. The place is extremely clean, welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly. They know their stuff. Came to this shop through a friend's recommendation as I wanted to start a full sleeve. I met with Frank, the owner, who was so attentive and made my nervous self feel at ease...he assigned who he thought was the appropriate artist for the piece I wanted...(Jayvo Scott who happened to be on Inkmaster) within minutes I knew it was the perfect fit... Been here twice, once for a tattoo once for a piercing. They were very kind and explained to me the procedure and what was going to happen. I did start bleeding for one and got a bit nervous (lol) but the guy who was doing it was SO patient and very calm. The place is also very clean, which made me feel a bit better when I was first arriving. I did have a problem with one of my piercing (due to my skin type) and when I called for advice they helped me out. Will be back soon for another tattoo! read more

I love seVen with all my heart and he made me feel so comfortable when I was getting my nipples pierced. They had soda and lollipops and water ready for me because I warned that sometimes I pass out and just overall an amazing experience.
