I still had to send 5+ emails and call the store over 10 times to get any response. I wanted to wait before writing this because I don't think one bad experience should define an entire business. Unfortunately, I've now had multiple negative experiences at LaserAway across different services. During my Botox appointment, my injector told me I could buy Botox from China and learn how to inject myself via TikTok. Given that this is a medical aesthetic treatment and I had just paid a significant amount of money, this comment was extremely concerning. After I asked her not to say that, the appointment ended in silence and she left the room. During Clear + Brilliant treatments, I experienced constant upselling. I declined laser hair removal multiple times, explaining that I was saving money for my wedding. Despite that, I received more than 10 promotional text messages encouraging me to move forward anyway. Four days later, I woke up at 6:00 AM to an invoice for $1,500 for laser hair removal services I never agreed to. I had to contact the office repeatedly to have it removed. I also question the value of the facials offered. One Hydrafacial lasted approximately 15 minutes, followed by a short red light mask, and I saw no noticeable improvement.
