Im editing my review as I may have been too harsh.. (1 star) This place is better than alot of places. Priciest around specially if you get ink by the top 2 there. All in all for an almost year old tatt, its ok. Not the best not the worst. I do regret paying so much though. For a portrait of my mother I was charged big bucks. I had the cash but I definetly regret it as it took 2 hours and i was charged almost 700 dollars. Don't bother. I really can't speak to the quality of their work because it never happened. I made an appt for a piercing, they gave me a time (called probably an hour before I was going to come in-it was a very easy piercing so they said they could fit me in). Get there, stand around waiting for someone to say anything to me. Doesn't happen. I yell out hello toward 5 or 6 employees who are working on tattoos or watching each other work on tattoos. I'm told to wait. Finally someone comes up and asks what I want. I explained I wanted this piercing and I had called earlier. I was told I was out of luck because the only piercer who showed up for work that day was working on a tattoo and would be all night. If you're going to run a decent business learn some etiquette. The initial lack of greeting is one thing but if you have appointments booked that you know you won't be able to complete then pick up the Damn phone and cancel it. I would have been more understanding ifthere was even a trace of regret or apology in the guy's voice/demeanor, but he obviously couldn't care less. read more

So I had an appointment with Francisco Sanchez. So I show up to the shop 15 mins early and the manager told he wasn't in yet, no big deal. 30 minutes go bye and still nothing. Finally after being 45 mins late he shows up. He calls me in the back to review my peice, as I am telling him what I want he is on Google images looking up refrences. I show him some stuff I wanted that I brought in myself and he kinda blew that away. Didn't seem to care what I wanted on me. So he then told me to go grab something to eat and he will draw something up, no biggie. I go eat and come back and the computer is black screened from not being used and he is just sitting there on his phone. I sit there for about 30 mins and he is still on his phone. Then the unthinkable happened, he goes and gets lunch and eats for about 30 mins. I thought maybe he already drew my tattoo and was just gonna eat before we started, nope. He didn't even start drawing my tattoo till about 2 and a half hours after I got there. So I just left. Didn't seem to care at all about the customer or their time. read more

As talented as a group of artists these guys are they would get a lot more customers if they new how to treat them.. Bad with emails and will tell you a price then will bring up a totally different price in the next email. Very sad. Very talented group of artists but not great at customer service. read more

5 star tattoo shop!!! I've been going here for a couple years now and I love all my work. I've already spent around 25 hundred and I would spend 25 THOUSAND if I had it!! The price is worth every last penny!!! You get what you pay for!! I get compliments all the time!! People stop and grab my arm like they're ef'n crazy trying to look at my portraits. (Pretty annoying) but I love it lol.. They are all very talented and amazing. And to the dumb girl Complaining about a BIRD you got, for one color is the hardest to take care of (that was your bad) second, they took so long to see you cause you went to a place where A BIRD is wasting their time lol. third and foremost "lady of class" if you're so fucken classy wtf are you doing getting tattoos to begin with?!?!
