I strongly do not recommend this place especially when he's talking about you. He doesn't have a single nerve to respond to text messages but randomly will text a call logs no one asked for. End of the day Erin sold fake gold Amazon jewelry he refused to refund it I went to Erin for so many piercings, I would even recommend him to other people! However my recent experience was bad. The piercings he did was okay however the professionalism isn't there. He called to tell me about downgrading jewelry then went to talk to me and vent about my friend He sold my friend fake gold, he pierced her wrong and his co worker pierced my friend wrong. When we reached out about our piercings we were left on read. He lacked of communication, and accountability. He sells Amazon quality jewelry pierces with Amazon jewelry, doesn't sanitize the area pierced. I wouldn't recommend this place any longer

I reached out to InBloom to see if they could take a look at it, and they were quick to respond, which I appreciated. When I arrived, the receptionist told me they were really busy and that there were two people ahead of me, but that she would have the piercer take a quick look at my nose in about 10 minutes. This also matched what I could visibly see in the shop--there were only two parties waiting ahead of me when I got there. After the piercer finished with his previous client, he helped another customer with jewelry and then came over to me. He asked where I had gotten my piercing done so he could look up the shop, but didn't ask many questions about what had been happening. After looking at my nose, he said he thought the bar was too short and recommended changing it to a longer one. He then told me there would be a wait because he had two clients ahead of me. I completely understood and had no problem waiting. However, I ended up sitting there for a little over an hour and watched more than two clients get helped without anyone giving me an update. My nose was visibly bleeding, and no one let me know that the wait had changed. I just needed my bar changed. After a little over an hour I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She looked at her list and responded, "Well, there were a lot of people ahead of you when you got here, so you're looking at another hour." Her tone came across as snarky and dismissive, but I was also confused because that directly contradicted what I had been told. The receptionist told me there were two people ahead of me, the piercer told me the same thing, and I could physically see only two parties waiting when I arrived. So how did two people suddenly become "a lot of people" after I had already waited over an hour? I understand businesses get busy, appointments take priority, and wait times can change. That was never my issue. If the wait was actually going to be two hours or more, I simply should have been told. Instead, I waited based on the information I was given and then was spoken to as though I should have known there were "a lot" of people ahead of me all along. I also understand that the original issue with my piercing was not InBloom's fault. I had it done somewhere else and never expected them to take responsibility for another piercer's work. However, once they agreed to take me in as a client, evaluated the piercing, and recommended changing the jewelry, I expected basic customer service and communication just like any other client. What made it more frustrating was that I wasn't there just to browse jewelry or get something cosmetic done. I came in because my piercing was actively bleeding and I was concerned. Even a quick update would have been appreciated. Instead, I ultimately walked out without getting the issue resolved. I initially appreciated how quickly InBloom responded when I reached out, which is why the experience once I arrived was so disappointing. I can understand having to wait. What I can't understand is being told one thing multiple times, receiving no communication when that changed, and then getting a snarky response when I simply asked for an update. If I could give zero stars I would.

I brought my daughter in for an ear piercing and provided my ID and identification for her. The employee noticed our last names don't match, and I explained that I am divorced and remarried. I was then told our last names needed to match. Body Jewlz's own online FAQ states: "If you are under 18 and need parental/guardian permission, both you and your guardian must bring ID." It does NOT state that the parent and child must have matching last names or explain what documentation is required for a divorced/remarried parent. I repeatedly asked what I could provide to prove I am her mother. I was told a birth certificate, which I explained would show my former married name, not the name on my current ID. When I specifically asked what divorced mothers are supposed to provide, I was eventually told "guardianship paperwork." I explained that I don't have guardianship paperwork because I am her biological mother. Their final solution was that my daughter's OTHER parent would have to come in. I explained that she is estranged from that parent, and I was told there was nothing they could do. The employee then collected my paperwork and started helping someone else in a very crowded store. I was mortified. I wasn't asking them to waive their policy, I was repeatedly asking HOW to comply with it. If Body Jewlz requires additional documentation when a parent's name has changed due to divorce or remarriage, then clearly state what documentation is accepted. Telling a mother there is no way to prove she is her child's parent unless the other parent comes in is not a reasonable solution. Divorced and remarried parents exist. Your policy, and your treatment of customers, should account for that. Shame on you.
