I feel each time I've come in, I've had everything explained to me to the point of where a child could understand it. I usually would look at a place like this and not give it another glance, BUT they have been very professional and VERY sanitary. Everything used is new and sterile. Cathy was super friendly and immediately put me at ease. She took a look at my septum and was honest about the possibility of needing to repierce if the initial position looked crooked, which I appreciated. It wasn't necessary though because she got it spot on, first try! I felt a little faint from the piercing (though it was quick and didn't hurt at all), and she was so kind and accommodating and clearly equipped to handle it. You can tell she has a lot of experience and the skills to show for it. I love my new septum piercing!
