Very attentive and asks plenty of questions to make your visit as comfortable as possible during your stay "in the chair" I get a combination of wax and threading. They have a membership special that allows you to bundle and get a deal for any of their services. I have also tried their brow tint and lash lift, WHOA what a difference that made! we kicked ourselves for not remembering to take a before and after picture. I usually get the same girl there. They do offer to get you into their memberships to save. For example their lash lift was $75 but on memberships it works out to $60 per lash lift/ tint. (Since my lashes are naturally long it looks like I have extensions on once they're curled) And the memberships are like punchcards that never expire. You can use them for some of the services and skip other services that take longer to needing to be done. For example I might need my lip/chin/brows waxed/threaded but can wait to brow tint or lash lift when I determine I need that service again (if that makes sense?) anyways! Great place. Close location to my house. They're a tad more expensive than my normal place that is further distance from home. My only complaint, which I have told the company about is that they talk to each other when they are working on customers. Even if I knew what they were saying, IMO, it's just bad customer services. I had the same issue with another company, but there they actually got on the phone and chatted while they did my threading! I really wanted to love my brows, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. During…read morethe appointment, I explained multiple times that I wanted a light, soft, natural look because my eyebrows are very important to me. The artist had me check the shape several times throughout the appointment and repeatedly asked if they looked even. At the time, I had asked to lessen the arch, I trusted the process, but once I got home and looked at them from different angles, it became clear that they were uneven. One brow sits differently than the other, the shape isn't symmetrical, and they appear much heavier and more filled in than what I specifically requested. I understand that cosmetic tattooing heals and fades, but the uneven shape and overall design are not what I asked for. I now have to spend additional money to have another artist try to correct them, which is incredibly frustrating. I appreciate that she checked in with me throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the final result did not match what I requested or expected. This has been really upsetting, and I wouldn't have chosen this outcome for something as important as my eyebrows.
