I've been here multiple times in a couple weeks span for possible sprain and fracture. Ive seen 3 different doctors and let's say each doctor are completely different in how they see their patients. So coming here is a mystery bag of whether you'll get a good provider and care or not. First Doctor, he actually examined my knee, had me bend and move it. Then did xray on the spot and I was given preliminary results. Official results from the radiologist would take a day or two. You'll get notified by phone call. That doctor was decent. Second time I came for potential fracture toe, I got an ancient doctor who didn't ask me any questions other than, so you think you broke it? We will get you an xray but xray tech doesn't work today so you'll have to come back tomorrow and just get OTC medication if you're in pain. Then she sends me away. Third time I was there, a different doctor saw me. She did not exam me either however she did ask me more questions, got me an Xray and provided preliminary results. Actually prescribed me some pain meds. If you're coming here for potential sprain fracture injury visit, keep in mind their xray tech is only Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm, occasionally he will work a Saturday. read more

I hope no one needs urgent care but if you do...here is my experience with the team. I recently had my first visit with Inland Empire Extra Care and was truly impressed by the quality of care I received. First of all, they are open 24 hours which is a huge plus in my book. I called asking if they accept my insurance and the receptionist was able to answer it so quickly. Brandy and Cesar made the check in process was quick and easy with such a positive attitude and friendly face. Then I met with Dr Yvonne...she absolutely was the nicest and patient doctor I have come across. She didn't rush me as I had quite a few questions, she empathize with what I was going through and was clear on the treatment plan. Amy handle my treatment plan and she was so nice as well. I met with Jose who was the X-ray technician and wow! so knowledgeable and detailed with the X-rays that I would need to go back. Another plus is that there is a pharmacy right next door so I didn't have to drive to another location. Overall, the staff provided excellent service from start to finish, and their bedside manner was outstanding--compassionate, professional, and attentive. This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. Unclean. Very unprofessional. Their phone # doesn't even work

I was able to get helped after waiting approximately 30 minutes, WAY faster than any emergency room, so that's great. While waiting, I saw a family come in and ask for help with stitches. They were turned away for whatever reason, that's their medical opinion and not my issue. However, after the family left, a worker came from the back and began to speak poorly of the family. Yeah...not cool. When it was my time to pay, I was charged $125. I tried to argue with the front desk that my copay was $20 (clearly stated on my insurance card) but she said "nope". At that time, I was in too much pain to argue and just needed medical attention Once seen, they were quick and efficient. Diagnosed quickly. Given a prescription quickly. And even offered me pain medication for the pain, no charge. That I can appreciate it. However, it's the $125 for me. I have been trying to contact them to get a reimbursement for the wrongly fully charged co-pay amount and have not been helped. read more

I only go to take my son or my husband when they really need the service quick and they evaluate what the sickness is. The best provider I have them to be seen with is Dr. Azzawi and Dr. Kilani. read more

I went to this Urgent Care and called afterwards to request for a sick slip for my work. I called three times to request for it and was told that I should receive it via fax. I waited a whole day and never received it. When I called again at night, I was told that they cannot give me a sick slip! I was told that I need to pay another $145 copay to be seen just to get a sick slip! How ridiculous is that?!!! Fast forward two weeks, I called to get the result of my lab test result as I was instructed by the doctor. The receptionist kept putting me on hold. Whenever she gets back on the line, she would ask me again what I'm calling for and places me on another hold. She finally asked for my first and last name and puts me on hold without even telling me that she's putting me on hold! I hung up and called again. Same woman answered and pretended she doesn't know who placed me on hold. Asked me for my insurance and placed me on another hold! I don't normally leave reviews let alone bad one but this place is ridiculous! If I can give negative stars I would! I finally got through and was told that my result came in but they can't give it to me over the phone, email or fax. I have to drive 2 hours to get the result in person. SMFH! read more

Walked into this location around 8:30pm August 10th 2025. Signed in & filled out paperwork. Luckily when I walked in there were only about 2 people before me. The front desk girls + the nurses that assisted me prior to seeing the provider were really sweet and kind. I saw Jesse Domingues DO and he was also kind and made me feel like he cared about my issue. I was back in my car by 9:45pm with a written prescription and a list of nearby 24 hour pharmacies to get my prescription filled at that hour. I was very pleased with how quick I was in and out. One of my critiques is the urgent care building is a little bit dingy with some areas inside the patient rooms that could be cleaned up a little more, but honestly I got exactly what I needed at this urgent care at 9pm on Sunday. My only other urgent care experience was at various Kaiser's, so this type of urgent care was just a little bit of a different experience. All in all, I would go back if I needed a quick prescription for some antibiotics. read more

so I'm one of those ppl that never goes to the hospital and even if I went as often as I should I probably wouldn't make it on time or b 4 they close anyway so when I found a 24 hr spot I was stoked only to be turned away by the nurse because even dough it says 24 hrs and it was opened I was told that the doctor leaves at 2 am and doesn't come back till 7am so between those hrs I guess if your dying your dead because they wouldn't l even let me walk inside so I'm guessing they're open but for what ??? read more

Now i can see why this place is has a very bad rating. Arrived at 4:45 pm. 8 patients in front of me. Then around 6:30 they stop bringing patients back. And say they have no doctor there. So they're waiting for him to come in at 7. He finally arrives. They call me back. Along with 2 patients who came after me. Rather than coming to me first, they go into the rooms of the other patients. Walked out of the room and got my money back. I'd recommend staying away from here. Super unorganized. Maybe this is their policy to make you wait for no reason. If there is a patient ahead of you that makes sense but when there is nobody and you are alone waiting for an hour to be called this is ridiculous. At least they should respect and understand that anybody comes here when they are not well, they are sick, they are in pain. This place is a scam it looks like a medical facility but they run it as a cheap business center. All they care is running your insurance for the payment and once they received it then they don't care about you, it doesn't matter to them how long you stay and wait to be seen. Anyways we get sick that's why we go there even after knowing everything about them. The main reason I am writing a review is to help them with making a change to their policy and management. I received a call early in the morning about my blood work results, she said it is ready and I can come for pick up. I was leaving for my job so thought why not pick up my results. I went there and M A R C O asked me for my information and then kept himself busy on computer I waited half an hour still he was saying that he is looking for my result for Covid-19 but I didn't test for Covid. I don't understand why you would have a 24 hour urgent care when you don't have doctors on staff at all times. I came in to be seen for severe stomach and back pain and waited over an hour and a half. When I asked for an update they said they don't know when the doctor was going to be in. I told her I already tried the RX but didn't help on me and she still wants to give me the same. I came to this Urgent care for my UTI because it's the closest urgent care my insurance accept. There was not a lot of patient today, but I waited for almost an hour to see the doctor. The nurses were mostly nice. Finally, when I saw this doctor, she appears to be rushing to leave, and the diagnosis was UTI based on the urine test. After I told her I suspect of having possibly kidney infection, because of my fever, she asked me if I was feeling any back pain, I said a little bit. Then she asked me to sit on the exam bed, and this big tall African heritage lady took a big punch on my skinny tiny waist, where the kidney supposed to be . I shouted out in pain, and she said, "where there the pain is?" And now 4 days has passed, the pain still haven't gone away. The fortunate thing is the medicine she prescribed does work, my UTI and related symptoms went away soon after. read more

The lower half of my body has paralysis to a certain point. I can hobble like a toddler at best when I can walk. Came in for a refill on a script. I was in a pinch due to outstanding circumstances. The doctor verbally told me he refilled my script but when I went to pick up, they said no. The doctor won't be back for another week and the only way to get it refilled correctly is to go BACK IN TO URGENT CARE FOR ANOTHER 4 HOUR WAIT TIME but only this time I'm doing it with no pain pills or the use of the lower half of my body... Thank you doctor, you're a real credit to your field... I now have no way to see a doctor with insurance till the 20th and the doctor I explained all this too and this urgent care have a "sucks to be you" attitude about it... read more

Won't be coming back. Tuesday 4/17/was my first time here and it was the worst experience in an urgent care setting. I came in at 11:24am for my terrible coughing and there were only 3 patients ahead of me, so I thought maybe 30-45mim wait? NOPE! An hour and 10min later I go to see how much longer and I notice the person AFTER me was seen and checked off the list. The front desk lady said I was "next." She calls 10min later to charge me a $35 urgent care visit EVEN THOUGH MY HEALTH INSURANCE CARD READS $30 for urgent care visit. I let her know and she goes to show me a paper that also shows $30 for urgent care visit. She catches her error and cancels before card reader reads my Visa card. After another 20 minutes passes I'm FINALLY seen at 12:44 my a medical assistant. She does the basic weight/ heartbeat check and then tells me to go into a room where I wait to be seen for another 15min. By 1:01pm I am finally seen my Dr. Ezzeddine he was very unsanitary. He sneezed and didn't wash his hands before putting the otoscope in my ear. He didn't seem interested in hearing what I had to say regarding when my symptoms began and walked out the room by 1:05pm to have the medical assistant test me for strep throat. He seemed eager to leave the room. Only positive thing I can say is the pharmacist gave me my medication within minutes. However, it was only medication for the flu and not my terrible cough. Please avoid coming here for any treatment. After waiting for 3 hrs and having the nurse check my vital signs I had a high blood pressure and high heart rate. Dr. Dutta sukalpa did not question, nor did he address these vital signs; Much less did he even diagnose or do a proper assessment. He did check my throat that is all. I had to ask him what his diagnosis was as he was turning his back to walk out the door. Lastly, he only lasted a minute in the room. There was another patient that left without a clue of what was going on with his health. So, with that said do not come here. To Dr. Sukalpa, please take a class on how to provide bedside manner to your patients. Listen to them without being in a rush and educate them when they ask questions about their own health. Also, please do not yell at the people that work with you. It says a lot about you. Explains why you do not work in an acute care facility. As for the nurse she was awesome and do not get her name. My family went to this urgent care for years. It was our urgent care. Never again! Today I received a bill from a visit I don't remember 4 years ago. I didn't think I owed anything as I pay copays. Imagine my surprise receiving a 4 year old bill! I have no problem paying if I owe but 4 years later, seriously? Would you even remember a visit 4 years ago? That's what they're banking on! I'm not even with the same insurance company. How do I call an insurance company I had 4 years ago to work out a 4 year old urgent care bill I don't remember. The billing person only works after 7 pm so you have to call at night which is weird. Linda is her name. She's rude and obnoxious. It feels like a scam! She is a complete ass when you speak to her and question the 4 year old bill that magically appeared in your mailbox . She claims she has been sending bills for 4 years, every month. Um... I've lived in the same place for 7 years and this is the first bill I've received. If you, as a business, send 48 bills for $100 bucks to a client, you're losing more money on stamps and are an idiot. So that isn't even realistic. But it didn't stop her from trying to explain away why they sent a bill they say I owe from 4 years ago. They think it's good service to send a bill you didn't think you owed 4 years later because either their management is so crappy they don't know what's up or down, the billing lady sucks at her job and is trying to CYA, or the company realizes they need money and look for more ways to scam their patients. I went to urgent care this morning at 4am with a swollen mouth/throat gasping to get air through. When I arrived I was the only person there and was told the Dr wasn't in but would be back soon. Strange considering the urgent care says open yet they have no Dr in the building?? I then proceeded to wait in a room for 2 hours with no one letting me know whats going on struggling to breathe and trying not to pass out. Avoid this place if possible. Terrible organization and professionalism from staff. I came to get a urine sample and paperwork for blood work after a traumatic event. Not only did they send me to the wrong lab that didn't accept my insurance AFTER taking time off work to make it to my appointment. BUT they then somehow lost my urine sample? No records of it ever being taken/sent out. They couldn't even figure out who wrote the paperwork for my visit. As if it couldn't get any worse I had to repeatedly explain what happened to me to strangers that had absolutely no sense of empathy. Inept staff. Go anywhere but here. Went in with an obvious fracture in my finger. After seeing the xrays the doctor determined that I had a badly sprained finger. It took questioning him several times to get him to look back at the xrays and notice that it was broken. Why should I, the patient have to tell "the doctor" to do their job properly? All they did was recommend I use a splint. How can you be in the medical profession and not know what the hell you are doing? I came in experiencing severe back pain and there was only one person in front of me and just already went in to see the doctor, so I was the only person there to wait. However, I had to wait there for 3 HOURS!!! When the patient went in before me already left and there was no patient at all in there to see the doctor. I waited for 3 hours and kept asking the receptionist outside to check if I could already be seen by the doctor. All this lady could tell me was they're short of people. I was like HOW? There was no patient in there and what would be the reason for short of people? When I asked her when could I check in since I've been waiting for so long, she told me I already checked up with like blood pressure, I was like WHEN DID I CHECK UP? She kept saying I already did while I had never gone inside. Then when she called me in to see the doctor, that was when I asked her didn't I have to check up first before seeing the doctor, she said ^Oh, yeah, you're gonna be next to check blood pressure. The service by this lady receptionist was unacceptable because she basically doesn't care about the patients at all! It made me wonder how could it be possible for the places that is CALLED URGENT CARE BUT THERE WAS NO CARE AT ALL! HORRIBLE treatment and service! The receptionist Jackie was rude and incompetent. They made me wait for over and hour to tell me my insurance wasn't accepted. I called my insurance who informed me that they were indeed in network and she would call them, fax them and email them a letter ensuring payment. I returned back and they said it was ok but that I would have to wait back from the beginning since I walked out to talk to my insurance and "it wasn't their fault" that my insurance wasn't clear. I was in the parking lot talking to my insurance! The manager Elva said "first come first serve!" Bi!ch I was in the waiting area for over an hour already waiting to be called upon.. The fact that I wouldn't bow down and took the time to call my insurance and didn't scurry away like a mouse probably rubbed them the wrong way. Do your job and actually help people who are sick, tired and drained. We're here to get help and for you to provide a service. Mind you our insurance pays your salary! Quit trying to be above others when they're at their most vulnerable. Remember the Golden rule of treating others the way you want to be treated. I visited Inland armoire Extra Care at about 9:35am today. I have had Covid 19 for eleven days and double pneumonia for six days now. I could not walk nor stand, due t pain in my hips and knees. They took me in immediately! The doctor or PA, Kilani was in to see me shortly. She got my chest x-rayed, hips x-rayed, and shots for pain and strong antibiotics very soon. She discussed with me my laying on the couch for two weeks, discussed physical movement, and because I'd finished my z-pack prescribed from the Emergency Room but I was still pneumonia carrying, she switched my antibiotics. I was feeling slightly better in the two hours I was there! She discussed vitamins and diet, movement, and gave me instructions. I am VERY PLEASED with this Urgent Care! She is even sending me for bloodwork to follow up on my vitamin D count! She is amazing! I'm very happy with this Urgent Care!!! read more
