Very disappointing experience. Went in with an injury and was promptly seen by a PA. An X-ray was ordered in another location, and I returned with the CD for review. Was told there was no fracture. Five days later, the official radiology report in the patient portal showed a fracture. A missed fracture can mean unnecessary pain and delayed treatment. Patients deserve careful evaluation, accurate interpretation of imaging, and proper follow-up. This experience seriously undermined anybody's trust in the quality of care provided. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Before bringing in my almost 6-year-old daughter, I CALLED AHEAD and specifically explained that she has asthma, has had significant asthma attacks in the past, and that I believed she needed a steroid treatment. I asked if they could treat her and if they had a nebulizer available. I was told YES, they could see her and YES, they had a nebulizer. The only thing they told me they did not have that evening was an X-ray technician. I specifically said that was fine because we were not coming in for an X-ray. We drove there based on what I was told over the phone. They checked us in and took my copay. What happened next was incredibly frustrating. They did not even take my daughter's temperature. No one listened to her lungs. No one checked her breathing. No one examined her at all. While I was answering questions at the front desk, I mentioned that her cough was beginning to sound barky. The employee got up from the desk, walked into the back, came back out, and told me, "Sorry, we have to refer you to Loma Linda. We can't take your daughter." I was shocked. I said, "You don't even know what's going on with her because no one has even looked at her. I called before coming here and specifically explained why we were coming, and I was told you could see her." As a parent of a child with asthma, I called ahead FOR A REASON. I was trying to make sure I took my daughter somewhere that could appropriately evaluate and treat her instead of wasting valuable time driving from facility to facility with a sick child. If your facility is not equipped or willing to evaluate a young child with these symptoms, that should have been communicated to me when I called and clearly explained the situation. Instead, we were told to come in, checked in, charged a copay, and then turned away without my daughter receiving even a basic assessment. I am incredibly disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service from one specific staff member who looked to be someones grandmother was abhorrent; her disposition was foul, and her attitude was completely unprofessional and hostile. This morning, I went to an urgent care facility that advertises 24-hour care. When I arrived, the nurse informed me that there was no provider available to see patients and that one was expected to arrive at 7:30 a.m. I called back at 7:30, and there was still no provider. I was then told that someone would be there at 8:00 a.m. By 8:15 a.m., there was still no provider available. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If the facility does not have a provider available to see patients, it should not advertise that it is open 24 hours. This was very unprofessional and caused an unnecessary delay in receiving medical care. genuinely a horrific experience at this urgent care. first, their bathroom and client rooms were also horribly kept. their bathroom is not well maintained and had toilet paper, water (maybe pee?) and trash all over the floor and by the sink. their client rooms have worn out walls and are not very spacious, so its difficult especially if youre a child with your parents. not only this, but their devices are unclean as well. i was given a nebulizer and the mouth piece was dirty so i had to request a new one ): the doctor who saw me was incredibly dismissive as well. she did not care to listen to me or my mom as i explained my symptoms and she probably saw me for less than 2 minutes (after i waited for 4 hours) and essentially pushed me and my parents out of the room and told us to go to the pharmacy next door, where we waited for 15 minutes because she didnt even prescribe the medicine before sending us out. additionally, when i DID get my medicine, they were for totally unrelated things that weren't for what i mentioned to the doctor--probably because she wasn't listening to me !!! luckily it was covered by my insurance, but still... couldnt have experienced worse service...im appalled read more

Took my children here yesterday, she spent maybe 1 minute with each of them, was very dismissive. Was irritated my husband was asking questions about her "diagnosis" because my kids had no symptoms of strep. We ended up taking her to a different urgent care today where they diagnosed her with PNEUMONIA and an ear infection. Unacceptable. The bathrooms there are also disgusting. They have OPEN urine samples just sitting out with the clean paper towels dangling over them. Stay away from this place. read more

I got very sick and the closest urgent care was this one the staff member Angela was very disrespectful and told me that they're closed that they're not taking patient at this time that it's a private doctor Instead of giving a solution as a patient that's very sick coming for to her for help all she did was make me feel worse than what I was. I was asking for directions for another urgent care. She has no clue to give me that. She basically made me feel like my sickness is my fault. This is my first time coming to rapid care urgent care and I was so impressed. Yes I did wait a couple hours but tell me urgent care where you don't wait from the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile, and everybody was kind and professional. The doctor was great and very thorough. I went to another facility where I got the care and tests I needed and found out nothing was wrong with me, thankfully. So far I haven't had a bad experience with any of the staff and I've been bringing my daughter here since she was 1 for late night sickness that requires meds. But unfortunately, today I had a problem with one of the providers seeing my 11 month old. Thought I would bring her here because her sister has been going here but I regret it. Got there at 6am didn't get called back till 9:30am. When we got there! It was only one teenage girl ahead of us. That was it. She waited till 9:30 as well. This urgent care is 24 hours therefore there needs to be either a doctor a physician assistant or nurse practitioner there all 24 hours switching off! We got called back and was seen by a woman provider. She was older. Don't know her name, but I would like to tell you F YOU! My daughter has been sick for more than two weeks, she took a quick look at her and said her ears were clear her lungs were clear and her nose was clear. Then had the nerve to ask us if this is our first kid no! This is our fourth so we know when something is wrong with our children. As soon as we left, that place, we went straight to Lani city for a second opinion, and guess what she had not one but two ear infections. So again F you! The worst urgent care I've ever been to due to how unprofessional the doctor was. I do not remember her last name, but her first name is Ivonne. Very rude and lacks bedside manner. I was trying to discuss what was going on with me, and she kept cutting me off while I was talking. She was very condescending with every remark she made and lacked empathy, I don't cry easily but she was being so rude to the point it frustrated me and I cried. Not to mention she was talking very loudly about the reason for my visit which I'm sure is a HIPAA violation. I called later to figure out what she gave me at the clinic because I had an allergic reaction and wanted to know for my own records (I had seen ER prior to calling). Before I can even finish talking she was back to cutting me off and being rude. I told her directly she wasn't a kind person and that I just want the name of what was given to me. I wasn't too impressed with the external and internal conditions. Maybe a lack of funding on material things such as furnishing, paint etc. yet it was clean. But...the important parts were good. The staff was very, efficient and helpful. The intake nurse was very professional and informative. The doctor was to the point, very nice, and got me in and out very quickly. The pharmacy was working on my prescription when I entered (the pharmacy is in the building) and n/c. it wasn't very busy but still...I was so grateful. read more

When I asked for her name she was hesitant and gave me a name that is not connected to that office. Hands down the worst urgent care I've ever been to (and I've been to an urgent care in El Salvador). It's grimy, run down and unorganized, but in a way that would be comical if you saw it in a Borat movie. The office staff are clueless, rude, and really don't care. They call you back to a room but don't seem to know that all the rooms are occupied, so you're left standing there like an awkward scarecrow watching them in the back all stand around doing nothing but gossip. The care is subpar, like WAAAYYY subpar. You'd get better medical care from a first year med student who parties too much and uses ChatGPT to pass his tests. The "doctor" didn't seem to know anything and questioned us angrily on things that we had been previously been told by staff. Another doctor on a different day was yelling at patients and his own staff. If I had the choice to do it all over again, I would've just cut my own arm off, cauterized the wound over an open flame, and applied leeches. Better that than having to deal with the inept, incompetent, and inadequate "healthcare" I received by going here. I took my son there for a skin infection. I was told I would get a call back in a few days with the results of the culture they obtained. After a week with no callback, I called in to follow up. I was passed on to 4 staff members before finally speaking to a girl. I asked to speak to the doctor to discuss the results and was denied. Actually told "he doesn't do that." There was a total lack of professionalism and respect. He apparently sent in a new prescription to a pharmacy, and I was never told the reason why. Providers have the obligation to update their patients when there is a change to the treatment plan. I was denied information and was eventually hung up on by the staff. That facility violated California Health and Safety Code Section 123148. I wish there were more urgent cares in the area that provided after-hours services. read more

Your staff is a joke, neither of the office girls knew the difference between a HMO or a PPO. One of the girls told me that an HMO was the preferred providers insurance policies... Not to mention, they just love talking about customers in an unacceptable way when they think no one is around to hear them. Additionally when all of this was told to the doctor on site, she without a word, ducked her head and preceded to scurry out the front door acting as though she didn't hear me say anything to her.
