I hope you don't have to return one of their products for any reason. I goofed up and ordered a fuel line that was incorrectly entered into my shopping cart. I called and explained that I mistakingly ordered the wrong part and asked if I could exchange for the part needed. They would not exchange for correct part without charging a restock fee even though I was paying for shipping and part had not been used. I returned part but will never buy from this company again if this is the type of service they provide. BTW, I have purchased lot's of parts from them in the past but they didn't take that into consideration at all. read more

I ordered their, "1991-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ, 4.0L Only, Main, Return, and Vapor Complete Nylon Fuel Line Kit" for my 93 YJ (with a 4L) in August of this year. I took a quick look at what was sent and it looked to be complete and a "quality" product. Last week I started to replace the fuels lines and immediately ran into several issues with this kit that is supposedly specifically made for my year and model of YJ. Please understand that I'm mechanically inclined so this isn't a review from someone who doesn't know the difference between a ratchet and a wrench. The instructions are so unbelievably vague that I found them to be absolutely useless. Their website does not have anything else and neither did the "customer service" dept when I spoke with them. The kit has 4 (short) fuel pressure lines, 2 (1 short, 1 long) return lines, and the vapor line. The pressure and return lines that attach to the fuel rail have a nice clip (much better design than stock) that securely connect to the fuel rail (though I have no idea if they leak as I never used them). The other ends of those lines have the same clip for the other lines to connect to. The "long" return line connected easily to the short return line coming from the fuel rail and was long enough to easily reach the fuel tank. Things went sideways when I attempted to route the remaining 3 pressure lines. One had their clips on both ends which did not attach to any of the "hard line" pipe outlets found on the fuel filter, fuel pump, and even their own lines. The remaining two lines have the "hard pipe" ends with one end at a 45 degree angle. Those 45 degree bends are useless as the fuel filter runs in-line along the frame rail and requires a straight attachment. I apologize for the rather long review but I think it's important to know the details of what I've encountered to prevent others doing the same. If you're working on a 91 to 95 YJ with the 4L fuel injected engine and the "stock hard lines" that run along the frame rail are ok, don't waste your money ($175 minimum) on this kit. After all of the nonsense, I decided to fabricate my own fuel line system using new rubber fuel line and the stock hard lines. I replaced the rotted stock rubber lines between the stock "hard line assembly" that clips to the fuel rail and the hard lines that run along the frame rail. I used new rubber (pressure side) fuel line from the tank to the filter, the tank to the hard fuel return line end at the rear of the jeep, and from the filter to the hard pressure line that runs along the frame rail. It costs less than $50 to go this route. Sadly, I cannot return the kit since InLine tube has a 30 return policy. My fault for not checking the fitment immediately but I was making frame repairs that took priority. The "tech" I spoke with at customer service tried to be helpful but his hands were tied by company policy. Though when I asked about the issues I encountered, I got nothing but platitudes and, "this issue has never been brought up before" or "Jeep must have made a design change". The latter is absolute BS as their kit is very specific to a particular YJ. read more

Hoses didn't fit and I called Jeff at Inlinetube to see if they had the correct hoses to exchange them and I was informed that I tried to install the hoses they could not be returned. "Terrible company. I will never deal with them again. Cost me hundreds of dollars for their short-comings. They were not interested in making it right. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere." These clowns had the audacity to respond to my review in a manner that did not allow me to respond back, so here I am leaving another one, which I can see there are plenty more where that came from on here. Their "solution" was for me to pay to ship their piece of crap products back to them on MY dime before they would consider any reimbursement which was disclosed NOT to include reimbursement for any shipping that I paid. Their reasoning was because they sent what I ordered. They didn't send the wrong item, nor did I order the wrong item. The issue is that their products are JUNK and don't fit the car as they claim making them unusable. Why on EARTH should I be responsible for shipping multiple OVERSIZED items because they don't fit the car they were supposed to? I'm sorry, but that is an unacceptable solution. I threw them in the trash where they belong and cut my losses. I will never deal with this company again. I build show cars that are well into the 6 figure range. I can assure you that the shortcomings are not on my behalf. I ended up bending my own lines which came out 10x better than the quality this company could ever dream of providing. My fault for trying to take the easy way out to save the customer a few bucks. If you need pre formed stainless lines that DON'T suck, try THE RIGHT STUFF. Very sad to make this post. Unfortunately I spent quite a bit of money with inline tube. On this particular purchase I bought a brake booster kit. They have a ebay account and products are shipped directly just as you were to buy them from their website I have bought both ways. Today I was told that the booster that arrived bad is a sorry about your bad luck situation. Unfortunately projects take time and I was waiting on a back ordered part to finish my project. this booster was delivered in January. Three months later and no use on the booster its bad out of the box. I contacted Inline tube and they refuse to back their products not even a 90 day warranty. Stay away from this company on any item that has potential to fail. It will not be replaced. Go with a reputable company that back the products they sell! Their website at he bottom says 100 percent customer satisfaction. Not true they do not care about the customers and sale junk. They could easily take care of customers but refuse to. I reached out to ebay and they said it is completely up to the seller if they want to take care of the customer. Jareth Just does not want to. First off, I'm a rookie at a project like this (disc brake conversion plus all new lines, 69 Buick GS400). I could have used more guidance mostly on "where everything goes". I also found that some of the lines and fittings just didn't fit. Rear brake line your fitting was hex shaped, hole in my frame was not. Front brake line didn't fit your brackets, but worked with the old brackets. Still haven't completed everything, wresting with all the lines to fit tight against the frame, etc. Overall quality of everything seems good. I'd just suggest better photos and more details in the instructions. Also, check your lines with your brackets, mine didn't fit. read more

I will be doing a single to dual master cylinder conversion on my 1966 Buick Riviera in early spring of 2026. I want to keep it looking as stock as possible, without bending my own lines and using various adapters. I worked with Micheal in tech service. He's very prompt and courteous with helping me with finding a distribution block for the lines. The only issue is the valve does not come with a bracket, so some fabrication of a bracket may be required. The line kit looks excellent, and all the lines have the proper fittings to match the 1967 master cylinder, valve, brake hoses, and wheel cylinders. Besides the master cylinder, the only other change required is to replace the rear brake hose with one from a 1967 as the new line to the rear is 1/4" diameter instead of 3/16". Hopefully, the conversion goes smoothly. read more

Ok so first thing i ordered full set of stainless steel brake lines for my 92 cadillac eldorado they shipped me lines that were incorrectly bent their remedy was $100 off ok how about the fact that fittings used were also incorrect size. Bought a brake line kit from O'Riiely. Spent hours hooking up the lines. Checked for leaks and found the brake line nuts were too short and had to do the work all over again. Purchased all the stainless brake and fuel lines for G body. Also (what I thought was) upgraded the rubber flex lines to braided stainless. After 2 months of very limited driving the passenger side flex line broke at the caliper end. Left me stranded and had to put the rubber hose back on in order to get home. Then, some time and 500 miles later, the driver's side broke at the exact same location. This time I had to get a tow home and replace with the rubber hose again. These braided lines are a very poor design and can really only notice once broken. The metal is very thin and can't hold up to normal use. I normally don't write reviews, but Inline Tube refused to stand behind their product. No refund or even an apology. read more

Ordered a brake line kit for a vehicle and their kit will not work. This is the 4th build I have done on this specific vehicle. I reached out to their support team and explained the issue. They responded with: "unfortunately we do not have a resolution for this problem as this is not something that we have seen before with these hoses." Which is fine, so I asked for a return. I preorder parts for these builds in advance so I am outside of their return window. Even though I explained the issue, with pictures, and they admitted to selling a defective part for the application, they still will not refund the money. I even called. And the sales manager admitted that they are ok with losing my business because they wont stand behind their defective product. They received the brake lines and inform me that they would not be giving me a credit due to damage. There was no damage when I returned them. Terrible customer service. Lines not accurately bent or measured and impossible to install or mate to each other unless you have special tools to modify their work. I specifically asked them BEFORE placing order if lines could NOT be bent for shipping, if someone picked them up in person. They said yes. We drove 105 miles (2 hours round trip), to pick up and - surprise - they were bent for shipping, anyway. So we could have saved 2 hours on the road plus all that gas money and just stayed home and accepted the deliver for less money and same setup. When we pointed out these issues and even sent them photographs they did not care. Basically they shrugged it off and said "that's strange." No offer to make it right or compensate for the extra costs, time and hassle they themselves caused. Look at the other reviews, they same the same thing. I purchased fuel lines for my 1973 Ford truck from Inline tube only to receive an "attempt" at replicating the original pattern. It was clear just from holding up and comparing side by side that what was received was not even close to a direct swap. When I finally got an answer about returning them for a refund, the quoted cost to ship back was 4X the cost I paid to ship to me, using the original box. The answer received was the initial shipping cost I paid was based on the purchase amount. Really? So, I paid $124 , $20 of which was tax, and the cost quoted out of the refund to ship back is $80. So, I might get a refund for $20 after spending another 30 min with this product to send it back. You've already wasted enough of my time, the lines are now recycle scrap- what a waste Inline Tube. Buyer beware; I wish I checked reviews ahead of time. Lots of warning signs about this outfit and the products they sell. Maybe they know certain models or makes, but certainly not 70's Ford trucks. read more

Complete scam!! I ordered lines for a particular truck. The lines I received in no way fit the truck. Wrong thread pitch, wrong nut diameter, wrong flares, male threads instead of female threads, etc. When I contacted customer service I was ignored. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. In response to that dispute inline tube submitted false documents to the bank and lied about my actions. After months of back and forth I eventually caved and mailed them the lines back on my dime since they kept telling me if I send them back they'll let it go through. I told them how I'd be shipping them and gave them 24 hours to send me a label if they wish them to be shipped differently. They did not request I ship them differently, and then when they received the lines they complained about it and told me there would be no refund. After providing proof to the bank of all this along with a written statement from a former diesel/automotive tech stating the lines were unsafe the bank gave me my money back. read more

If I could, I would give them ZERO stars because I never received my order! It showed all parts I ordered were in stock when I placed the order, then a week later I was told the parts were in stock and would be shipped that same day, then at 2 weeks I was again told the parts were in stock and would be shipped that week. Finally, after losing a valued customer, 3 weeks later I was told the reason the ordered hadn't shipped was because they didn't have all the parts in stock! They said they would refund my payment but what about the cost of losing a valued customer!? I have purchased 3 sets of fuel lines and two set of brake lines for my 69 firebirds (multiple cars). I have not had an issue with any, except for the tweaking them slightly to closely fit the car. I expected some minor fitting of the lines, they weren't perfect but 98% at least. I ordered the 3/8" stainless fuel lines, and they function great. No issues sealing brake lines and no leaks. They look good and will never rust. There is no comparison to trying to bent lines by hand, which would be impossible to replicate by hand. Impossible. You can't make the turns as tight as they can on a machine by hand. Sure you can hang some line under the car, it will not fit or function like a pre-bent Inline tube line will. These lines have been some of the few items I have bought aftermarket that actually work and fit as advertised- don't try that with sheet metal! read more

Generally they are the only option to attempt to pre-bent lines that fit for many vehicles, both old and newer. Over the years it's been a rock, paper, scissors type of gamble if they send you the correct stuff. I'd advise calling in and not using the website as that reduced issues considerably. Now many support and returns go through email and good luck getting a response! Phone message just gives you an email address to use. According to Glassdoor and other employment reviews this is par for the course to save money etc. Owners sound like real pieces of work to work for. All this said, generally the lines are close enough to work if they are the correct ones. I have two big issues: IF they send out the wrong lines (about 30 -40% of the time) it's a HUGE pain to return them. They will try and charge a restocking fee even though the line is wrong. Second is getting ahold of someone. Seems they have resorted to email only for most issues like returns and tech support and they don't answer in a timely manor. I have been waiting almost to weeks with an email sent daily. No worries about their customers or my customers I guess. Over the years I learned to order only if I have to otherwise I order from the vehicle manufacture or suck up some of the labor charge and bend my own lines. Well, MOST everything fit just right. But the true test of any business is how they handle the problems. The main 'front to rear' brake line was wrong. It simply was not shaped to follow the frame and frame gussets. I emailed them right away. It took 5 days to get an 'answer', but they told me it was the right part. More importantly the email response was short, rude & WRONG. I sent more pics and described the issues in more detail and still I was told it was the right part. After nearly two weeks of emailing they offered for me to send it back, along with the old line and they would fabricate one for me. ??? But the car has been off the road for three weeks and I will not wait another three... I also didn't want to pay for more shipping! So I had the line they sent shortened and re-bent to fit here locally... yeah, at my expense. Most expensive brake lines ever... and more importantly I felt disrespected. read more

Wrong part and no customer service. I had sent a picture of the original line next to the line they had sent. Their line is bent in the wrong direction (180 degrees in the wrong direction).
