    If I could leave a 0 stars or promote them to lose stars I would, went in for a simple oil change…read moreremember I had no leaks when I dropped it off then they bring up I have a small leak minor leak in my oil pan a week goes by now my engine is locked up, I take it to my mechanic and he drops plastics and find a bunch of shop towels soaking up all my so called fresh oil, remember this was a weak ago. Just look at pictures I defiantly didn't get a fresh oil change. I called and ask for what they were gonna do for me and pretty much told me to take a hike and no help and no engine replacement which is exactly what they should be doing.

    I stopped at Elder Hyundai to get a simple blower issue checked on my Santa Fe. The fan only works…read moreon the highest setting -- a common, easy problem on this model. The advisor was friendly, but the entire exchange felt like a polite way of getting me to leave. I was told it would take 1-3 days just to diagnose and that I'd need to pay over $200 upfront. He also brought up HVAC doors and actuators, even though that has nothing to do with the blower not running on lower speeds. The explanation didn't match the actual symptoms at all, and it felt more like a distraction than real information. Nothing about it came across as an honest attempt to help. It felt like he knew exactly what the issue was but didn't want to touch a small, inexpensive repair -- so I got a friendly story that didn't make sense and a diagnostic price designed to make me walk away. I'm taking my car somewhere else. If you go here, be prepared for nice voices, vague explanations, and "diagnostics" that don't line up with reality. If you're expecting straightforward help, this is not the place to get it.

    **********Simply put....THIS LOCATION ROCKS!**********…read more Got wrong part in error ... didn't know it until the repair shop putting it on noted the hub was 6 lug, not my 5 needed. Its ok mistakes happen. Called the store and they went into action to assist and rectify things WITHIN MINUTES ALL WITHOUTH THE CAR LEAVING THE HOIST! Seriously.....WOW!!!!!! Speaking with Mike Achenza, he quantified my problem, found the correct part, and after a few very short moments on hold had approval from the store manager Charlie to have the part run up to the repair shop I was using.....no extra charge! Moments later, in walks Maars, a younger associate that was articulate, gracious, and courteous....ONE OF THE MOST POLISHED ASSOCIATES IN ALL MY YEARS PATRONIZING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!!!! He handle the transaction efficiently, and represents the company with a STELLAR ATTITUDE! Even the repair shop staff were impressed with the POLISHED interaction! (5-STAR!!!!!) Returned the other part I did not need to the store without issue, with the help of Kelli, the Retail Parts Pro who admittedly knows a heck of alot more abut cars than I do! It was then I got to talk with all the abovementioned staff a bit more and discover it not only a corporate HUB for all its auto parts distribution with everything in stock, but a HUB for kindness, knowledge and professionalism from the top down! THEY CARE....and in this industry such a discovery is refreshing and admirable! THANK YOU Charlie, Mike, Maars, and Kelli! My NEW AUTO PARTS HOME!
