Review #511 March 31, 2025 Updated Review from 1/16/2018 I can certainly say again this AutoZone is My go to store for My vehicle when I won't drive to the Ford dealership plus pay their high install prices for the same products mostly sold here at Auto Zone. I can work on my vehicle when I have to. My January photos of a Duralast battery purchase are posted in detailed from this location. During the deep freeze days in the month of January, I kept receiving an error message inside on the information screen and also the message on the Ford App connected to My Phone of a low battery charge. I called the Ford dealership and was given a two week appointment plus to leave it for the day. The price with install and other testing was outrageous - $556.00. I couldn't accept that price or timeframe due to my work schedule, therefore I stopped in AutoZone and the guys there were helpful and kind enough to test the battery on their equipment in the parking lot FREE N/C. The percentage was 40% which was lower than the 50 % I had checked at home in My garage a few days prior. The store employee helped Me choose a compatible battery to match the factory installed one from 2020. I bought it and arrived back the next day to have the employee install it FREE and gave Me $22.00 credit for the old one. What a efficient and professional service here without the long wait and high installation price at the Ford dealership. ($400.00) I Thank All the AutoZone team members as before in 2018 and again on January 10, 2025 for your kind and helpful knowledge to show great support and service! I have had a difficult situation; We had a bad AutoZone battery. The camper was up north so I bought a battery at the 21 and Romeo Plank location to replace it. When I brought the dead one back for a store credit the lady manager refused to give us the core credit. read more

Very helpful employees. I constantly see them in the parking lot helping people. If they don't have the part they'll order it quickly.

First time coming into this location, and I really wasn't a fan. I was able to locate the parts I needed easily in the store myself. However, the clerk wasn't exactly friendly at checkout, and their card systems supposedly wouldn't process my payment via card. After a couple of attempts and 3 different register switches, I gave up and luckily had cash on me, so I didn't have to go to a different location. Fast forward to being at home and checking my cards there, showing several pending charges from this location. So lucky me, I get to dispute a bunch of charges. We came in here to look for a code reader for our car in Europe. My boyfriend's dad was trying to help my mom find something. He figured this would be the best place to get one and explain how to use it. The employees that were both there were super helpful. The gentleman explained that what they have couldn not check for transmission for told him what it could check for. They let him look at the different ones. They were super patient with my mom as well. I enjoyed walking around and looking at what they have in store. Everything you need for your car is here. I do admit that this store looks a bit more pricey than other stores we have been to. read more

This is a wonderful place to get your auto care needs. They have an awesome selection of everything you may need. The amount of cleaning products and detailing brushes is outstanding. Beyond a great selection, they have an AWESOME TEAM!! We went in today for windshield wiper replacement, and Derrick was a huge help! He pointed us in the right direction for what to get and not get... then installed the blades for us! Very nice, personable, and helpful. It's the PEOPLE that keep customers coming back. After searching online for answers to a problem we were having with my SUV, we fortunately discovered it was a simple fix of replacing the gas cap. My husband and I stopped in to see if they carried it and they did. The service was quick, friendly and informative. They were very knowledgeable and told us if replacing the gas cap didn't help (which it did) that it could be one other small part under the hood and this would also be another quick, easy and inexpensive replacement. They reassured us though, that usually the fix to the problem is either the replacement of one or the other. We left there with more knowledge than when we came in and we felt confident in what they told us. The sales floor over all is a bit smaller than other auto parts stores in the area but they seemed well stocked in parts in their stockroom. I can surely say that with other auto parts stores in the area, we're fortunate to have this one so close for any future purchases we may need. Will we return? You betcha! read more

My car died and after getting a jump start, I went to AutoZone on 21 and Romeo Plank and the person working behind the counter Jeff was very kind and tested my battery right away. It showed it was no good. He gave me options about which batteries are available for my car and installed it right then for me. I was so pleased by the polite, professional service I got. I called Autozone to purchase a cable repair kit for my Ford Econoline. On their website there were two options for the cable repair kit, one was $10.99 and the other was $11.99. I called Autozone and spoke with a representative who suggested I buy the more expensive one because it had a picture of the product on the website and the cheaper one didn't. The representative said " you know that you are getting the right product since there is a picture of it". (I later found out that he was wrong and I was going to buy the wrong product) I was told the cable repair kit had to be ordered and would be there the following afternoon and I would get a call once it came in. The following day I never received a call that the cable repair kit came in. I ended up calling Autozone that evening and they had my cable repair kit, but never notified me that it arrived. After I went up to Autozone and picked up the product, I went home to repair the door. I opened the cable repair kit and found out that only three of the four aluminum repair pieces would work for my econoline, the other piece in the package was for a ford f series truck. I called the manufacturer of the product the following morning and they told me that the product I bought was an assortment of cable repair ends, not one's just designed for econolines. The issue is that each door on the econoline needs 4 repair ends to fix the door and having only 3 is pointless because it won't fix the door. So I was told by Autozone to purchase the more expsneive repair kit because they were sure it was going to work, but in reality it wasn't going to work at all. I called Autozone and the representative said they would order me another box with the cable repair ends. I told the representative that I was not going to buy an entire new box, I was told that I was going to be getting four cable repair ends in the package that i bought. The representative worked with me and said they would order another package and I could just take one of the cable repairs ends I needed. The following day I went up to Autozone, in order to get my final cable repair end to finish fixing my door. I went in and explained to the representative what had happened and that I should have a new package waiting for me to exchange one piece. The representative just stared at me and said nothing...so I proceeded to tell him the part number. I'm not sure why the guy just stared at me speechless...it was very strange. As the representative was typing something into the computer, another autozone employee in a gray shirt who had black hair and glasses walked over to me and opened up the box that had my package. Still no one has said a word to me at this point. The guy in the grey shirt handed me the package and said nothing. I opened it up and took out the piece I needed and then gave them the piece that didn't work. I told the two representatives that they should let people know that only 3 of the 4 pieces in the package work for a Ford Econoline and that they will receive one pieces that doesn't work. Still both representatives stood there saying nothing and just stared at me. I don't think I have ever had such awful customer service from people working at a store...the guys literally never said a word to me. Yes, Autozone provided me the proper piece in the end, but it was not before they tried to get me to purchase another package and then stood there silently when I came back to the store to exchange the wrong pieces for the proper one. If you are looking for an automotive store with good customer service, go to O'Reilly's instead. AVOID this store. read more

Came in a little late needed a battery bad have work in the morning battery died on me while at school. The manager Derek(hope I spelled your name right) was fantastic took care of me right away. Great service also very informative during the purchase process!!! read more
