This was on all the windowsills

I do not recommend. WAY overpriced. The conditions of the rooms were horrible. Mold in the bathrooms and a foul smell. Run down, old carpets, stained bedding and bed skirts. I brought my concerns to the front desk. The Inn keeper asked me to please write a letter to the owner, gave me his name and told me to please put all of my concerns in an email. She led me to believe that in doing so I would receive some form of refund. Not only did this not happen but my email was completely disregarded and no attempt to rectify the issues were made. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

There's also a huge sparkling pool, an inviting outdoor gazebo, and a cozy fire pit that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evenings! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a serene atmosphere. Shawn and Sharon have truly thought of everything you might need in terms of amenities. You feel like you are at home. We had a bottle opener and wine glasses and even a mini fridge for our leftovers. Having shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the room is such a considerate touch! The shower pressure was great and the hot water was abundant. There were always plenty of fluffy towels to use too. Additionally, the fully stocked guest area was a lovely touch. The pool was warm, and staff were all smiles. Teddy was my fave! She's the bomb. We celebrated our 27th anniversary here, and the team went the extra mile with rose petals in the room--a heartfelt surprise that made the stay feel extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and came equipped with a microwave and fridge--perfect for beach-day leftovers. The shower was spotless, the parking lot had plenty of space, and the location is pure gold. Now the pool... that's my only complaint. It was so nice, I hated leaving it. Seriously, it's relaxation personified. And the staff? Beyond courteous--these folks are customer-centric pros who know how to deliver a memorable stay. You're steps from three great restaurants, just three blocks from the beach, and an easy hour's drive to Provincetown. It's got that hipster-chic vibe with real Cape Cod soul. If you're looking for a chill, upgraded, noise-canceling, poolaxing experience--this is the spot. Tell them this freakin' vegan from NYC sent you. This place is underrated and slept on--pun fully intended. --- Boomsauce Scale: B - basura (trash) BS - basic (come on! Try harder) BS + - better (Yo! That's better) BS ++ - best (alright! Alright!
