My stay at the Inn was very peaceful and the staff were very helpful. The staff are there 24/7 at the front desk ready to help wherever needed. There are also always cabs outside. I stayed there January 28th, 2026, and I was impressed by the view and the coziness of the room. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby (a separate business) was also a big plus as the ambiance is nice and the food was tasty, even if the orders took forever to arrive, which resulted in us drinking more then we should lol. I found the rooms clean, comfortable and very quiet. Building has card controlled floor access and cameras galore. Staff also monitor guest access after hours, so visitors need to be escorted to your room. Despite the scowl a night agent gave me when I met a friend after hours, I appreciated the security measures and a nearby walkway offered a well lit place to have a late night stroll along the water. I'm planning another stay there in June and I would recommend The Quay to anyone visiting New West, as the location and view alone was amazing. read more

I was there for three days for a work conference. My car was broken into in the underground parking lot, which is not secured at all. Belongings where taken and hotel not even willing to help with the replacement. I definitely won't be back and will make sure that my work no longer stays there. read more

My lady and I have done several mini-trips to New Westminster, which included two-night stays at the 'Inn at the Quay', located by the Fraser River and New Westminster Quay. The hotel provided our very first getaway, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and then several more over the following years. It was a handy location for us to get to by public transit, and offered a unique location for us to enjoy -- the Fraser River, walks along the lovely boardwalk in the front of the many riverside condo apartments, and browsing, dining, and shopping at the Market located there. With the exception of one stay, we were always able to catch downstream-facing rooms with balconies, and be able to sit outside and enjoy the various sights & sounds of the active river, and other water and land scenes we could enjoy from the locations of our rooms. Watching tugs, and other boats doing their things, the many birds, and occasional seal or two, consumed most of our time when at the hotel relaxing, snacking, or enjoying 'happy-hours' on the balconies. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortably-furnished, and offered everything we needed for such stays. Walks along the boardwalk were interesting and pleasant experiences -- with sights of lovely garden settings, flora, and other interesting and colourful arrangements. The Market was fun to browse, and I often found a token gift or two, to catch and take home as a memory of our stay. For most dining out during our stays, the 'Paddlewheeler Pub', located by the Market, was our favourite spot. The location was convenient and scenic, the ambiance casual and friendly, and the food (which included daily specials) and service good -- if a 'special of the day' did not catch our eyes at any time, their fish & chips, burgers, sandwiches, and such were always available and tasty alternatives. There are many restaurants nearby and a Safeway grocery store. LRT nearby as well. Very clean modern room and very comfortable. Ample parking. Friendly late night staff. What a wonderful place to get away from the same-old for the weekend! I was unsure of where to stay and let Priceline do the picking for me. I ended up with a Queen Quay room here, and I'm oh so glad I did. The room was cute, the bed super comfortable/soft, the view of Fraser River from the window/balcony absolutely fantastic, the snacks super tempting, the Canadian television on the nice-sized flat screen tv entertaining, and the sauna quite nice. The walls were thin enough that we could hear one set of loud people in the hallway, but for the most part it was a very quiet time with no outside sounds. I really enjoyed the sauna and the whirlpool tub in the fitness area was nice, but sadly not quite as hot as I wished it would be. I did use it at 4am (it's open 24h) so it's likely that it just didn't get a chance to heat up as much as I wanted it to. Thankfully the sauna heated up quickly, so I was able to enjoy some serious heat after relaxing in the warm tub. I love that they have free wi-fi for guests because it was SUPER useful for iPhone Yelp/Facebook/web browsing during my stay. You need to log in to use it, so make sure to get a username/password when checking in to the hotel. (They will probably offer it to you, but there's a good chance they don't remember to ask every guest.) A nice bonus for people with iPods: The alarm clock has a dock for your iPod, so you can easily listen to your tunes on some speakers. Parking (24 hours) is free for hybrid cars, $6+tax for other cars. I'm glad they decided to update this hotel and make it nicer than it originally was. It looks good now, but there are little things that make it pretty obvious that it wasn't quite as... stylish... in the past. I would definitely stay here again!! read more

Stayed here for two nights back in Feb 2012. First when we arrived, the lady in the front lobby didn't welcome us; she seemed very tired or unhappy. Well, everyone has their bad days so it didn't bother me too much. The room was very nice and comfy; got a nice view from outside the window; I gave 3 stars just for the room itself. I was able to see the ocean and some night club down the street. There was a wine shop next to the hotel but my fiance and I wanted some whiskey; we had to drive around the neighborhood but didn't find any. They did provide us free wifi, but it was slow to the point where we just gave up. We stopped by their restaurant and bar, no one greeted us; we had to grab the manual to see ourselves. They didn't have too many whiskey choices and sort of overpriced. Hence, we went to the bar right across street. If I would have more options, I wouldn't come back here. read more

I liked the location of it more than anything: the river and the market add beauty and convenience. A very stylish building. Tired of plain and boring buildings? This one is built like a little staircase. Not only that the shortest part of the hotel tower - the 3 or 4 story portion is built on piers I think to allow it to be as close to the river as possible. The location to me is the highlight - its river front. I enjoyed sitting in the room in the morning watching the peaceful river flowing. Thats how I rate a hotel - how I feel in the morning and here I felt A-OK. The market gives additional options for breakfast - donuts, coffee... that sort of thing. Inn At Westminster Quay is located on the Fraser River in New Westminster. It is next to the Westminster Quay Public Market. Though it is closed currently for renovations. It was a bit difficult finding my way to the hotel. You actually have to turn down a ramp and drive through a neighborhood with condos to get here. The lobby is a bit small which pretty much consists of a small sitting area with a computer setup for visitors to access the web. The room I had was nicely decorated. It had a good view facing the water, along with a balcony. It also looks like most of the rooms in the hotel have a view as well.The bed was cozy and there was a nice desk for me to get my work done. There is free wi-fi which is a plus, though you have to call reception for the login info. The toiletries by Cutler Salon are excellent and surprisingly large sized. Did not use many of the features of hotel except got in a workout in the exercise room. It is smallish with free weights, treadmills and the like, but decent sized with a hot tub and sauna. Location is great as well. It is about a 5 minute walk from the SkyTrain station in New Westminster and about a 30 minute ride to downtown Vancouver. There are some awesome dining options downstairs including The Boathouse Restaurant which is located in the hotel. Overall, I would recommend Inn At Westminster Quay for its lovely views of the Fraser River and close vicinity to Vancouver. read more

We arrived at the hotel very late at night (1am) and the check-in was nice and easy, no fuss, just facts - checking of the reservation (booked through Expedia), keys to the room and good night (I prefer that to bothering the customer with thousands of questions, when they clearly just want to go to bed). We stayed for three nights (technically two whole nights, since we arrived in the middle of the first night and left in the middle of the third). Our room was on the sixth floor (and, as I discovered later, turned away from the "noisy" Paddlewheeler pub and the River Market, that some of the reviewers mention), but still had a balcony with a view of Fraser River. This is the West side of the hotel, but I think the view from the balcony (on any of the higher floors) is more or less the same. The room is spacious and decently furnished. We had a queen bed, with a sofa chair and a desk with an office chair. If you have some work to do, or just use your computer, this is quite useful (there's also plenty of sockets to charge your devices). There's also a TV in the room (had no need to use it) and a fridge underneath it. There's enough lights to keep the room bright and also an AC by the balcony door (turn it off during the night, otherwise you'll freeze even on the lowest setting). As you walk in, there's a bathroom on your left (in our case) with a huge bathtub and a wall mirror. They offer you a ton of towels, bathrobes, a dryer and some shampoos and creams. There's also a coffee machine, some coffee and tea with cups at the ready for you. No idea how much they charge for it since we didn't use any. The only problem that we encountered were some really noisy guests on our floor. Obviously there were more of them, but in different rooms and they had the need to yell out loud from one side of the hallway to the other. In the middle of the night. But that was it. All in all this hotel is nothing special, nothing to rave about, but okay to spend the night if you're out most of the day (city centre is 30min away with Sky Train and you're 30min away from the airport with a taxi ($55) - Sky Train takes about an hour and a half since you have to change trains). The price is a bit steep for the value though, breakfast or any other meals are extra (not included in the price, as you might be used in the US). read more

My husband I booked this hotel pretty last minute on the Hotel Tonight app. If it wasn't for the discount we got on that app, I don't think we would have picked the place because normally I think it's too pricy for what you get. It was a pleasant stay though. No fuss, check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room was nice (wouldn't say it's luxurious but better than a standard hotel room) and everything worked. Bed was super comfortable and we got a nice view of the river. I liked how they provided bath robes (always a nice touch). There was also a personalized note welcoming us with a free snack. The sky train is walking distance from the hotel but takes about 30 minutes or so to get to downtown Vancouver. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. read more

Doesn't look great from the outside, getting here was a little hassle due to construction, check-in Clerk didn't give us any extra information wasn't helpful with divulging extra necessary information so we wound up having to visit the front desk and calling on two separate occasions, for example he merely checked us in and didn't tell us where the jacuzzi was located, the fitness center, or any other information that a guest would want to know about the hotel or its immediate surroundings. I've stayed at a multitude of hotels, and none have come close to The Inn at the Quay in service or amenities. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our six year anniversary and couldn't be more happy. The decor of the lobby is incredible and very lush and modern. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind over our three day stay. The room was beautifully decorated, with a huge bed, fluffy pillows, and a breathtaking view of the Fraser river. As an added plus, they left a M&Ms (eat your heart out dainty pillow mints!). I didn't eat at the restaurant, as my boyfriend and I are vegetarians and the fare was much more seafood related. I would suggest staying here if you want to be close to Vancouver but still feel like you're not in downtown, if you're having a romantic date night/anniversary, or if you want to have a nice place to have a girls night in. read more

Are you kidding me? This is just a gem of a little hotel, located right on the waterfront. My actual rating would be a 4.7ish, but only because of a few tiny things, like no onsite snack/gift shop (though you can order snack baskets at the front desk, and there is a wine store and small grocery about 90 seconds away from the Inn). This was our first vacation since Covids hit, and they made us feel safe with their security policies like masks required in all common areas, 2 people max per elevator, no cleaning staff entry in your room during your stay. From our first interactions with Janna (she's a keeper!) to walking into our Fraser River view room, we knew we had found our new little getaway location when staying in the New Westminster area of BC. Rooms are well-appointed, and the balconies add a lot of value, even in December. The sunrise is a stunner! The beds are comfy, the pillows divine, and we slept like babies. The water pressure is outrageous, I felt like Kramer when he got his black-market showerhead used for washing elephants. While there is no in-house restaurant, there are many within a few minutes walk and you can get room-service from their attached neighbour, the Boathouse (Best. Fries. Ever). Walk 2 minutes down the boardwalk for breakfast at Angelina's, you won't be disappointed. Downtown New Westminster is a 5 minute walk away, as is the Skytrain if you want to go to downtown Vancouver. Probably most Vancouverites don't know there's a hotel here right on the waterfront in New West. Nice view and all, just a 10-5min. walk to the main roads, though not much to do for a tourist. A new Shoppers Drug Mart, & theatres, Safeway, and a few pubs/Greek restaurants but no shopping mecca---unless you're planning to buy a wedding gown lol. Free surface parking, good entrance to the washrooms on your left. Front desk will barely notice you though you have to walk by them, but the lobby is quite large & rectangular. Like how it's easy access to the Boathouse resto too, plus the Keg there too. Probably the nicest, best accommodation to stay in new west. read more

What a fantastic place for a Wedding, we booked our event hosting 70 of our closest friends and family at the Inn at the Quay and it worked out absolutely fabulous. Cayley the event manager, took care of our wedding with style and ease, all the staff were very helpful. Additionally if you haven't been there lately, they have recently renovated the ballroom, so the final setup room looked absolutely stunning. We stayed overnight before the wedding, in a room looking over the river, this room had a Murphy bed which was perfect because all my bridesmaids and I were able to have our hair and makeup people come to the hotel to get us ready, the bed tucked into the wall which provided the extra room we needed to get ready for the day. Originally we were going to be taking pictures on the boardwalk - which is beautifully maintained, however it was a raining day, so we were creative, the lobby and mezzanine in the Inn provided a perfect back drop of some dramatic pictures, additionally we walked over the The Quay for more pictures, using the clean cement lines and the shops, we really got some amazing pictures! Note: use the escalator and check out The Great Wall for Tea! The Boathouse provided the food at the wedding, and everyone though out the evening was coming up to us saying how much the enjoyed the food. My husband and I were also provided with the complimentary suite when booking our wedding, which was great after a long day and night of dancing! I just left my executive suite at the River Rock and checked in here because it was close to my assignment and it was rated so highly by patrons on my Hotel app. The place is in disarray as there are huge construction projects in front of the hotel. The elevator was being Reno'd and there was only one functioning lift. The hotel lobby is nice but the room I stayed in was dated and the air system was loud. Didn't get a good nights rest as the heat dried my room to desert quality. The view of the Fraser was decent but it can't overcome all the little things that drops them to a three and they should not have a 4-star rating! The bathroom has build up of dirt, I wore my crocs to shower as the tub bottom was black-ish. I found hair on the floor and on the counter. I know it ain't mine as nothing on me was that long or blond! I was prepaid and stuck. The only decent thing was it was close to work. Interesting to hear the place is closed for renovations, would be nice to see the new decor. Actually, would be nice to "see" there. I stayed here while getting a retouch at the London Eye Centre. Foot traffic getting to this place is a little sketchy, specifically around the base of the foot traffic bridge, but this place is located near a lot of amenities and restaurants. Amazing little wine shop and a pharmacy that sells tylenol with codeine off the shelf (see above surgery... no touch PRK is not without PAIN). Facing the water, you can watch huge logging boats float by... which is nice, but the porch areas are quite small. Very close to the SkyTrain, but quite a bit of a hike (uphill) to where I was going, and post surgery, a taxi is a must. I visited Summer of 2007... a lot can happen in that time. But my eyes are still pretty good so I don't need to go back yet (London Eye Centre is the best) read more

The hotel has some age to it but it is pretty well-maintained for a 3 star. Nice, sleek , clean decor. Vaulted ceiling in the hobby. Price - My hubby & I stayed here for our anniversary in July 2010 for a night at a special summer rate of $99/night as they were doing a promotion for BC residents. For the same price, you can only afford to stay at a cheap dirty inn/ motel in downtown Vancouver. Even for out-of-towner, it is very affordable at $159 a night. Room- Great view; every room has a riverfront view - no joke, not street/ city view. Even our room is just a basic king sz bed rm, the washroom is very clean, spacious, well equipped, e.g. free internet, a small fridge/ freezer, hair dryer,tv etc. And yes, it has a balcony over looking the river and the dock. Parking - very reasonable, right beside the hotel for only $6 overnight; while usually it is anywhere between $16-20 overnight at downtown. The only downside is location. It is approx. 20-30min drive from downtown Vancouver and the airport. But if you are simply visiting a friend and renting a car here, this can be simply overlooked as the traffic getting in and out of this area usually is usually pretty good. read more

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after our wedding. The hotel is located in a convenient spot right by the River Market or Quay and the New West downtown area, and in walking distance of the skytrain station. The location is the big selling point for this hotel, in my opinion. It's close to the boardwalk, tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. We didn't have our wedding here but there were quite a few wedding parties happening that weekend and even that night when we checked in. Luckily the walls aren't too thin, so we managed to get some good sleep while here. We didn't have a luxury room or anything, but it was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Fraser River and boardwalk. The accommodations were actually a gift from our family; they had found a good deal on the hotel through a group saving or discount site. The hotel staff also allowed our family to make surprise personal touches to the room, albeit after a little arguing I found out later. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I found it amusing that all the staff wore shirts in the hotel's color palette. Overall, a great stay because it was clean, comfortable and great location. read more

I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. I found the front desk staff to be very condesending and I felt as though I was in someway inconveniencing them. The "luxury" room was merely ok, nothing special although the bed and covers were very comfortable and I did have a very restful sleep. The room smelled a little of smoke, I don't know if this was from a recent previous guest or the fact that years ago the hotel did allow smoking...febreeze people! The carpet did have a large cigarette burn about 3 inches long, obviously caused by a wayward cigarette. There was no attention to detail regarding cleanliness in both the bathroom or the room itself. They both appeared to have been quickly "cleaned" by someone in just too big of a rush and with no sense of pride. Would I stay here again?.....Probably, simply because the Inn at the Quay has no real local competition! I used to stay here quite often approximately 20 years ago but you can tell the hotel is showing its age! read more

This hotel was a HUGE let down. I highly discourage anyone from going here. My wife and I booked this hotel room in advance using a pre-paid credit card. The previous night we had used the same pre-paid credit card to spend the night a prominent hotel Downtown. When we arrived at The Inn, my wife was 8 months pregnant and it was a cold and rainy night outside. They told us that they would not accept the pre-paid credit card for payment. Every other hotel in New West was booked for the night and there was no where else for us to go. They got really rude with us and turned us away with no where to go, despite the fact that my wife was 8 months pregnant and it was freezing cold and raining outside. We found out later that they actually billed my pre-paid credit card for the night anyways, and it took weeks to have the charge reversed!! So, in short, my wife was pregnant, it was cold and rainy outside, and all other hotels in New West were booked full, however, despite having a reservation, they turned us away and then billed my card for it anyways. They have nice affordable rooms. If you are commuting from the train, prepare to walk up stairs to get across. The train tracks run in front of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, be mindful. It's a good hotel next to the water. I paid $150 for two nights through priceline. The hotel also charged me $15 for two nights of parking. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The downside is that it's about 10 miles away from downtown and Richmond. So the location is not great. Also, there's a railroad track next to the hotel. So sometimes you can hear the train. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again. read more

We were booked in here on July 8th as we had our wedding reception next door, and we were promised a "beautiful jacuzzi suite"... after our wedding reception we walked over to the hotel to go to our room and we were not even greeted by the reception staff. When we got to our room, #425 we wanted to take a jacuzzi bath which we were unable to do so because the tub was broken. When I called down to the front desk the guy told me I obviously wasn't doing it right which is why I couldn't get it to work. We asked if that was the case if he could send somebody to turn it on for us but he instead ignored me, and just put the phone down next to him basically and started having conversations with somebody else in the lobby. I hung up..and we tried running the jacuzzi again, same thing it did not turn on. My husband then grabbed the phone and called down to the front desk where nobody answered. He then tried to call Housekeeping, Room Service and the other 3 remaining numbers on speed dial including the manager and no answer. We left a message and didn't get a phone call back. The next day we checked out, told the receptionist about the situation and she didn't even apologize. She just handed us the managers card to contact Michelle. I wrote Michelle an e-mail and got a response back the day after saying "I'll get back to you tomorrow when I return to the office".... More than three days have gone by now and we have not yet heard back from Michelle. I wrote her another e-mail telling her that her not returning my email or even phone call is just adding on to us having the worst experience with The Inn at the Quay hotel and then I got an automated response that she is out of the office until August 8th.... She went on vacation without even handling her customer complaints which is completely wrong or even handing it off to somebody else to take care of. We are extremely disappointed with the service here and would never stay here again, nor recommend it to any of our friends any longer. Greta location and great view 24/7. Easy access to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Few pub in this area, and great place to walk around and grab a few drink. Paddlewheeler is a great place for drink and food with daily special and happy hours. Breakfast I recommend Angeline's next to h Boat House. Hotel will recommend Boat house for breakfast, and it's pricey and not worth it. Wifi is spotty and weak, hot they can improve it soon. read more

First, I got a decent rate through Hotels.com and after checking in I found myself on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the river and the evening sunset. After being stranded for the night due to the BC ferries closing due to high winds I found this hotel to stay in. I booked it online through hotels.com and when I tried to check in they wouldn't except my debit/credit card. I travel a lot and never in my life have I EVER had an issue with using my card. I'm living debit free so I choose not to use credit cards. After several phone calls back and forth from the hotel to hotels.com I was issued a refund, mind you I'll get it in 7-10 days......absolutely NOT happy. Being out of town and not knowing the area and being left without a room for the night was a lot of extra stress I didn't need. I do NOT recommend staying here. read more

Getting to the Inn was a little challenging as Front Street was blocked off due to construction. Once there, I was warmly greeted and given instructions about parking (additional $10 overnight). My room was at the end of the hall on the 7th floor - incredibly quiet! The room had a view of the muddy Fraser River. The bed was comfy. There were lots of snacks in the room and fridge for purchase. I was only in the room overnight as I was attending a conference across the street at the Anvil Centre - this is a great location for that. I found the room to be nicely appointed. We booked a room here because there were alot of things going on in town and could not get a room. Would not stay here again. Front desk clerks we're not helpful at all. When we ask about local stuff, like the train or ferry her response was " they are not part of the hotel, I don't know". Housekeeping did not replace washclothes and when we called for some they told us they were out. We used all of the toilet paper before leaving for the day and came back to be toilet paper that night, finding out the hard way. When I called they brought up a roll and said " this is our last one". They room was clean, the view was good, the train was close, and the beds slept wonderful. Restaurant are close by but it is a good 30-40 minute train ride. read more

The room was absolutely beautiful, scenery spectacular and staff was awesome everyone I came in contact to. My partner and I stayed here overnight for a nice relaxing and fun evening together. We had chosen the Inn at the Quay particularly because of the affordable price on a great room with a jacuzzi. We were in a queen sized bed suite which was very modern and clean looking, our balcony came with a great view over looking the Fraser river. The jacuzzi, though single sized was still large enough for us to share. It was a bit cozy but we didn't mind. A nice soak in the tub before bed and in the morning was a great way to end start our day! The location of this inn is central to everything you may need...food/shopping, transit and sight seeing. There is a fitness centre available for guests to use as well as a business centre complete with computers, printers and fax machines for those that may need it. Free wifi is also available everywhere through out the hotel. The inn at the quay is a great place to stay and I will be back! read more

Stayed here September 30th, checked in at about 9:30pm. It was our wedding night and the woman at the front desk was very condescending and rude. No sense of customer service and very unfriendly. Upon checking in she tells us that we owe the cost for the night, I explained that my mom had booked it months ago for us and she did have her credit card on file. Apparently they only pre authorized the credit card but dont charge it and you pay when you get there, (we were never told this, and it was nowhere in the confirmation emails which say our stay is all booked). The woman at front desk explained that she would send my mom an email with a form to sign saying they could process the payment. In the end, the payment was processed and taken care of but not before my mom received the email with no form attached and had to call in and get her to send it again properly. There was no water in the mini fridge, overall $300 for 1 night stay here is ridiculous. read more

Where to begin... I'll start by saying I'm not picky when it comes to hotels. I've stayed in everything from dirty hostels to 5 star luxury hotels. This was easily the WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I used a living social deal (will never make the mistake again) for a trip up to BC for our 7yr anniversary. We were planning on a decent hotel...nothing over the top luxurious, but something livable. Not so much. I could go on for pages and pages. Changed rooms 3 times...all were filthy dirty. Lipstick on the pillow case. Leftover food in the room. Windows so dirty you couldn't see thru them (really? come on people). After we got sick of moving room to room we insisted someone clean the room we were in so we didn't have to move again (even though we had to listen to a screaming baby all night) we ordered room service seeing as there were ZERO restaurants within walking distance, aside from the hotel restaurant. Room service arrives with a burnt to a crisp burger dripping in mayo. First time ever sending food back in a restaurant, but that thing had to go and for 16 dollars...you've got to be kidding me. Oh and they proceeded to argue with us that it was fine and that they would still be charging us for it because we took a bite....the same bite we had to SPIT OUT. We would have left, but they wouldn't refund us because it was a living social deal. And after all of that their only compensation was to give us coupons to the restaurant! Yes, the same restaurant that served the most disgusting food I've ever been served. Enough ranting. Terrible service, dirty rooms, inedible food, thin walls, horrible location, tacky decor....blah blah blah. It should also be noted that we complained to the hotel manager who never called us back and we wrote an email to Living Social to notify them that they are recommending their customers to go this place and they also never responded, which is a disappointment considering I used the Living Social travel deals all the time, but can no longer trust their service. Went looking for a Chapel or Funeral Home for my wife's service and couldn't find anything suitable. I wanted to use the Boathouse Restaurant for the reception afterwards and then thought about the Hyack Room at the Hotel. Took one look at the facility and I was sold. Great room with a view of the water from the windows which was just perfect. Staff was fantastic and very accommodating and those attending gave many compliments on our choice of venue. Using this hotel coupled with the restaurant was the best decision we could have made. Fabulous venue, fabulous food and amazing staff, what more could you hope for. By the way the total cost ended up being far less than any of the traditional funeral homes. read more
