It actually took quite a while until we were able to catch the waitress after that. I understand many of the waitresses and other restaurant employees are over worked and understaffed so I do get the situation. I guess I'm thinking if they were a little more organized they could have more efficient service. Just my opinion for what it's worth!! I got the egg white omelette with American fries and dry rye toast and it was actually very good other than one piece of the toast was burnt. My friend got the country special that came with eggs, choice of meat, biscuits and gravy. He said the bacon wasn't all that good but everything else was fine.
