Love this location…read more Had surgeries here and also as an inpatient as well in the past - Located in downtown orlando near the ronald mcdonald house and orange ave. The parking is free here at the garage and they offer valet parking as well I am not sure if the valet is complimentary. When you park on level 3 in the garage - there is a pathway to get you to the inside of the hospital entrance. The escalators will drop you down the main lobby, Advent health is big on customer service surveys and it reflects how they treat pts / visitors here. I like strolling through the gift shop here cause they do have cute items but it is pricey. The cafeteria is pricey but its there if you need a quick food fix when you are hungry.

I had to wait in the lobby while she was seen, but the receptionist was nothing but pleasant to both of us. He was very thorough on explaining the next steps and keeping me informed on where mom was in the process. Mom said she was happy with the procedure. The Rad tech was very polite and calm with her and they played some music to drowned out the noise (something she was looking forward to since her last MRI was a poor experience elsewhere). Advent Health almost always does a wonderful job with care for my family. I highly recommend this location.
