I called and canceled my appointments and you'd think they'd at least have the decency give me a call back and give me some insight? No. No one called and they just canceled all my appointments since I'd didn't get any calls about missing any lol. I was willing to give this practice the benefit of the doubt since I've had no experience with a chiropractor before, and just see how it would go. Honestly, it just seems like a lack of care. They adjust you in an open area where honestly anyone can watch when there's private rooms in the back that they could to it. It just felt like a waste of my time. Especially since the first appointment was xrays, watching a really old video by yourself in the room and "visual tests". There's literally no need for you to have to come in the NEXT day and get adjusted. There's absolutely no reason why they can't do it same day. This entire waste of time costed me $80 and I wish I would've went ANYWHERE else. So, if you want to be treated with a one on one experience I'd find a better practice.

After one visit to Dr Hank my headaches were gone. I started to feel some relief in the hips after that first visit. Each visit the hips felt better and better. After 5 visits I can sleep on either side--something I haven't been able to do for months! Truth is this is the best my hips have felt in more than a year. I couldn't feel much safer in terms of COVID. The office is extremely clean and Dr Hank wore a properly worn N95 mask. There is room in his waiting area to distance if there is anybody else there at the same time. And his parking lot was cleared of snow immediately after an 18 inch snowstorm! I'm gonna try to not let things go so long from now on. It's easy to forget how your quality of life suffers from body pain and misalignment. Dr. Newman evaluated me and came up with a plan to work on fixing my spine, including resetting my atlas vertebrae. The results were immediately noticeable and motivated me to stay on track through the entire 12 week process. I can't express how much it helped me. I sleep through the night now. The numbness I experienced in my neck and back is gone. It positively affected things that I though were unrelated like my pelvic floor issue. Also, I consulted with two primary physicians who recently told me I should accept my limitations bcz this was probably the best mobility I would be able to achieve for the rest of my life.
