Throughout my entire move these young people were professional, courteous, honest and friendly. From the moment I emailed Bayside Moving and received a quick response and quote from Austin I was hopeful that this would be a painless move. We moved from Pensacola Beach further east along the Gulf Coast. On moving day, five young men showed up on time and started packing my furniture. They were professionally dressed, pleasant and fast working. I cannot remember the names of all the five men but appreciate their service. I opted to have the furniture delivered two days later to have time to arrive and prepare our new beach home for the furniture. There was a blip with time of arrival due to a misunderstanding regarding CST and EST, but I received a call from Cody letting me know and we were good to go. Cody and Anderson showed up, unwrapped furniture, moved furniture up and down three flights of stairs without once hearing a complaint or seeing them waste time. They went above and beyond and did a few extra things such as moving an existing washer & dryer down to the garage. I received outstanding service. Not one thing arrived broken. Not one wall scratched or wooden floor marred. I was so happy with this entire experience. I've had many pressure washing services over the years, and non compare to the quality and detail from Ricky. He was extremely meticulous, cleaning not just the house, driveway, and patio, but also the doors and windows. Scapin is a solid option for just about any electrical job. On this recent experience, I had a…read morebasic project of getting multiple light switches hooked up for a porch light that I recently bought, I hesitantly tried doing it myself but flaked out after an hour, don't judge me. Anyway, Scapin came to the rescue just a few short days later and took care of it. Initial charge to have them come out was around $125 (I think) plus the cost of labor and a new switch box they had to add on, it came up to $190 total. A bit pricey, but I was happy with the job they did. The payment system could be better. For one you can't pay the workers up front you have to wait on them to mail you the bill, they said they would email me the invoice which I preferred but that email never arrived. They accept credit card but you are responsible for paying the 7% convenience or credit card charge (not sure if that's what they call it). You also have the option to pay them cash in person by driving to the business yourself. The service was good overall, my only complaint was how they handle the billing. Another one, was when I called them to request a quote on a much bigger project, they said they would call me to schedule a visit, but they never called.
