So much so that we stay at the same location every time! The owners are very sweet, friendly & so accommodating! Right across the street is Walmart, Rouse's & right down the street is Publix's. Enclave 104 we love this one especially when the grandchildren are with us! Ground level, grassy area for the children to play in (also the adults), 10 steps from the pool & yes you can still see the beach & water! Enclave 704 we also love! Same owners so same friendly service! The view is awesome! Same layout as the first floor. 4 bedrooms (2 master) & 3 baths. Couch folds out also. Plenty of room for our families. We have made so many great memories here!!! Enclave 1001 WOW! Stayed at this one in February. Girls trip. NEVER left the condo (except to go eat). We even sunned on the balcony! It was AMAZING!!! Did I mention same great owners??? WE LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL 3 OF THESE PLACES!!!

This was terrible especially for my first beach trip with a friends.

The first night that we lived here a rotten tree fell on my husband's company car. The second day that we lived here we discovered a family of snakes living in the bushes right next to our house. We had to power wash the house cause it looked like it hasn't been done in literally years! We moved into the home June 2020. And hurricane Sally destroyed our living in laundry room. The company did nothing for over 80 days!!!! We paid for tree removal, we had the carpet taken out, and bought our own dehumidifier. Our house was so full of mold it was causing health issues for our 2 and 4 year old boys so I relocated to Oklahoma where we had family. Here we are in March and our they have half fixed our house. We still have busted tile in our living room, every contractor made a complete mess and left trash, and we have to empty our dehumidifier every 4 hours or the levels are unsafe. My husband walked in on a conversation where Meg was a talking about how she doesn't care about OUR family. Unaware my large black husband was an office over listening. AND NOW! To top it allll off we paid them rent on time, and today they've dropped off an eviction warning and won't pick up their phones!!!! I've held my tongue for long enough. These people are racist crooks! RUN!!! Do not use them.
