We arrived to find: * Leaking ceiling * Non-functioning toilet * Broken furniture, including recliners that collapsed when used * Rusted patio furniture * Mold in the freezer (replaced with a tiny countertop freezer that could hold barely a cup) * Stove with no knob markings, making it unsafe * Extremely limited hot water -- not enough for more than one short shower * Windows so weathered you couldn't even see through them Aronov also violated ADA law by questioning my disability when I brought my service dog. Even worse, they entered the unit without my consent. When I reported these issues to Vrbo, Aronov lied about the condition of the condo, made false accusations about my stay, and Vrbo altered my review to hide the truth. This company clearly values protecting itself over guest safety, comfort, and legal compliance. If you value honesty, cleanliness, and your rights, do not book Unit 103W or any property managed by Aronov Condo Management.

We had Nick Hadley from Liquid Life come up each time and he's a great guy with knowledge to fix everything. Super clean and don't be afraid to stay on the higher floors because they carts to haul groceries and fast elevators. We were on the beach in less than 3 minutes

My family loves to visit the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We took a spring break trip and stayed here. I'm giving the unit three stars because while it wasn't a bad place to stay, we've stayed in better. Let me start with the property. Phoenix owns a lot of buildings here and one of my usual complaints is the "parking fee". I mean, really? Couldn't that just be included in the rent of the unit? It's a little ridiculous. My favorite part was that one night I forgot to leave the parking pass on the dashboard. So, overnight the rent-a-cops left two "warning tickets" on my windshield. Two because I might not have seen the first one. (insert eye roll here). The building was in pretty good shape. Not sure what was wrong with the garbage chute. It was working the first couple of days we were there and then it was marked "closed" and the doors were locked. We had to lug our garbage down the first floor. The best thing about this unit was the view, even from the fourth floor, you had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. You can watch the boats go in and out of the pass to the bay. We enjoyed our time on the beach, and sometimes, I just enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We were there during spring break and the beach really wasn't all that crowded. You could go any time of the day and get a nice place to roll out your beach towel. If you'd like, you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $40 per day. There's a discount if you do multiple consecutive days. If you need a break from the beach, there are two pools on property at this specific building, one indoor and one outdoor. We spent all our pool time at the outdoor pool. Now on to the unit, it was clean and comfortable. The living room was comfortable, but I feel like furniture has already seen it's best days. The pictures on were on the management company's website looked pretty nice. Since those pictures were taken, someone has really gone overboard on the beach theme here. Check the pictures for all of the fish and other sea creatures on the wall. The kitchen had obviously been recently been renovated. There were plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils. The master bedroom was bit narrow. You have to be careful going around the the bed to the side nearest the balcony door, there's not much space between the bed and the dresser. That dresser is mostly useless as the drawers are not really big. Another issue we ran into is that there are knick-knacks on every horizontal surface in this place. They really get in the way of places to put our things. The second bedroom had a flip-flop explosion, unfortunately I didn't ge a picture of it, but you can see pictures online. The beds in both rooms were pretty comfortable. The bathrooms looked nice. My only complaint was the shower. I'm 6'3" and I can't get under the shower head to wash my hair. I had to twist and tilt my head to wash my hair properly. The in-room wifi was good, never had a single issue even with all our devices. The air conditioner ran nice and cold. The only issue with that was the system that detects if the doors are open. When the wind blows hard, the front door will show as being "open" and it turns the A/C off. You don't even realize it until it starts getting warm in the unit. The weirdest thing about this unit was the number of signs that were put up around the place. There were signs explaining how things work, signs telling us what to do and not to do, and signs blaming damage on a previous renter. See my pictures for some of the examples. Not really a good feeling that we're not trusted to take care of the place. Would I stay in this building again? Yes. Would I pick this unit again? Maybe... but only if it was a last resort

It was the perfect…read moresize for our group, the whole place was freshly cleaned, the decor was warm and welcoming, and the bed was so comfortable, it made sleeping-in easy. The fold-out sofa was not used, but I liked that it was available. They thought of everything in the kitchen, every utensil, cooking accessory and the best blender for those mid-day margaritas. The sand is like flour. The ocean is so calm. All you need is a beach chair and a Piña Colada. The heavenly view from the balcony seems like a mirage and will make your heart leap. This was the perfect vacation. The best part was simply chilling on our balcony, looking out at the gulf and watching for dolphins. I can't wait to go back! For anyone worried about Covid, the property had very clear signage where masks were required.

For the price of this unit, we expected, at the least, something clean. It was filthy - the floors were dirty, my son's bed in the 2nd bedroom had blood stains on the sheets (gross!) and also sand in the bed! Not sure who was hired to clean before we arrived but they did a really poor job. The living room furniture needed to be professionally cleaned or replaced altogether - not sure who thought white couches were a good idea but they were gray in areas & overall dirty. We asked for extra sheets so that we could cover the couch with the sheets to sit on it. The bar stool's upholstery (also white) was stained & filthy. The extra pillows in the closet did not have pillowcases and were stained yellow, as was the extra bedroom's pillows. The bath towels were very cheap & thin, no bath mats so we had to use one of the towels on the floor to step on, as to not slip. The utensils & kitchenware were very used & could be replaced too. The walls certainly need a fresh coat of paint, they were dingy, in addition the entry/hall walls were scratched & marked up pretty bad. I was up until 11pm washing sheets the first night we got there so that was frustrating. I did send our contact, Clark, an email that first evening mentioning the above and he did send someone the next day with extra sheets, pillowcases, bath mat & floor cleaner (I told him I would clean the floor myself). Pros: amenities such as full kitchen and washer / dryer. Location on the beach was nice.
