When opened it I found the bottle was broken and had leaked its contents because all they wrapped it with was bubble wrap and put a not too eye-catching FRAGILE sign on the outside of the box. I have called and also emailed them 5 ays ago, but they have not answered my email or phone call, or called me back. I am due a refund for a $29+ bottle of nothing. I don't know what their in store service is like. It may be good. However, I would not recommend this company for any item that needs to be shipped.

Then I called The Vitamin Shoppe and spoke with Kristina. She was polite, upbeat, friendly and helpful, none of which I received elsewhere. Her personality and customer service skills did not disappoint in person. I got that part and I can understand, however, she also said after the virus issue was over, management was saying we could probably make the return. I then asked if could have some kind of confirmation of that since we don't know who long it could be, and her response was "uh uh we ain't doin none of that". I simply don't appreciate the lack of consideration and the unnecessary snotty remark.
