Was happy several weeks ago when I found out a new location would be opened in lone tree, near Barnes & Noble on County line. Now, I'm on the hunt for a better shop. Very inconsistent I've noticed to say the least. They rarely have the coils I need and have given me wrong coils on multiple visits now. There juice is subpar for sure. Not many awesome flavors as far as house juices. Also, Every mod they sell is extremely over priced. I am super bummed I made the choice to purchase the kanger sub tank mini from them for the price they have it for. I have since been into multiple vape shops around town and have noticed that every single one I've been Into has this same mod for about 25-35 dollars less than Inno-Vapor. I have also been rather upset with the friendliness of the people in both the lone tree and littleton locations, full of huge egos and very little knowledge compared to other vape shops I've recently visited. I will not be back to ANY inno vapor location anymore, for these 3 reasons: -Everything seems tremendously overpriced. -I have been given the wrong products multiple times. -Customer service is not what I would consider friendly and/or helpful. read more

Beware of these guys!!! I went into their shop with the hopes of buying my boyfriend a gift. Walking up to their store, there was a car parked directly in front of their door and the car was blocking traffic in the parking lot. Came to find out it was the owner's car.....Not too respectful to the businesses around them or to people trying to maneuver through that parking lot!! The owner and the sales people working left a bad taste in my mouth and came across a little sleazy. I felt like they were more about taking my money then actually helping me make an informed purchase. I will give them one thing though, the store does have a nice design. Great Customer Service very helpful. Inno-Vapor is the only place that carries my favorite juice... I would travel 20 miles to get this stuff. Tear Drip Revenge of the Geeks...love this stuff. Unless you like spending 25%-35% more for everything they sell. I would recommend going to another shop for your vaping needs. Or buy your products online. Even with shipping I guarantee you will save money over buying anything from this company. Recently purchased a spare set of 18650 batteries and was told they were the best! At $25.98 for two batteries I damn well hope so!! That's $12.99 a battery before tax. But no that's for a MXJO 3000 battery which is by no means a "top quality battery." Just a run of the mill rewrap. Should have opened them up before buying them and checking them out further. Made it to the car before realizing I was just screwed over. Went back in and they said I couldn't return the batteries because it was a "tobacco product" and it was against the law to return them. What a clever loophole to screw anyone out of trying to get their money back.. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! You will thank yourself and so will your wallet!! read more

My boyfriend and I came by here 5 mins after the sign on the door showed it closed but the store was full of people, we figured since people were in there they might be able to let us in. But instead we weren't even acknowledged when we tried to open the door, everyone was too busy eating pizza, so instead we went too Vapor Depot who was open until 8 and we ended up spending 300 dollars. First off I'd like to note that I noticed miners inside of this establishment almost every time I come in to buy something. Secondly, I'm never greeted when I walk in the door I'm usually standing there with my hands in my pockets for 3 minutes before anyone said anything. They almost never have to do some looking for and if they do it's not at the right nicotine level and then they add their sketching nicotine to it and there's no way of me knowing if its the correct amount or not. They sold me a clone of a tank in an authentic box and denied it when I call them. Their mods dont come with parts the make you buy them separately. They replace the springs with cheap one and steal them for themselves. They have no ventilation its hard to see and breathe in there, and im a heavy smoker. Don't waste your time just go to Gekko on Broadway and Oxford. read more

I was on my way to a different shop when I happened to see this store from the road. I turned around and went in. Worst mistake ever. The young people working here are somehow using a method of sales that I thought was extinct in a suburban strip mall. Sadly, they push products on you with no comparison of a less expensive model and then they make up prices as they go. Offering me one price one week and a different price the next. I overpaid for a battery (now too late diligent area and internet cost comparisons). Major eek factor. Sales people sketchy. read more

Always out of whatever you need! The employee's have been friendly enough but whoever does their ordering sucks and obviously doesn't know what ordering in bulk means! For literally months now they haven't had the flavor of juice I like ( Blue Raspberry must be what everyone in Littleton wants ), now they are saying that they are no longer going to carry 3 Ml. juice, went in yesterday and they were out of replacement glass for my tank. They are very consistent - consistently out of what their customers need! If you get in the area the Golden Leaf at 84th and Sheridan is an excellent store - always have had what I want and they are even a bit cheaper..also their juices come in bigger bottles and are very tasty...you can order from them on-line as well! Also Vaporgate at Wadsworth and Hampden is a very good store! read more

I bought the Arctic V8 and it had a defective o-ring. I tried to return it within 30 days and they said they won't take it back because the boss said so. Never go here! They didn't even try to call Arctic to see if they could take it back. Worst vape shop in the area and I vape a lot! read more

The staff at every location have been to is always friendly and welcoming. There is a guy by the name of Jeremy that works at the Littleton location and has always helped me whenever I had an issue with a product. There's another employee who is extremely nice. He usually has a baseball cap and Long dark hair . The house juices are the best and I would personally recommend the tasty rainbow. read more

I was hoping this would be a good place to pick up some eliquids while doing after work errands, but I think I'll stick to my regular place. I'll preface this by saying I had no problems with the service, the people inside are perfectly friendly and helpful; however, I was really turned off by their lack of safety tips on their sample tanks. They give you an alcohol pad to wipe off the tip before you try them out, which I thought was fairly unsanitary and then you're just breathing in fumes with the eliquid vapor. Each of the tanks is labeled with a number, which you match up to the flavor listed on a list and the tanks are all out of order. I bought small bottles of the cotton candy and hazelnut eliquid, and they both very quickly taste like burning. This happens at even low volts with a clean atomizer. I'm not too optimistic about trying this place again. Maybe for parts. read more

I am so glad to have found this place very shortly after moving to the area. Great deals and wonderful service. The manager (owner?) has always been VERY polite and suggestive in how he sells his products. I'm somewhat of a regular here, and lately I've been rethinking that. Maybe there's a vaping culture I'm not aware of, but the employees seem like they're stoned all the time. That's not really acceptable to me. You're at work. Be professional. Second, it's always hit or miss as to whether they'll have anything you want in stock. They don't sell liquid in my strength, but they've always been able to add nicotine. Except, sometimes they're out of nicotine to add. Seriously? And you can all but forget about them having quality coils in stock. Last time I needed more coils, they were nice enough to (supposedly) pull the brand of coil I wanted from tanks in boxes. Presumably, that would mean these coils hadn't been touch. Well, I finished off the coil I was on and started using the newly purchased coils. ABSOLUTELY EVERY SINGLE ONE was burned and dysfunctional. Now I have NO coils worth using. This is not the first time, either. And if you walk back in there say what the heck, they treat you like you're the idiot here. Well, maybe so. But not because I don't know how to work my equipment.
